Exactly a month away now until Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth comes out. I'm only a little bit counting down...

#fun fact: I don’t actually own a copy of Until Dawn! I played my brother’s #I only have the PS+ digital version which doesn’t contain the Emily and Matt preorder dlc #so I didn’t consider this a total waste of money #second fun fact: I’ve only bought 3 ps5 games for full price. the last 2 were BG3 and The Quarry #(latter of which was what made me swear off paying $70 for games lol #I broke that rule for BG3 ONLY)

since the preorder store is currently slated to go live on march 28th, do you know the release date of the zine too? or will that be announced much closer to the preorder store going live?

I’m hoping to have the preorder store open for a month, so the zine should be ordered around the end of April, and then bundles should start going out to customers by June at the latest, depending on production schedules!

#asked and answered #would be really nice if the universe pulled another Our Lawyer zine and our print copies and merch get to us like a month early #ideally we’d have this out to folks by end of May but obviously i can’t promise that knowing that merch production takes time :’)#the preorder store is going live on my birthday! as a treat for me :) this zine is my bday gift!

Got me thinking about Halo so here're some pics of the baby (Halo 3 Legendary Edition) and a few of the books I still have. Most of this was pre-ordered so it's as old as its original publishing date (2004-2009). I still have the box/sleeve for the Legendary Edition as well as the Reach Legendary edition (with the statue) and the Halo Wars special edition, but they're in the side room in storage. I used to have the guide books for 2 and 3 too but I can't find them so I may have sold them.

Halo's media is extremely well documented, I'm not going to scan these since they already exist online in decent enough quality

Gamestop was having a big clearance thing and I turned to my dad and was like #'If I don't get this now I'll never be able to find it for this little ever again' and I was right. Core memory #I pre-ordered the standard edition of 3 because I couldn't afford the LE at the time (think it was $120 at launch?)#And the Heroic Edition was just a steelbook basically. Not worth it for the $70-80 or whatever it was tbh #I ended up giving my original preordered copy to a friend when his disc broke #It still had the bright orange 'Do Not Open Before 9/25/07' sticker on it hah!

so i have arrived at - as the youth may call it - stupid asf situation. you see my printer thought they were being cool (they were <3) and sent me dupes if the small 5 x 7 graphics. which is cool except now i have nine copies of the same graphic amongst other slightly silly things, so i might run in stock leftover sales in the next month or two

#realistically i wont run any preorder things while i live abroad but i promised to penpal with my baby sister so i will be sending intl mail #anyway and i was always planning on taking some of my graphics with me for decoration purposes so might as well maybe #its just... incredibly funny how do i have nine copies of the ice does not forgive george. what will i ever do with nine copies lol #(* i dont want to open shop while i love abroad most likely cause i dont know a printer there BUT if leftovers go fine ill see lol #btw this only applies to 5x7 ones. not-a4 ones i got the amount i ordered aka the ones people wanted + personal use/archival ones #yes store was always just an excuse to buy myself more graphics. i just couldnt justify it to myself. thats why the price was so low lol #its basically production price + rounding up to account for shipping supplies lmao. and even then realistically i couldve gone lower #i just wasnt sure how many people would want any and i wanted to cover my bases haha #i do know artists who table at cons from where i will be living so mayhaps if there is interest i will hit them up to see if theyre willing #to share trade secrets. they probably will some merch manus are kept secret (enamel pins in particular) but prints are dime a dozen lol #erika.txt
