I keep thinking about Tom calling himself Poppy in The Lighthouse because AJ’s character was previously called Bobby and it was gonna be this whole thing where they were Bobby and Poppy and it would be a beautiful significant parallel (especially if you add Luke’s twist at the end to it) but then AJ forgot and called himself Clint and Sam agreed with him and you can see on Tom’s face that he’s so disappointed he called himself Poppy for nothing

I've seen this post arguing with someone who said The Last Unicorn is bad because Alex Hirsch said so and while I agree with most of the points I still don't think Unicorn's moral change because she fell in love with Some Guy feels real because the love with Some Guy doesn't feel real at all to me. I've rewatched the movie recently but the love subplot is just so tiresome and doesn't make me feel anything. He just slain some monters and read her poetry untill she forget being an unicorn enough to instantly fall in deep love with a guy she's been ingoring the whole time.

Why is DC letting someone come up with an ancient history for the name Grayson when it’s only been in Dick’s family for two three generations? 🤔 His great grandfather William Cobb came up with the name when he took his son from the mother, Amelia Crowns, to deliver to the circus as prime Talon material, if you remember. And I haven't read any comic that indicates that the Court of Owls story, and Dick’s gramps wanting him as a Talon, has been de-canonized.
