and the high guard, the ones the primes trusted the most, the ones that were supposed to protect them, the ones who failed in their most important duty, have to make a choice. to take the last prime, their last hope, with them to the surface, a hostile environment where there's little to no supplies and where they'll be hunted down by both sentinel and the quintessons as the biggest threat to their regimen.

or hide him in plain sight. place him where sentinel won't think to look for him. one more sparkling among many. and hope it will be enough to keep him alive. pray to primus that he'll protect his last child long enough for them to come back for him when it's safer (even if most of them have already lost their faith on him when he allowed the rest of his children to be massacred like that)

they almost lose their resolve when they realize they will have to take the little one's cog away in order to make him blend in with the rest of the newborns (and oh do they burn with murderous intent when they see what sentinel has done to their people but it's not the time yet-) but in the end they decide an impaired little prime is better than a dead one.

and so in the chaos of thirteen dead primes and a sudden energon crisis, a little sparkling who very few mechs really knew about and even fewer had seen completely vanishes. and in the depths of iacon a mech in charge of a new batch of newborns scratches their helm in confusion as they realize they must have miscounted the first time.

optimus prime is quietly erased from any official records by sentinel, written off as dead when they find a sparkling's frame mangled beyond recognition after an attack on the base of those rebels that insist on being a thorn on his side. killing the sparkling hadn't been precisely in his plans, he probably could've found some use for it after all, but he's not particularly upset about it either.

and orion pax grows up with an ache on his spark that tells him he's missing something far more important than a t-cog and dreams of gentle and loving hands, cradling him against the frames of mechs he cannot recall the faces of.

i know this has probably been said a million times already before but it really strikes me how asexual hannibal is as a show overall now that i'm on my 4th rewatch

hannibal himself doesn't ever seem to lust after anyone in any way aside from will (and their love for each other is far from the typical amatonormative conventions society likes to impose on ppl)

we only see hannibal have sex with one person and it's only as a means to an end

hannibal clearly favors platonic connections over sexual and romantic ones, or at least shows his attraction in... very different ways than what's considered "normal", but his insistence that will is his friend despite stating multiple times that he loves him is very telling

and in the first few eps, jack asks will why the minnesota shrike would target young brunette girls. he throws out theories and suggests sexual motives, maybe? but there were no traces of semen on the body anywhere and then that's when will EXPLODES and firmly shuts the theory down by stating "no, he wouldn't disrespect her like that!"

will actually got to live the "normal" married life with a wife and a kid for 3 years but that was simply not enough. at the 1st chance he got, he freed hannibal from prison and then hopped on a boat to see him in italy

Hello! Today I went with some Zoro, because he's my favorite. He's a bitch to draw, it's so hard. I'm used to writing his pov, and find that pretty easy. But drawing him is hard. I don't know how people do it.

Ophiocordyceps Demiascareous is a fungus from Limbo. It came to be when the Excleorn family, a family of angels, were all sent to Limbo. None of them were able to adapt to the environment, and began to decay. Their biology caused this fungus to spawn, quickly overtaking their rotted forms.

Since the fungus is the result of a collective of angels rotting away, I thought it'd be so fun to make it so Demi's "god" form resembled that a bit. His upper half (waist-up maybe) will probably look similar to the above (with some changes of course), but I'm eliminating his legs and having his lower half be a mess of spines and fungal membrane and veins... So if you looked at him starting from the bottom, it is a collection of spines from various angels all meeting in a single point to become a single entity...

I do want to explore the horror of Ophiocordyceps Demiascareous some more though. Demi ultimately becoming a docile being is due to Sophia not treating him like a god, but just Some Guy. That isn't to say though that he does not cause problems

He's like Galvarium in the sense that you're in his good graces because the story is from the side he is on. A story from a opposing perspective would completely change the way he's viewed... probably.
