Sometimes I wonder if somehow convincing myself that reading books is a frivolous waste of time, I'd actually manage to read them.

Because reading fanfiction is really easy for me. There's no mental block there (unless it's a fanfic I'm really excited for; then I have to fight against myself to read it). But with books, which I often want to read more, I often can't seem to force myself.

It's a similar principle with movies vs YouTube, too (unless the YouTube video is actually interesting and helpful to me; then I have to fight against myself to watch it). Making the commitment to watch a movie is somehow way more paralysing than clicking on a YouTube video. Though it's true that the more interested I am, the harder it is for me to watch...

There's something that's a Task about reading books that somehow isn't present in reading (most) fanfiction. I feel like if I could figure out the root of that Task, maybe I could gaslight myself into reading what I want to read.

#didnt mean to do this one in quote unquote colour but it wasnt legible without it so. heres a treat i suppose #isat #isat spoilers #in stars and time #in stars and time fanart #isat fanart #isat loop #isat bonnie #lucabyteart #coughs up a lung. anyway. ramble time as per usual. this is what i was warming up for btw in case it wasnt obvious #besides being another entry in the 'letting bonnie read loop for filth on accident' series. this is mostly self indulgent musings on #headcanons (and i will just use that word here.) ive previously rambled about in other tags and posts #namely: in the scenario that loop integrates into the party as a New Person for quite a while before The Truth Come Out. i feel they have #a decent chance at really scoring a slam dunk in becoming a guardian figure for bonnie? loop's demeanor is already colder and a tiny #bit more level-headed than siffrin's in the way they seem to discuss bonnie with them. namely pointing out that bonnie #never really hated them. it seems to be one thing they're genuinely at peace with? they've seen by now the truth that bonnie #was just scared and upset. and likely now knows that what bonnie wants is to be treated with grown-up respect within reason. plus loop #already scores bonus points with bonnie since they didnt 1. fuck up bad like sif did in act 5 and 2. saved sif in the party's eyes #... but then when it turns out that this clean-slate relationship with a stranger was siffrin being deceitful? must have been odd.#bonnie seems to really dislike being lied to. the question is whether they'd see it that way? would they feel betrayed there?#anyway. this is set after all those emotions are at least settled some. loop able to be more physically affectionate... and yet #still not letting themselves be quite as close as they'd like perhaps. perhaps...#anyway translucent pyjamas because i dont care if you're comforting a crying child you've GOT to SERVE!!!#and also i feel like the party probably wouldn't let loop stay completely naked for that long. especially not post-reveal anyway

I just want to see like the "last straw" which lead Cosmo and Wanda wanting them to make Timmy as their own. (IM HAPPY THAT TIMMY HAS A FAMILY THAT LOVES AND CARES FOR HIM)

The "Last Straw"?

Cosmo and Wanda have seen humans at their best. They've seen humans at their worst. They've seen anything and everything that they've gone numb and used to what humans get up to.

But nothing's shaken them quite like Timmy's case did. Nothing has ever made a Fairy feel such strong human emotions than what Timmy made them feel, on that one particular night.

#im reaaaally happy with this one hehe i had fun putting the stuff from different things shes had/worn #i feel like ppl overlook the massive identity crisis & the accompanying depression & internal conflict rise is going through during the gam #like shes trying to figure out who she is seperate from her idol image (which she constantly still clings to despite her insistance that sh #s done with it bc she does still crave that recognition and attention she got from that position. she literally breaks down crying when her #manager tells her kanami has taken her acting role and is more-or-less set to take her spot now)#and then she also struggles with finding what she wants to do with herself now that she doesnt have showbiz to worry about #i think she kinda unintentionally uses the investigation as an anchor for her to hold onto #something to keep her busy in the absence of the hustling idol life #and then she also like. again she keeps clinging to the idol image and the associated bubbly-ness and bold flirtation #because thats the ''her'' ppl liked #i dont think the way she acts during the game is ENTIRELY an act theres definitely a lot of her true self in it too #but she does have a lot of moments where she leans more heavily into the bubbly & flirty cutie act #her sl shows that for all that she wanted to retire from showbiz she isnt really ready just yet #bc she did actually enjoy being an idol. she did enjoy being able to reach out to people in this way & to finally have ppl like & accept he #the problem is she doesnt know who ''she'' is at this point #im rambling but u get my point. yeah. yeah #rise..............#rise kujikawa #persona #persona 4 #p4 #art #my art #xanders art #digital art #fan art

i don’t really have much to say about the colors here?? all of these fellas are vaugardian (i think) so i just kept their palettes Warm. i did give claude stains on her coat because i think she drops Chemicals on it all the time and doesn’t wash it throughly enough to get the stains out. other than that all of these are pretty straightforward!!

LOOK AT THIS??? i did end up ditching the mic but i kept the stickers at least. not sure how i feel about them but they were too iconic to scrap. also the perspective kind of wasnt working out for me i didnt really get the fisheye look i was aiming for but we ball. i actually started the whole thing end of AUGUST and then i completely revamped it look at what i had before

its a vibe lowkey i like it but unfortunately it was again. not the vision wasn’t dramatic enough. i redid it last sunday and worked on it nonstop for days what was i on
