for what its worth i no longer have the tumblr app on my phone and my chrome no longer automatically opens to it so uh? Idk maybe im not coming back

#this may sound sad and worrying but i have not been away from tumblr this long in my 14 years on this site #And thats very insane. Because it has been One Month #like i joined this site when i was 12. Im about to turn 27. And i have never been Away from the site for a month #When i went on my trip around the world i still checked tumblr Multiple times a day #I spent my formative years obsessing over this site. so many blogs and so much time that i will never get back #And dont get me wrong!! I have loved this site very much!!! And i still do!!! I want to be here and write!!!#But i am working 45 hour weeks. I am barely affording rent and bills. I am starting a postgrad qualification while continuing to work 45h #I do not have the time for a hobby right now #If i come back anytime soon it will be a revamp (audience boos) with Many characters dropped #But idk #Because the muses i want to write most are kinda. They dont really have a place #some of them are affiliated heavily w people who just dont use tumblr or anything anymore #And others i have Tried many times on many blogs and the demand just isnt there #And i do not have the time or energy to campaign with all ive got to get a blog off the ground when no ones interested #I love u all and the memories i have are cherished and i hope to write with you all again soon #for now u will find me on disc @ quintennyson if u want to keep in touch #but in truth? The BWCat and the Cocker Spaniel are /the/ faces of Webkinz!#They're on the tags! On the site! Show up in a lot of promotional material/in-game items/advertisements/etc! They had to be the first two!#And also it's just good practice for implementing a multi-pet system generally #It's all well and good if Diamond works Perfectly but if as soon as you add in a second element everything goes wrong what's the point #So he's here early in development ♪ Very important that they grow together! And also they're best friends you wouldn't separate them right #It's actually pretty fun to start to think about what I'd name the other OG8! Since I've only ever had Diamond she's so solidified to me #I'm biased towards the BWCat but the Cocker Spaniel is quite cute too! When I can actually draw him correctly lol #I haven't talked much about the pet adoption aspect yet - Diamond and Rocky are just the names I use but! The point is to pick your own!#I mean I still don't have names decided for the rest of them - Rocky just Happened and I've settled happily into it haha #I'd love to have a custom pronouns system too - I've seen it! I think it's really cool!!#One step at a time...#Still using the GShop label lol it's the WShop I promise the concept art went through a phase it's back to normal now lol #Another aspect of pet raising that I think is underutilized in Webkinz Classic is pet interaction!#You can Imagine whatever you want and pose them and stuff but pet conversation?? Come on!!#You can have your pets in the same room but they can't talk to each other?? No! Ghostkinz can talk to each other They Have To #Surprisingly the second pet wouldn't be on the Kero/secondary character ''layer'' hehe #And then a few other little interaction/flags for if multiple pets have been adopted :3c #What do your 'Kinz get up to when you're not around? They keep themselves and each other entertained haha #Having them ''running loose'' in your computer vs. their own rooms does make for a different environment haha #Send 'em home and to bed when you're done playing so they can't get up to so much trouble! No they still will lol

watching the hbomberguy video about plagiarism and hes discussing man in cave. as a certified cave enthusiast, and a certified cave disaster enthusiast, which was kickstarted by floyd collins videos, and particularly by the mental floss article, i must say. i had seen man in cave when it was first uploaded and i did think it was mid at the time i juts didnt realize it was plagiarized that badly. i have watched so many fucking floyd collins videos at this point that they kind of blend together so i thought the script being boring and done-before was because of that, not because it was a word for word copy of the mental floss article. lmfao.

hello good morning beautiful friends!

#another day! what are we all planning on doing with it! what is everyone reading right now! having finished gios room yesterday i #am currently not reading anything except um. hex hall. with ren. because i love ren. but a second hand book site had a sale going #on so i got 4 secondhand books for 13.30 and they're arriving this weekend :-) today i am planning to. carry on looking for jobs which #is miserable especially considering my cv is underwhelming and looks like i dont have much meaningful experience because i was #unable to find a delicate way of mentioning that on top of my old job i also did my managers' job starting from the ripe old age of 16 #because they decided to just stop putting managers on most of the shifts i used to work so all the stuff that the manager was responsible #for was left to me and was not reflected in my pay...not that im bitter about that or anything...ANYWAY. also today i plan to #make some genuine progress with planning [noisy train passes by] and also get my paints down and sort through them to find which #ones havent dried up..maybe paint something..like a pigeon although i dont know how to draw or paint pigeons i just love pigeons and sheep.#(ridi's) bigmouth strikes again

watched secret world of arrietty potentially my new favorite ghibli movie... not potentially i think it legit is

#i watched fourr movies today 2 ive seen b4 and 2 new ones... arrietty was one of da new ones #the other new one was orlando pretty good i liked how likee. artsy it was... it was very cool basically i liked it and i rly loved the #costuming #i do wish it had subtitles on site i use tho bc i had a hard time understanding.. not da movies fault bc i have a hard time comprehending #dialogue in a Lot of older movies.. but i liked it :]]#but anyways yes. one thing abt me i was obsesseddd with borrowers as a kid it was part of my fairy obsession. i was sososososooso hopelessl #delighted by the concept of tiny people who live secretly and their houses and furniture are all fashioned out of #everyday human objects it made me fucking craaazy #me and my siblings favorite activity used to be building fairy houses... we even had one playground we loved specifically #bc it had a bunch of trees with little hollowed out areas under the roots which made the best fairy houses...#we had umm. for a while this is fun my mom had this likee. sheet she made that was like.. a grading sheet for playgrounds #so everytime we went to a playground wed check the little boxes for each thing on the list it had... like we had Curly slide swingset seesa #etc... and then wed also write in anything that wasnt on the sheet that we loved #and we wrote in Great for fairy houses for a lot of them.... it was rly rly rly fun i honestly think that might be part of where my love of #spreadsheets came from.. one thing abtme i looooove to categorize things by a set metric. so yes #basically :DDD I LOVE FAIRIES I LOVE BORROWERS!!! i rly rly rly wanna get into building those little miniature houses. dollhouses whyd i sa #minihouses LOL. i was thinking of likee studson studios type thang i forget what theyre called #ik they make little kits for it so id start with that but eventually id love 2 start just making my own...#i also used to watch those like. miniature cooking videos. they were my cocomelon i would literally watch them boil a droplet of water and #Lose my fucking mind KJASBDKUBSJ #or when they put the little miniature cake in their little miniature oven... i specifically am remembering the pancakes #I NEED 2 FIND THOSE AGAIN. OMGOMG I found a site that lets your merge gifs and download them as one gif!#I know all the Photoshop wizards can do this in their sleep properly #but I don't have it and don't know how to use it so I've only been able to use online site and OMG!#and I mean obviously I'm SUPER grateful for ezgif and the ketchup site #That's where I still create the gifs from the video #but omg merging two gifs together has been my DREAM ever since starting this giffing journey #starcrossed... I love them so much #I just absolutely 100% believe there's a happy ending for them #my gifs #this is unbelievably subpar I know but omg there is so much to learn #now that there is a site that will let me do this!#two actually -- I found online video cutter but it has a limit of 5 a day #and then Kapwing but it puts a watermark which is why this gif is... shorter like in height. I can't think of the word I'm so excited!
