I'm still working on the introduction video for my channel which is taking a little bit longer than I expected I'm still finishing up the speed paint And I also have to do my voice over which is taking a bit of time as well And I just finished writing my script for it so hopefully I hope to have it out by Halloween because I'm working on a Halloween piece in my speed paint So I decided to hold ya'll over with some speed paints that I had in my holder I added them and put music over them And I love the way it turned out I hope you guys enjoy the video and find it relaxing since it's just music lol also if you can like, comment and subscribe to my channel!

Once again reappearing out of the mists to say that for folks who love Vic Michaelis on Dropout, they just did a whole video of "Try Not To Laugh" with Smosh that is. in my humble opinion. #I have changed but he’s still in my heart #that time during 2020-2022 has such a place in my heart because of how lonely everything felt #Call me parasocial I KNOW it’s crazy cause everyone I hear anything of him or watch one of his videos again (I’m not a consistent viewer #anymore but I still watch him form time to time) I feel like I’m catching up with a friend cause that’s really how I feel about him it feel #like talking to an old friend who was with me during that time it’s very onesided considering I only know him and he doesn’t know me but it #feels like we’re friends of course I’m not delusional if I ever meet him I have enough sense to not act as if we’re close despite that #feelings of friendship/fellowship he is still someone I admire as not exactly a role model but someone I’d like to be like I don’t want to #say hero cause that’s not the exact things I feel (plus it’s probably make his head all big) but he’s definitely someone who gives/beings m #hope into who I’ll be in the future for soooo many reasons #I wanted to be a YouTuber when I was younger like in 5th grade since that was my whole life back then and I was obsessed but I didn’t feel #I could do it but Tommy is only a little older than me and we’re so similar in our interests and intensity of fanboying/fangirling that it #was so much fun living bi-curiously through his achievements and streams back then he did mostly everything I would have wanted to do if I #was in his place I’m sure it wasn’t easy for him since he was 16 when he blew up and COVID was such an impactful event for everyone and #their experiences that year but I’m really proud of him I really care and love him he’s an inspiration to me and a friend in some way to hi #fans he did say once that he most likely would be friends with his audience since they like all the things he likes and I found that funny #since it was so true #I’m rooting for him in anything he does or wants to succeed in I know he’ll do it #tommyinnit #dsmp #THIS IS AN OLD DRAFT I NEVER POSTED AND I STILL STAND ON IT #LOVE YOU TOMMY KEEP DOING WHAT YOU LOVE #❤️❤️❤️

guys sonic 3 was kinda bad

#idk if i'll be burned at the stake for this #i have yet to see what the local opinion-shaping youtubers are saying about it so maybe i'm not alone #i did have fun mostly bc i was watching with friends #but it was such a tell don't show movie that i felt insulted #i didn't go in expecting peak cinema i expected a family flick but like #i would sure like to see and experience the plot instead of having characters telling me about it #idk i was still but a dumb baby when i watched the other ones maybe they were always like this but i remember them being more subtle #also aside from the jim carreys and a few other jokes i really couldn't stand the humour in this one. sonic shut up.#ik he's like. supposed to be quippy but is he supposed to be marvel level quippy.#also despite the spoonfeeding of information i somehow still managed to not really understand the plot. so good job.#at least my friends really liked it #idk i'm not really a sonic fan but i enjoyed the last two movies well enough #and i know more about sonic than half my other friends who were watching #idk what do y'all think. should i do more movie reviews or should i shut up because who gaf i'm the i/p tumblr grookey.#hila has spoken

I've been keeping my eye on a 'specific youtub person critical' community for a few months now. Not for the youtuber, but to see what happens to the members of this one-person-obsessed community.

The answer is that these people need a fucking hobby.

#song of the day #hard to pick a song for today because I wasn't paying proper attention to most of the music I played #mentally chasing my tail over something very close to a no-win scenario and I loaded up with supplementary stimuli #educational podcasts and music and Stardew Valley and also I wrote a sweet little variant on my favorite excel macro #(quick shoutout to tam--lin for linking that Shanspeare video the other day and reminding me there is non-music-video youtube I enjoy)#but mostly I was just chewing the same three thoughts #I did have a nice exchange with Duncan about this song though so it wins the pick #we were talking about this singer and Duncan said he didn't think he'd heard of her #I reminded him of her song 'I Don't' which he does remember but not fondly but then there's also this song!#I mentioned how much I like its sustained vowel sounds and said something like 'any song I get to do a little howl in the middle'#and he did his comically-shocked routine it was all very fun #anyway I do really love the sustained vowel sounds. love love love to hold and warble a little on an O #this one and 'Lonely for You Only' by Midland and /especially/ 'Drinkin Me Lonely' by Chris Young which does have a real awooo in it #so satisfying

#stream #like wow tendons i haven’t stretched in FOREVER being FORCED into USE … parts of my CALF THATVE GONE UNDERUSED #insane …#maybe i SHOULDVE spent the money i didn’t have on investing in physical therapy after my fracture was deemed healed #also it helps a LOT with my hip pain ALSKALSLAKSLAKSLAKSLAKSLA #how did i come to the conclusion that i should work on fixing my gait ? 2 things: i remember when i reopened the fracture a few months ago &#was wearing my hinged brace & i alrdy walk a bit funny so i was limping & tbus kid started miming me & i wanted to punch him in the throat #like boy i’m stronger than u are can & will ever be kill yourself !!!! anyway that was just a flashback or whatever idk & then i also have #been getting chinese foot binding content on youtube the past few days so i just looked into it so like ok the flower pot shoes #i was like wait ok why … what kinda walk like i get they would’ve walked differently but like i was like ok what has happened #like what happened to the musculoskeletal structures of the feet - how’s it impacting their legs ? so ur walking on ur heels mostly from #what i read (wikipedia page) but since i love callus content like podiatry like the corn removals omgggggg but u can tell where ur callous #formation is & i know why it forms the way it does so it’s all the outside of my foot; literally i walk on the side of my heel MOSTLY & then #when i u know lift the heel instead of pushin pressure onto the big toe & ball of my foot it’s going to the outside & onto the corner of the #pinky toe … entirely …. BUT I DIDNT KNOW / CONNECT THE DOTS to muscle & how it’ll impact u LONGTERM if ur not using or whatever certain so #i’m walking super fucked up im pigeon footed essentially but it hurts all my outer hip from overuse / misuse & focusing on walking normal #helps soooooo much for that hip but for my big toe & inside foot/arch & low inner calf: big mad biggggg mad bc UNDERUSE #i haven’t been using those muscles ‘normally’ for more than a year.5 !!! crazy !!!!!!!#but also i was like wait i do tons of illegal shit we need to fix this walk so it’s a nonidentifiying feature bc i DO walk funny & it IS #noticeable but i can use this muscle memory to my advantage it’s like being able to write w my left hand now. use it to ur advantage. fool #everyone for fun - it’s a NATURAL DISGUISE

Ultratober day 15-16 character you hate

Technically, saying I hate M/inos or V/2 would be VERY inaccurate because i do like them but sometimes people use them to put down Sisyphus or V1 and THEN I momentarily dislike them but then I bounce back and enjoy them again not long after.

Spotify Tag Game

The game: Put your Spotify On Repeat playlist on shuffle and post the first 10 songs!

Honestly, I'm the worst person to do this x'D I don't use Spotify all that often so right now all songs on my On Repeat list are from the Who Holds the Devil playlist I made. So this turned into less of a "what music do you listen to" and more of a "let me explain why I put these specific songs on my Who Holds the Devil playlist." BUT I guess there might be an audience for that, too?

So let's go, I guess?

1. Heroes Rise - Tommee Profitt, Sam Tinnez

Definitely more of a Ga On-focused song what with that whole "hero" thing he's got going on and his attempts to make a change in the world. But there are also definite hints of Yo Han in that whole "heroes never die" aspect. Because while what he did was technically illegal and he's more of an antihero than anything else, he IS definitely still a hero. And what he did will be remembered for a long time to come, if nothing else because it gave rise to new heroes (see what I did there? ;D)

This is just a very good song to convey the overarching plot of heroes and the power they hold — but also the amount of conviction and dedication it requires.

2. I Didn't Ask For This - Beth Crowley

I am OBSESSED with this song right now, specifically in relation to Yo Han. There are parts of this song that hits just right for his character, both in the original drama and Who Holds the Devil. I mean:

Take what's left Of my fractured heart Bloodstained 'cause The pieces are so sharp

*chef's kiss*

But also:

*pterodactyl screech*

3. The Sacrament - HIM

My teenage emo phase coming back to bite me in the ass x'D No, but really, there's just something with this song that vibes with the whole religious themes of The Devil Judge. And the longing, desperation, and reverence of Who Holds the Devil.

Also, I just really, really love that piano. So sue me.

4. Die For You - PENTAGON

This one is pretty self-explanatory, I feel. Very much Ga On at the start of Who Holds the Devil, desperately longing for Yo Han. It also perfectly conveys his recklessness and just how far he'd be willing to go to be forgiven for his mistakes.

5. Dancing's Done - Ava Max

Possibly added during a bit of a YOLO moment, not going to lie xD BUT, there are definitely parts of the lyrics that apply:

I wanna give into your dark temptation I wanna touch you like nobody does, oh People like you and me were born to run So where we going when the dancing's done? (Oh)

Because Ga On sure has hell wants to give in to Yo Han's dark temptation, even if he pretends that he doesn't.

6. A Little Bit Dangerous - CRMNL

Yo Han. Through and through. It also has a bit of the same cheekiness as the original soundtrack, which I like. And, I mean:

Let out of the cage, took my chains away I'm so tough to tame now Look at what you made me Look at what you made me do

7. I Want You To Want Me - Chase Holfelder

Another Yo Han song. Like, if you've read The Gentle Light? You know why this song is here. You know about the desperation and the yearning and the need. So, really, I HAD to put this on the list.

BECAUSE PINING.

8. Let Me Be Your Armor - Assemblage 23

I am SO glad this song made it onto the list because this one actually requires an explanation. It's one that might not make a lot of sense in terms of style (it definitely has a different vibe than the rest) BUT. The lyrics. The LYRICS. Like, babes. Listen to the lyrics. Listen to the lyrics ALL THE WAY THROUGH and then tell me this isn't Yo Han (as he sees himself).

This is a song I've had in my folders for literal YEARS (a friend sent it to me as a mood song for one of my OCs) and the moment I decided to make this playlist, I KNEW this song had to be on it.

9. A Dangerous Thing - AURORA

Honestly, I'm not sure if I need to explain this one all that much. It kind of speaks for itself in a lot of ways. Though I WILL say that while the dangerous thing is Yo Han in most situations, just maybe, there might be times when it's Ga On. Especially in Who Holds the Devil.

10. Addicted - MONSTA X

Look. I know we haven't really gotten to that part yet, but they be horny, okay? Desperate and horny. And very much addicted to each other. What more do you want me to say? xD

(for real, though, MONSTA X sure know how to make desperate and horny songs. Mercy is even worse, in the best way possible).

Uploading the Three Musketeers edit that I mentioned in the tags of my last post bc I spent 40-60 minutes on it and sacrificed all of my tablet storage space and I’m very proud of it

#if tumblr lets me upload it that is #the three musketeers #d’artagnan and the three musketeers #д’артаньян и три мушкетера #soviet cinema #I know no one’s gonna care about this but I’m posting it anyway #bc it’s my blog and I do what I want #it is currently musketeer hours in my brain #idk why #kuviren are very confused as to why they sometimes get a bunch of new roommates #it’s because my obsession with this film series comes and goes every few weeks whenever something triggers it #and then it goes away again after a couple days #ANYWAYS #this was actually a very fun exercise in colour and composition #I just scrolled back and forth on the 4 hour compilation of all three episodes on youtube #trying to spot scenes that fit each colour #I find it funny how there’s a very clear theme with each part #like cardinal richelieu is the only one who consistently wears bright red so he dominates the red scenes #milady is in a lot of yellow bc she’s blonde and her skin has a warm undertone and her main dress is yellow and black #green is just scenery mostly. fun fact movie was filmed in ukraine #and then blue is musketeer uniforms #*insert intense stimming here* I am Completely Normal about this #making this was really fun #I kinda wanna do it for some other fandoms but it takes so much storage space and effort #for very little feedback #I might if inspiration hits me idk #we’ll see #rant over
