Ayo, why do so many people think Gojo was lanky before his unboxing? He was stuck in a pocket dimension for nineteen days. Nineteen days is a lot of time but simultaneously isn’t when it comes to building muscle specifically. Also, the point of the cube was to trap him so he couldn’t move. He wasn’t deadlifting in the cube; he literally couldn’t do anything. At one point in time, Gege said time doesn’t even flow the same in the cube, and it’s more like there is no flow of time. Nineteen days for Yuji could have felt like a few seconds for Gojo. Gege could have changed their stance on that, idk, I haven’t read the chapter

My point is, Gojo hasn’t been lanky since high school, most likely. After Toji rocked his shit and nearly killed him, I imagine that would traumatize him at least a little lmao He improved his Infinity and gained, like, mast control over it and probably bulked up. This man is 28 and fights the strongest curses regularly. Aint no way he never gained muscle in the 11 years since his fight with Toji as a second year. I mean…even Yuji is shredded. F-14 FUN FACT OF THE DAY #16

The F-16 Fighting Falcon and F/A-18 Hornet came in both single-seat and two-seat variants, primarily utilized as trainer aircraft. Unlike the two-seat variants of those aircraft, the F-14 Tomcat never had flight controls in the backseat, meaning the back seater could not take over flying the jet in cases of emergency. There were no F-14 Tomcat trainers.

Instead, they'd do a "flip flop hop." They'd have the new pilot sit in the back after someone "fluffed" the aircraft, aka ran through the start up procedures with another pilot as the new pilot was not trained to be a RIO. Then they would watch their instructor go through certain maneuvers, then they would switch and the trainee would perform the same maneuvers.

Spark sits in a church. In a pew, hands clasped, with his head down. He does not pray, but reminisces.

He not only knows, but intimately understands the paths he’s taken to be where he is today; in a dream that feels far too real than any have in the past decade. The weight of the axe in his hand, heavy and with its dulled blade every hit to the rotted wood takes more and more strength out of him. The cold breeze coming in from the broken stained glass that he doesn’t bother to avoid as he aims for a support beam.

Sparks sits in a church, and watches himself tear it to pieces.

In the pew directly across the aisle from his, sits a woman unfamiliar to him. He sits up and turns to look at her. Her posture screams of boredom, from the way her arm hangs on the back of the bench to her boot hitting the floor almost in rhythm to the carnage before them both. Her head hangs low, with her hair obscuring her facial features, one could almost assume she was asleep.

The coat she wears is familiar only because he’s seen it before, on her brother.

He’d call out to her if he’d just remembered what her name was. It’s a choking sensation, a word that sits heavy on his tongue that he knows won’t sound right if he makes the attempt to say it. He knows that he knew it, if only he’d just…

Everything’s gone quiet, from the tapping to the axe on wood, or glass, or stone. There is an immense heat which he cannot find the source for. He can’t seem to find himself either. All that’s left behind is a partially caved in roof and every decorative item denoting what this church was for in absolute ruin.

Spark turns to look back towards the woman, perhaps her tune has changed, but he can’t. His vision of her is mostly concealed by his own form; axe held above his head, eyes closed, and his wings limp. What he can see of her is her hand now grasping the pew in-front of her own and her boots turned towards him and his fate.

The axe swings down, and

Spark wakes up in snow.

A church burns before him.

At this rate Jack and I have worked so much non-canon material into Wes and Avery’s plotline that we might have to make another original setting to better utilize all the concepts we have.

Ya know what I think is really sad? There’s so many artists who have worked on Castlevania that either don’t get credited, have incredibly little information about them, or aren’t appreciated nearly as much by the fandom as others. It’s to the point where while I was looking up information for this post, Google was only giving me Ayami Kojima as the answer for “who painted the Castlevania 1 cover art”. Which is so sad because! like! I love Ayami’s artwork!!! But she is not the only artist for the series! And I love everyone else’s artwork too!!!!!!!! :(

Anyway, the only information I could find about the art of CV1 and CV2 is that Noriyasu Togakushi was the character designer for the games, as well as for CV3. But I’m not sure which artworks he did for these games. Some sources claim that he did the cover art for the first two games, others (updated just as recently) claim that the cover artists for both games is completely unknown. And I’m not sure if he did the cute little manual doodles and concept sketches either, but I’d say those are probably more likely his since cover arts were commonly outsourced at the time and concept sketches like that seem more in line with the work of a character designer, but I could be wrong. Sadly, many websites have a habit of crediting an artist and then not specifying what works are theirs. And judging by how little information there is regarding everyone involved with working on those games, even the main writer/director, it’s also possible that we might not actually know which works are his.

Regardless, I wanna thank this guy for probably having designed Simon Belmont, the man I draw or want to draw almost every day of my life :)

I hope that the images show up correctly cause I’ve been having some weird issues with images lately. When cropping the image, it shows the correct one, but the thumbnails aren’t showing up right at all on my end.
