After about two hours of public transit hijinks (some things suck no matter where you go) I made it to Paris. The hijinx involved a side trip through the outer suburb of Montfermeil though which was kinda fun for me in a “wait that’s HERE?” way.

I am now drinking a can of cheap French beer next to Canal St Martin as the sun sets and frankly? Perfect evening.

I have officially started buying my wedding decor!

What does the waterpark do on slow days, if it has any? Or bad weather days? Also, what does it do during the off-season? What do Sun and Moon do?

The park is located where it doesn’t really have to shutdown for a season because it stays fairly warm and on the especially chilly days the water is heated. In the case of bad weather the parks water attracts shut down until it is safe again but the tiki bars and other buildings stay open for guests that are currently staying (their is a place for guests to sleep cough cough)

Usually when guest numbers are slow is when the waterpark fills up more for reserved events and a part of the park is closed off to host those parties, weddings, birthdays, conferences, etc. Sun and Moon very much enjoy their work but they always have the option to take the day off and let the tiki bots run the park, they just don’t do that often because their so passionate about what they do.

this is a g*yl*r comment that kinda makes sense out of context - and, trust, they’re not my vice but some of the tayvis people are ABSOLUTELY going buckwild over gender in very depressing ways all the time - but the behavior in question is that travis (a professional football player) was watching football on his phone at the US open and some commenter was like “i can’t believe both taylor and i have to put up with this 😂”…. i feel like this is a pretty harmless thing to joke about putting up with and that while it’s possible said commenter is with some guy who emotionally neglects her to hide in his mancave during football season “putting up with” your partner’s little Things (which again in this case is not actually travis’s hobby it’s his literal job) is a gender neutral concept. for example my partner has to put up with me talking about the g*yl*r quotes i don’t bother to post here

for wedding season last year, i learned a total of 47 different dances (albeit their were 1-2 minutes) and this is not including the actual wedding dances (from the mehndi) and wedding szn has started again and now i need to learn 4 more THREE DAYS AFTER MY EXAMS FINISH 😃❕
