I wanna make a Gods au where the old gods didn’t get wiped out and Lamb is a god and they and Nari fall in love and combine their domains

God if life feels too on the nose for Lamb, so I think it’d actually be fun if they were the God of Seasons, or the God of Change!

Their domains would be similar in concept, as it’s “change” that leads to life and death, but it’s with life and death that things can change

A kind of circle of life thing, the two hold a key to the flow in their world

Nothing gave Kakashi joy like irritating the farm hand, Iruka, who worked for him and his father. “Farm boy,” Kakashi said, waiting until the brown-haired young man had looked up from weeding the garden, “polish my dogs’ harnesses. I want to be able to see my face in them by tomorrow morning.”

The man’s jaw tightened for a fraction of a second, but then the tension went out of his shoulders and he dipped his head. “As you wish.”

Satisfied with the difficult task he’d given him, Kakashi turned on his heel and returned to the house, ignoring the disapproving look from his father. If Iruk—he meant, if the farm hand—Kakashi refused to use his name—didn’t want so much work, he should start saying no. If anything Kakashi was preparing him for the future! And also… Kakashi glanced outside, then did his best to hide his pout that Iru—the farm hand was still weeding, gloves and long sleeves protecting his arms and a hat hiding away his hair… not that Kakashi was interested in seeing those things!

“There are better ways to get Iruka’s attention than tormenting him,” Sakumo commented, coming up behind him, and if anyone ever asked, Kakashi had known he was there and hadn’t at all been surprised. Also his father was wrong, Kakashi had no interest in Iruka’s attention. The farm hand’s attention. However, anything he said would get turned against him; Kakashi was very familiar with the look in his father’s eyes.

Rather than saying anything about it, Kakashi stood up. “I think I’ll do some reading,” he said while heading back to his room. Not his smoothest exit, but it was better than sitting there while his father attempted to question him. Anything was better than that.

Not three days later, Kakashi carried the house’s empty buckets outside, where Iruka—the farm hand!—was chopping wood for the oncoming winter. It was just the two of them, as his father had left on another one of his journeys.

“Farm boy,” Kakashi ordered as he set them down, “fill these with water.” When he looked up, there was something soft in Iruka’s eyes that made his breath catch in his throat, something that drew out a soft “please?” At the end.

“As you wish.” Never before had Iruka looked at him like that… had he?

Do you have any plans to make your fantasy high junior year book cover series into a series of prints that one could by once the season ends.

I’d like to! I have an INPRNT shop and have a few of the first few covers on there, but I’d like to put everything up there in bulk when the season ends :)

WIP Wednesday!!!!

Here’s a snippet of a college au that I’ve been working on!! As usual if I don’t do a wip Wednesday next week you are allowed to yell at me :))

Tom had promised himself that this was the year that he was going to woo Dylan.

He had it all planned out. Inviting Dylan to the barbecue was the first step and seeing how well it was currently going, he took that as a good sign. His plan was to take Dylan on a bunch of mini dates (while not actively calling them dates) to show him how good of a boyfriend he could be. He even had backup plans in case a restaurant was overbooked on a sushi date or if it started to rain when they were on a picnic date. It was perfectly planned out without a chance of failing. It would all come together at the Tri-Delt Winter formal where Tom would ask Dylan to be his date. Once he accepted then he would then pull him to the floor during the one slow song of the night where he would confess his feelings and hopefully by that time Dylan would be absolutely in love with him. It was a fool proof plan, Nicky even helped him with it and if Nicky thinks it'll work then it'll work.

I'm going to be inactive for a couple of days, I've been working on a small project of an idea I had a long time ago.

The name is not yet well defined but at least I have already made some of the characters and some lore already written.

When I feel ready I will start posting more things about this little project as well as its process.

Mmmmmhm never understood this either. I watch shows really rarely, bc I kinda always prioritize uhhh watching documentaries, playing video games, reading books, going for long walks, or doing all my other hobbies before even considering watching some show or movie?? Aaand yeah, my specific priorities don’t help me with socialization at work, like, at all. Maybe except for games, but again, I mostly play indie games and almost never dabble into currently trending mainstream AAA stuff??

And, while in some cases I feel fine not following of some overly mainstream shows, sometimes I regret not watching something when it was at the moment of peak popularity, because most of irl people had long moved on to other stuff by that time I watched something, and there’s noone to discuss my impressions with (expect for my best friend, but we live far away from each other in different cities). At least I can always fulfill my accidental hyperfixations here on tumblr by going through tags :’> but still that doesn’t help with my struggles in irl socialization and that bothers me. Guess I should force self to watch something outside my very niched scope of interests when it gets popular, simply to keep up with others at work. Perhaps.
