Where is your path taking you?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Images are from Pinterest. I do not own them. The decks used for this reading are the following : Crystals oracle to determine the imagery representing each groups energy, Threads of fate oracle shadow edition, below the surface oracle, White Numen tarot.
Group 1 - Meteorite - Connect to your "star stuff"
If you were drawn to the meteorite, you might consider yourself a starchild. You may have a fascination for stars, astronomy and astrology, science fiction and alien theories. You may find it difficult to connect with people and feel like you belong in a group. You may struggle with your sense of identity. The meteorite oracle card states the following :
" When to use it : When you're looking to conduct more spiritual energy, try Nickel-Iron meteorite. When you're looking to chat with a friend in another galaxy, go with Chrondrite meteorite. When you want to feel aligned to that universal energy that pulsates through everything, try Pallasite meteorite." It feels like you're doubting whether you'll ever find people that are on the same wavelength as you. Well, good news for you. You're getting closer to your soul fam. As you're intuition and connection to the universe are getting stronger, you're able to sense people with whom you may match or your magnetism is doing the trick for you, since you're raising your vibrations. This card also tells me that you may be deepening your connection to the spiritual realm. I'm especially picking up on your ancestry.
Now let's take a look at your other cards. You got the card n° 35 from Below the surface oracle : Oarfish - Be the bigger person. Your kindness is your strength. Here your spirit team is reassuring you on your ability to love and be loved. They're asking you to trust yourself and your qualities. You also got the card n° 34 : Titan triggerfish - Your bold side. Make the first move. Oarfish is a very long fish that adapts well in the depths of oceans. It seems that in different cultures, it is a symbol of misticism, intuition and inner work. It invites you to uncover hidden talents and truths that will help you on your journey. The titan triggerfish is known to be quite protective of its territory and rather aggresive, especially during mating season. Though being bold is a great quality, it shouldn't lead to arrogance and agressivity. Looking at these two cards together, it seems like your journey is taking you to a new territory. You might start a new project, discover a new interest or find a new job that gives you the opportunity to meet your people. Other cards that you have include "dare to dream" and "self love" from the Threads of fate deck. The first card is related to air and the second to water. "Dare to dream" is an invitation to "step wildly into your dreams, to visit them often, to ask them what they need from you". The guidebook insists that though we feel like our dreams are out of reach because we don't know how to reach them, we should still pursue them as dreams coming true is a collaboration between you and the universe. "Show up forthem and they'll show up for you too". To me this also means that lucid dreaming could be a way for you to either manifest these connections faster or to help you identify them when you meet them. Pursuing a dream could very well be the door to new friendships and alliances. Have you ever dreamt of starting your own rock band or publishing a book? Now might be the time to give these dreams more substance by taking a first step towards them. On this card, an eagle's claw is depicted holding tightly to a ruby. The claw is surrounded by Buckthorn. The eagle, the buckthorn and the ruby are symbols of resilience and durability. The Eagle's energy allows you to see clearly through people and situations, to spot the connections between events and people. While the buckthorn helps you deal with external influences that might deter you from following your path, the ruby helps you with the internal factors such as self limiting beliefs. The "self love" card provides a similar meaning as it figures a magestic peacock. Your journey is leading you to a higher perception of yourself and more acceptance of your identity.
It also leads you to success, personal and material accomplishment as well as more opportunities to grow, for your last two cards are the ten of pentacles and the two of wands. On the first card can be seen three animals that resemble white dogs and on the other is a snake. These animals could be reprensentative of the energy of the people you're about to meet. You could be traveling a bit more in the future.
Group 2 - Chrysocolla - Be your own mama.
If you chose this crystal, you may feel quite vulnerable lately and emotionally overwhelmed. You may ask for external validation and help in making decisions for yourself, as you don't trust your ability to be objective and thorough in your analysis of situations and people. You might be in a state of confusion and exhaustion because of someone or something going on in your life. You may feel anxious about the future. Your path is taking you to more control over your life and being your own parent. Meaning that you'll learn to nurture and provide for yourself. You'll learn to be your own mental and emotional suppport, as life may take you away from loved ones. Specifically, I'm picking up on the energy of students or young adults that are leaving the parental home for the first time to pursue their career or studies. It could also be that you're leaving a relationship and being single again scares you. You will be healing your heart chakra on this journey to your independence. Maybe some of you were taught at a very young age that they were unable to live on their own for some reason, that they would always need somebody else to succeed in life. These false and self limiting beliefs became your truth and made you depend on people when in reality you only needed yourself. Looking at your cards, I can tell that your path is taking you to reclaiming your power. Your cards from Below the surface deck are the following : n°23 Coconut Octopus - You're on the right path. Keep going through the in-betweens. n°14 Giant oceanic manta ray - Life is a marathon. Don't burn yourself out in one sprint. I get a strong feeling here that you were manipulated and belittled by people around you, made to feel like you were incompetent or even unstable. That you were worthless, untrustworthy, following the wrong path. Your spirit team is begging you to wake up. "You're not crazy, they are" is what I heard. Your gut feelings are accurate. Your vision of yourself and the world is accurate. Your opinion is valid. You have to keep pushing and keep going. Don't doubt yourself, your skills or your intent. Your mind is clear. People want you to belive otherwise because they are scared of your light, your influence and your power. You mirror back to them their BS and it makes them uncomfortable. The reality is that they dispise themselves more than they dislike you. You have done nothing wrong. Your journey is thus taking you back to clarity and to your inner truth. The octopus is a very clever creature. Its brain functions in ways that are so complex even humans fail to grasp its potential. Your energy is so intense and deep people fear it. You are not to be blamed for their inability to grasp your potential. The giant manta ray invites you to slow down and meditate, to take a few steps back in order to see the bigger picture. It is a symbol of healing, adaptability and focus, as the manta ray is a swift navigator that knows where its going and never loses sight of its destination. The manta ray is also called the "devil fish". People have been misinterpreting its nature which could be something that oftens happen to you. The manta ray highlights the importance of choosing your source of help wisely, if you ever feel the need for external support.
Following these cards are "fate" and "The Magi" from the Threads of fate deck. These two cards are related to the element of Ether. There's a quality to you that people can't grasp. They can't put you in a box basically because you were never meant to fit in one. You are meant to expand and grow beyond anything they could even comprehend. Your path will lead you to great manifestation and a better sight. You could be among the people whose influence in life will be meaningful and well known. You could find your calling in spiritual and divination practices such as tarot, pendulum or chiromancy. Fate and Magi card remind me of Doctor Strange and the multiverse. Similarly to this character, your path may lead you to the awakening of the ability to consider all alternatives and roads to achieve one goal, but also to predict which are likely to be more successful. These cards remind you of the importance of boundaries and the power our actions and words hold. Especially the power and meaning of saying no. The fate card figures an egg resting on a pillow while the Magi shows a hand supporting an eye. It feels like you are currently incubating but soon you will hatch and be able to see the world clearly with your third eye.
Your last two cards are The Chariot and The Empress. The energy of these cards feel welcoming but also extremely powerful. Your path is leading you to stepping into your feminine and leading your life with dignity and grace. The Empress here is depicted as being active contrary to traditional tarot. She stands proud and ready to battle with anyone that would try to dethrone her. She is fierce and with the Chariot in her shadow, she is a force to be reckoned with. She knows where she's heading and will not stop until she reaches her destination. The energies of Cancer and Taurus accompany you on your journey. The Venusian energy of Taurus will help you attract love and nurturing experiences. The lunar energy of Cancer will help you see beyond the veil and understand the threads of fate and their intricate design. You will slowly but surely become the Weaver of your life. Like a manta ray, you will swiftly navigate through shallow waters and like a spider weave your way through the lies and deceit people might want to trap you in.
Group 3 - Rhodochrosite - Soften your heart.
If you selected this group, you may be going through a break up or mourning the loss of a loved one. A situation that was important to you might have ended unexpectedly which left you feeling lost and resenting what was happening. Rhodochrosite is to be used when your heart hurts. It reminds you that though you're hurting, you will heal and love again when you are ready. Your path is leading you to forgiveness and acceptance of that which you can no longer change. It will lead you to detachment and renewal in matters of the heart. The card n°18 from the Below the surface deck is associated with the broadclub cuttlefish. It states : rapid changes, let your flexibility serve you. The following card is the n° 12 represening the ambon damselfish. It states : don't be afraid of your voice, your opinion matters. These two cards suggest that this state of mourning won't last too long. You will quickly be presentend with new romantic opportunities or new projects and spirits are reassuring you. You will be able to move on and start anew. When these opportunity rise, don't be afraid to step in the light and let yourself be seen. The cuttlefish and the damselfish are both very unique and bright. They live in deep waters and can adapt pretty well to their environment. Like these two species, you are resilient and can make your way back to the top pretty quickly. Your other cards tell me that any limiting belief regarding love and relationships will be purged, as you have the destruction card followed by the versatility card. It was important that you do through this experience as it was meant to bring to light the toxicity and limits of your reality. Destruction is associated with fire whereas versatility is related to air. The versatility card reminds you that timing is very important and that forcing a situation to be when the timing is not right will only hinder your growth. It asks you how you can shift what is already existing in order to progress or to consider moving on when no solution can be found. Your path will lead you to a spiritual "spring cleaning". You will be going through your life, your possessions and relationships and ask yourself whether you truly need them now. You will be reassessing the value of your environment, your beliefs, your routines. Your approach to dating and entertaining relationships will be complitely different afterwards.
Ultimately, your path leads you to a new offer. An opportunity to be the main role in your life instead of a spectator. The knight of pentacles and The Emperor bring a message of patience and faith. You have to trust that at the right time and in the right place, what is meant for you will find you and you will be able to recognize it. They also invite you to be clear on your intentions. Especially if you consider dating again. Make sure you are clear on what you expect from a relationship, what you appreciate or what triggers you. Be mindful though of the power you exert over your life. Allow yourself to receive but do not shy away from your responsibilities. Your next partner may be a little bit controlling but also guarded. They need to take things slow and can be quite stubborn. But they will also teach you how to ground yourself and be in the present moment, not to burn any steps and feel things through to ensure you are on the right track. The signs of Aries and Taurus could be significant.

@joemomrgneissguy SPACE MINING. HO BOY.
So when mining comes into a conversation, there are several 'laws' of mining and processing that I like to consider that people tend to forget:
Location and rarity of commodity
Location and rarity of extraction techniques/reagents
What is necessary for this operation to work?
Where does the finished product go?
Some of these are extraneous. Theoretically, we don't have to care that iron is common on earth and might be present on the moon, so it changes the conversation from "why?" to "how would we?". Same with extraction and reagents. If you don't care how expensive it is to ship- for example: water and carbon dioxide to the moon because you want to process He-3, nothing can stop you.
However, what will stop planning, is processing. Blowing up a rock is easy. Collecting the rock and breaking it into a usable form is not. If there isn't a plan for exactly what commodity is being mined and how to separate it and all the equipment that needs to be made to get it into a usable form, and a plan to get that equipment into space. God help the poor bastard.
And fundamentally, no matter HOW you turn it, people use the finished product. If there are no people where you are mining the Thing, you need to have a way for the Thing to get back to the people who need it. WHY are you mining the Thing? What is economic about the Thing being made? and Is it worth the money?
[angry geologist rant under the cut]
So the thing about space and asteroids is metals come in native form a lot of the time because there's nothing to oxidize them; it makes processing simpler and the density increases profit. This is usually what people talk about when they go off about space mining: Ohh, if we just reach this asteroid 400 years away there's so much Gold and Platinum! Ohh, if we just crashed a FUCKING ASTEROID INTO EARTH OR MARS we could be so rich!
However this is a LIE for two reasons: It's actually harder to process straight sulfides or straight metal because they aren't brittle. Instead of breaking into smaller pieces you can separate and process, they jam the crusher. Universities with mining departments often have huge chunks of impressive high-grade sitting around that were donated by companies when they jammed their fucking system. If you can't break it down, it's a useless fucking clump of rock.
Secondly, even if you have native metals clumped together like an iron-nickel asteroid, unless you want an iron-nickel product, you have to separate them. Since it's not brittle, you would have to pour a bunch of hydrochloric on it and wait for the reaction to dissolve the outer surface.
And all this is assuming the metals are on Earth. If not, you have to figure out how to do this in space. How much HCl will you need? How are you going to fly it up there? How are you going to break it down? How are you going to replace parts when they inevitably break?
The big "commodity" on the moon is Helium-3, which is extremely rare on Earth. (So yes, we have a need, and yes, there's substantial reason to mine it in a place where it's more accessible.) The logic starts breaking down around "getting it back" and "how does the operation work": In moon quantities (up to 15 parts per billion (ppb)), you have to mine about 150 tons to extract 1g of He-3. That's not unreasonable, to be honest, since economic gold hovers around 7-12 ppb. And technically you'd only have to heat the rock to 600-700 C. However, things do melt at those temperatures. Then you have to get it back to earth. Either a SpaceX-style return and come back, or a drop shipments- It's just insane to me though that we would use SO MANY RESOURCES to rip up the fucking moon, even with an automated system, when if you look at He-3 we already produce what equals 11 pounds of He-3 yearly from Oil and Gas deposits, it's just not collected.
I have more beef with planets that are theoretically resource-rich, but people just- don't care about getting them back to Earth? Venus has significant metal-Sulfides and Tellurides in its atmosphere, which is why people joke about the "floating oxygen colonies" on Venus. But congratulations! You've colonized a planet that is inaccessible to human technology because anything we've ever designed will dissolve. Same with Europa. To design something that works on Venus - not to mention extracts things in the proper form to be used in human conditions - and/or get them back to Earth means redesigning how we think of the properties of the periodic table.
With extraction, we play a lot with oxidation states, and one of the rules is to stay within Earth's aqueous conditions. If you oxidize anything too much, your solution will want to vaporize to oxygen. Reduce anything too much, and your solution will want to vaporize to hydrogen gas.
So, if you design anything on Earth designed for conditions on Venus, it will be unstable. If you design anything on Venus meant for Earth, it will be unstable.
Which is kind of the end of my rant, I guess. Don't crash something into Earth unless you can process it. If you can process it in space, can you get it back? Who's responsible when the thing breaks? Why the fuck is money being spent when 9 times out of 10 we have it here on earth with the conditions we're familiar with?
If we've somehow depleted Earth enough that we need resources from other planets, which would insinuate we have not figured out how to recycle our own metals, which is untrue, and likewise we have no business in space anyway- Where did all our resources go? Are we leaving for those other planets? Do we have faster-than-light travel to collect the new resources in a timely manner?
There isn't even water in space half the time and if you do have a colony on Mars and tech bros are going to process all the hematite to build their shitty underground Martian city, are they shipping water from the north and south poles to do this? Have they figured out how to renew the carbon filters that are going to be needed to get all the waste and organics out of it once it's used?
In my opinion, it's all just fucking stupid. Space mining tries to answer a question that doesn't need to be asked with people who don't know how mineral processing works who haven't thought what the logistics require and don't care that entropy demands even minerals in stasis don't last forever. But it's ~new~ and the dollar signs on metallic asteroids gleam in their eyes and I want to take out Elon Musk's kneecaps.

Montresor (and Willtresor) are the Bad Ending of White Raven III: now it is personal
Well, after realizing that I have like (check the list) two unfinished "sagas" of essays, I remembered that I had this 80% done and I told myself that maybe it was an excellent time to get on with this shit to keep kicking the archetypes and gothic tragedy essay under the rug
When I thought about this ("hey, if Montresor has so many similarities to Lenore and Annabel, where does that leave Will?"), my first thought was that the parallel would be this:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We have a charming blondie charlatan who arrives just in time to offer their "friendship" (wink, wink) to a poor individual who couldn't be hungrier for affection and validation. A deal sealed with a handshake, otherwise.
Here the parallel between Will and Lenore is drawn in that they are both rather reactive people: they don't take the initiative to do things, they react to things that happen around them. For example, Will wasn't the one who came up with the idea of putting Duke behind the wall, just as Lenore didn't come up with this whole fake rivalry scheme.
But neither of them refuse to participate, either because they think they can get away with it, or because they don't stop to think about the consequences of the things they get into. And, in general, they tend to panic when things don't go their way and immediately back off (even when that's not possible).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
But this is where the parallel ends, because their personalities and approaches are completely different: Will tends to curl up in a ball and look for excuses not to get hurt, while Lenore is an extremely blunt weapon capable of taking whatever is thrown at her.
So you can imagine the look on my face when, after thinking it over, I realized that the person Will has the most in common with is not Lenore.
It's Annabel.
Because if we had a nickel for every time we saw a character in Nevermore…
Be willing to tolerate physical harm to protect an object of affection whose game has backfired.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Idealizing that object of affection to obsessive levels.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Taking harmful attitudes out of a desire to be accommodating because they think that's what that person expects of them.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And putting up with it even though it is tearing them apart inside...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We would have two nickels. It's not much, but it's interesting that it happened twice.
With that, I could up the ante and point out something else that Annabel and Will have in common: they're both invisible people. Will is someone no one gives a second glance to, while Annabel is seen more as an object or an idea than an individual (a pretty accessory in life, an unbeatable queen in death). They don't really matter to anyone.
Except for one person. One person for whom they are willing to give absolutely everything. Their lives, their physical integrity, their identity.
This creates an enormous fear of being abandoned by that person, when they have given them such an important part of their self-construction, who are they without them?
Then there is the particular way in which they both understand relationships. Annabel has openly stated that she sees social relationships as commercial exchanges. It is not known whether Will has a similar view, but in practice he behaves much like Annabel in this respect: they see themselves as important to the extent that they can be useful to their particular person. Tools to be used, rather than individuals deserving some form of appreciation, care, or even affection for simply being them.
Under that premise, it's to be expected that Montresor or Lenore will discard them the moment something more useful or better comes along, because that's what you do with tools. If some of them end up in the trash, it's because Annabel or Will have failed to remain useful, and they need to make amends for their mistakes in order to be considered worthy of a second look.
Which makes it tremendously ironic that Lenore says this to Will…
Tumblr media
When in the midst of a panic attack, this is one of the first concerns Annabel has to express.
Tumblr media
At this point, the difference between the two situations jumps out: Lenore cares about Annabel. Where Montresor is more than happy to use Will's complexes to keep him chained to him, Lenore is far from being comfortable with all that crap. Again, what draws the lines in the end is that there are people who have their hearts in the right place and there are people who don't.
But I think there's one thing that's a little darker: please watch Montresor's face when he realizes that the person he's choking is Will.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And watch his complete lack of reaction when Lenore pulls it out of his face.
Tumblr media
I think the fucked up thing about the situation is that Montresor seems to care about Will. At least enough to feel a certain amount of remorse. But in a world where there are winners and losers (a perspective he shares with Annabel), where it doesn't pay to care about the losers if you're a winner, Montresor doesn't have the resources to treat Will any better. Even if he wanted to, he's too deep into toxic patterns of behavior to show him any degree of kindness, because the only way this man is able to relate is through abuse, control, and manipulation.
This is extremely fucked up when you consider that this is the fuzzy line that separates Lenore and Montresor in the roles they have within the relationship with Annabel and Will.
At the end of the day, the Willtresor is a dark reflection of the White Raven, because that's the consequence of instrumentalizing the relationship in this way: you have one party who benefits from what the other is willing to do for them -and no matter how much they care, it still relegates them to the role of tools- and another person desperately picking up crumbs of validation because they don't think they deserve any better.

WERE DOING SPECBIO STUFF AGAIN BABY. Feels fucking good to get back to my roots (i get to close 50 tabs worth of research now. Delightful)
Tumblr media
Terminators are made of a Titanium Alloy (Im going with ferrotitanium which is a mix of iron and titanium. They never specify in the movie what the titanium is mixed with so fuck it we ball baby)) skeleton contains limited amounts of Mimetic Polyalloy (fake material used for the terminator in terminator two). Mimetic polyalloy can be hard or flexible and will be used to create new structures that the iron collected from food will later fully establish. This will allow his metal endoskeleton to mimic standard growth that a regular skeleton would have growing up.
When first introduced to the foster system (medical checkups are required once entering the foster system. The police probably do some checkups on Robbie also just to make sure hes okay when they find him), medical tests show that he has anemia, so it’s  recommended he be put on iron supplements. My reasoning is any iron in his blood is almost instantly sent to work on growing his endoskeleton. That means the actual amount of iron left in his blood is pretty low (the opposite of this is hemochromatosis which is when there's too much iron in your blood). I could see him probably trying to stop iron supplements but I think there would be some side effects to convince him to start taking them again. His joints might ache or I could see child terminator Robbie saying some mildly concerning shit like ‘my bones feel hungry’. I also think he might crave foods that are high in iron. Like beef/chicken liver, canned tuna, and seafood. Idk how frequently he could AFFORD these things but yk. The endoskeleton hungers eternal  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Nanobots are used to repair wiring for his nervous system, synthetic muscular system, acts as his immune system and sometimes accelerates healing for his organic systems (organic parts of his muscular system, skin, and nerves). For the most part his organic systems heal on their own at about the same pace as a normal human person. Nanomachines/nanoparticles are fueled by glucose (if Robbie needs work done by the nanobots he might need to eat or crave sugar both before and afterwards).
He probably has a fairly (?) normal digestive system and circulatory system. The spread of his circulatory system is just more limited because some parts of him don't really need blood. . The primary job of the nanomachines when they aren't busy healing or growing his body is to harvest as much heme iron from the food/supplements he consumes as possible so that it can be repurposed later. His immune system is taken care of by the nanobots so all he has to worry about is red blood cell and plasma production. Similar to adults, most of this takes place in his spine, ribs, skull and breastbone. The red bone marrow is stored inside these metal parts and the red blood cells are then released into his bloodstream. Plasma is created in the liver and also in bone marrow so most of that stays the same
Another fun bit about the endoskeleton:
Tumblr media
Bones close to his skin that are in danger of being exposed (knuckles, kneecaps, cheekbones) have a very thin enamel coating to preserve the illusion that they are bones. But underneath it’s all just the same Ferrotitanium.
onto the muscular system
Tumblr media
Muscles are laced with a Shape Memory Alloy called Nitinol. A flexible (SURPRISINGLY durable godamn) metal material made of nickel and titanium that reacts to electrical and thermal impulses. It’s already used in the medical field (I can not fucking BELIVE that this is real thats so so so SO fucking cool). Superficial muscles are more organic (80% muscle 20% nitinol) but as the muscles go deeper they become more and more synthetic (20% muscle 40% nitinol 40% titanium wiring for durability). Superficial muscles are more muscle for stealth purposes. If injuries go deeper than anticipated he will still be able to fly mostly under the radar, assuming no wires have been significantly dislodged. If he’s been injured into the deeper layers then there’s no use in trying to lay low anymore. He’s clearly in a combat situation and stealth protocols no longer matter.
ALSO I did some math to try and figure out how heavy Robbie would be with all this metal in his system. Heres the logic for my equation:
CONTENT WARNING. MATH.
About 12 - 15% of your body mass is bone. A person weighing 155 lbs will have about 22lbs of bones. One Cubic centimeter of bones will weigh about 1.85 grams.
Ferrotitanium alloy is 4.5 grams per cubic centimeter.
The equation 1.85/4.5 = 22/x in which x is his new bodyweight. Multiply 1.85 by 2.43 to get 4.5. Because the equation must be symmetrical you then multiply 22 by 2.43 to get 53.5 lbs.
With all of the extra metal in his system, I think it would be reasonable to assume that he LOOKS like he should be about 155 lbs but his actual weight is around 250 lbs. I have. NO idea how doctors are going to deal with this.
Had some VERY FUN hypotheticals from @moosemonstrous (thank you for proofreading my insanity once again <3) about his body shedding as much water as possible and like. shriveling his organs to drop as much weight as possible before doctors appointments. But given that he is a cyborg and not an android I do think that might kill him so Im thinking??? Maybe people just assume the scale is broken.... every single time he's in.
IDK man if they have access to his wack ass file then his breaking the conservation of mass is the least weird thing in there.
OKAY YAYYYYY NOW THAT I HAVE HIS INTERWORKINGS LAID OUT I CAN DO FUN CYBORG GORE!!!!! <33

Neo and Weiss
(Note: This discussion contains spoilers from Roman Holiday)
RWBY's rise from a small nickel-and-dime web series to an expansive universe with a passionate fandom can be attributed to any number of winning aspects. Perhaps none more so than its powerful storyline built upon complex character interactions and even deeper allusions and symbology. But while these canonical interactions have shaped the fandom, we should not forget how influential less-developed relationships have been. Whether they be rareships or simply characters who have never/rarely interacted on screen, we have seen an outpouring of fan-created art, stories, and discussions dedicated to creating these connections. Today, I would love to explore two characters, rarely associated with each other and yet are almost mirror images of each other. Two girls who grew up under similar conditions but decided to walk completely disparate paths.
Childhood - Spoiled and Neglected
Both Trivia Vanille (who would become Neopolitan) and Weiss Schnee were born to rich families and highly influential families within Atlas and Vale respectively. While they were spoiled beyond measure, both were ironically deprived of the one thing they needed most, the right to self-determination. They were abused by their fathers and neglected by their mothers. Both Jacque Schnee and Jimmy Vanille cared for their daughters but always put their own political ambitions above the good of their family and society (both of whom also colluded with criminal elements to gain prestigious governing positions... for a heavy price). And when Weiss and Trivia rebelled, they were imprisoned within their own rooms (until they escaped).
Likewise, Willow and Carmel loved their daughters but failed to protect them from their vengeful fathers. In Willow's case, it was a tragic tale of abuse and depression. Carmel was more manipulative and self-absorbed. Regardless, the abuse and neglect that they received left them scarred.
Despite their similar upbringings, there are still notable differences in their circumstances. First, Trivia was an only child with no friends and little contact with anyone other than her parents, who she felt disconnected with. By contrast, Weiss had two siblings. This changed the nature of their loneliness. For Trivia, the mansion was a forlorn and friendless environment. For Weiss, family life was hostile and bitter; while most non-family members (except for Klein) were either detached or sought to exploit her for their own ambitions.
Loneliness and Pain
Both Trivia and Weiss were deeply lonely. And yet, the way they handled their loneliness was completely separate. Weiss internalized her misery, hiding it under an icy and imperious facade. Trivia could not be more different. While Weiss was introspective, internalizing the isolation, Trivia externalized her trauma to create an imaginary friend named Neo. And just like her mismatched eyes, her personality was split between these two personas.
This loneliness was symbolized by glass for both of them. For Weiss, it was looking into the mirror and seeing someone she didn't recognize. While for Trivia, it was the use of illusions, especially illusions of breaking glass. Both of them are noticeably asymmetrical as well, symbolizing how neither was the 'perfect' heir to their family names.
This all comes back to their upbringing. In addition to simply being two, very different people, Weiss was a very public figure. In addition to the hostile family atmosphere, she was also shown off like a prized gem. She sang, she fought, and most likely, she socialized. She represented the family and had the mantle of responsibility thrown upon her shoulders from a young age, causing her to draw in upon herself. By contrast, Trivia's parents were ashamed of here. Between her muteness, mismatched eyes, and 'shameful' semblance (in contrast to Weiss's singing voice and lauded semblance), she was hidden from the public face. She was kept a secret from all but a few, paid-off associates. As a result, she lashed out and externalized her frustration.
Tumblr media
School, Love, and Revenge
School offered an escape for both Weiss and Trivia but they had wildly different experiences. Trivia didn't get to choose her school and was forced into a hostile environment where every girl sought to manipulate others to reach their ends (much like Weiss's upbringing). Weiss chose her school and in doing so, managed to escape her loneliness and expand her world horizons. But one thing it gave them in common: it was through this experience that they found that special someone who they could finally connect with. Trivia's relationship with Roman was fraught at first, neither trusting the other. And well, we know the history between Ice Queen and Crater Face, and wild and beautiful story that has evolved from that one tenuous moment.
School was also a turning point for both of them. It was where they developed their semblances and set them up for the conflicts ahead (as a side note, the headmaster/headmistress of each institution also proved more duplicitous than they seemed). It set them both up on a wild journey that would eventually lead them back home for one final confrontation with their fathers. Both ending quite spectacularly, if with very different tones. But while Weiss had the opportunity to make up with her mother and siblings, Neo became further traumatized by her parents' deaths and her role in it. It was through this trauma that she abandoned Trivia and became Neopolitan.
Tumblr media
The Path They Walk
I am fascinated by how parallel their stories are and yet completely opposite. Their childhoods were steeped in wealth, neglect, and loneliness. They both found that one special person who could rescue them from their loneliness. And yet, while Neo may be more powerful, there is little doubt in my mind that Weiss is stronger. Neo's semblance was all about hiding from her pain, while Weiss's was built upon her progression as a person (e.g., how her ability to summon the Nevermore despite never having slain it is representative of her trust in Ruby). Both are highly empathetic. Yet while Neo uses her empathy to exploit other people. To understand their habits and motives so that she can convincingly imitate or exploit them (for example, how she thoroughly understood Ruby's greatest fears and weaknesses and used this psychological understanding to torture her). By contrast, Weiss is not just empathetic, she actually sympathizes with other people.
Weiss looked into the mirror and overcame her darkness. She created relationships with a community of people, despite her social awkwardness and frosty aloofness. And when that one person who was most special to her died, she carried on. Her trust in Ruby and her ideals drove her forward. By contrast, Neo was never able to overcome her various traumas. She was consumed by her reflection, becoming Neopolitan and allowing 'Trivia' to die (albeit, Neo was always a part of her). Neo was never able to recover from Roman's death, not until the very end. Weiss found happiness, connection, and purpose, while Neo was left empty after exacting her revenge. What if their roles had been reversed, how would that story have turned out?
Anyways, I hope you will excuse me if I missed other salient connections between them. My writing may be obnoxiously verbose but my analytical abilities are perhaps mediocre. If you are actually still reading this rambling mess, thank you! That is very Weiss of you!

(resending this by launching it via trebuchet towards lady gaga) okay I need to exorcise some demons or they won't leave me alone and I need to hit the nearby ikea later
So there's a power outage on the Peaceful Tyranny, and naturally, all of the equipment in the kitchen aren't working. But Nickel wants some cookies, and she wants them now goddamnit.
Well, conveniently enough, a furnace is just a giant fucking oven, right? So she hauls Helex's poor aft in and makes him sit by the island, telling him to transform into alt mode. Confused, he does as she tells him to, only to have a Tcog lock (she carries like 20 around with her at all times considering Tarn's problem) slapped on him without warning.
Nickel then opens his doorflap, and tuts upon noting the lack of usable racks inside. He's a smelter, after all. You're just supposed to dump body parts into him! No one cares about how they go in as long as slag comes out afterwards!
She slaps his ventral plating, directly located outside his interfacial array, berating him for being such a shitty oven. He whines in response, like, he can't help how he was built, y'know? What's she trying to do in there anyways?
Without deigning a reply, she clamps a brace along his hinges to keep the flap stretched open to it's maximum arc, and climbs in. Warning him to behave himself and keep the heating elements off, or she'll trigger the stasis lock inducer in the Tcog immobiliser.
And so Helex has no choice but to sit there like a good boy as she tinkers and pokes around inside him, jolting when he feels her suddenly solder a few things to the insides of his chamber. He whines a little, pussy getting wet from all the stimulation.
Mistaking it for a sob, Nickel tells him to stop crying like a little sparkling, it's just a temporary solder to mount oven racks inside him. Now his smelter can hold baking trays like a proper oven.
She takes her sweet time preparing the cement and epoxy, adding tungsten chips and split iron hex nuts into the cookie dough while Helex gets to "preheat" himself. When she puts in the first batch, it immediately starts smoking, and not in the way intended by the recipe. Alarmed, Nickel quickly pulls the trays out, only to find that they've been fired too hot, each piece cracked and badly oxidised.
She spanks him over and over in that same spot below his door, making the plating sting and slightly dented, until he actually starts crying and apologising for burning her cookies. There's lubricant dripping out between his tank threads now, below the doorflap.
Helex gets a second chance, and uses a much lower baking temperature this time. And when the timer rings… the cookies come out perfect, this round. Mood lifted, she happily crumbles one into his refueling valve and prepares to put the next trays in, nibbling on one between her lips as she sings him praises. What a good oven he is!
In the meantime, Helex can feel his valve getting wetter and wetter. He's a smelter, after all. Furnaces aren't meant to operate at such low and precise temperatures for extended periods of time; they're supposed to be at full blast whenever they're active. But still, he perseveres, desperately trying so hard to not burn Nickel's cookies again, even as his charge mounts. Sometimes he fails, and the cookies come out less than perfect. Those earned him a few more spanking rounds until he's actually loudly moaning in place. But whenever a batch comes out perfect, well. Being heaped with praise is definitely doing wonders for his trapped, throbbing spike in his undercarriage.
When the ship's power supply is finally restored, they don't even seem to notice. Nickel is completely taken with her new, bigger and better oven, for one. And Helex? He's completely lost track of time from edging so hard while stuck in altmode, obediently baking tray after tray of cookies, following nothing but the "ding!" of the kitchen timer. He's gone past the point of needing to overload now, since it's become apparent that he won't be going anywhere any time soon. Since Nickel really, really fucking loves her cookies. And Nickel still has so, so many more cookies to bake. At least nobody else walked into the kitchen that day-🔌
yes yes yes god, use him! so very good, head empty.

Meet this chucklefuck
His name is Pascal Short for Giuseppe Pascallis Jaleppino Edvard Stefano Dimitri Jaloro Pepperman-Spaghetti
That's right, you read the surnames correctly. He is a Pepperino fankid
ramble and more drawings under the cut if you managed to survive the first part
If I had a nickel for everytime I made fankids, I would have two. Which isn't a lot but it is weird that it happened twice.
And brother? I'm happy about it jsrgksrb
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Pascal is a jaloro pepper and since his parents are so shit at naming him, they straight up put his pepper type as a name. but yes, they're a real thing and they're so cute. Jaloros are just yellow jalapenos
I also tried to make him simultaneously look like a pepper and a mango to complement how Pepperman looks like an apple. but also while drawing the sprite mock ups, I realized that at a certain pose he sorta looks like a pizza slice. I win either way bfsjbgksjr
He does not want to be an artist or a chef but he does have the inherited naturality of both which landed him a job as a barista. and of course, he could only work for one place which is the Noisette Cafe. It kinda gave him a little trouble getting hired cuz 1.) Peppino does not like how his son is about to work for his rival's girlfriend and 2.) Noisette is fucking terrified of Pepperman. You think she's gonna let his son who is one foot taller work for her 😭
But still, Noisette is way too kind that Peppino forgets why he has a problem with her and Pascal is way softer than both his dads surprisingly. It's ironic how Peppino and Pepperman are these barbarians of people and their kid ended up being the forestcore aestethic. He is never beating the allegations lmao, he's gonna be THAT softboy
But don't get me wrong, he can be a combination brutal and berserk when pissed off. He still has the same strength as his dads, mind you. Mostly Pepperman's brute and Peppino's street smarts
And their patience too.
People expect him to be as manly lol but like nahh he just wanna chill and be a nerd dork
And if anyone's wondering, it was obviously Pepperman who spawned him. In the human au tho? I have a perfect answer for that lmao. ahem
My Pepperman has and always been intersex lmao. That is it, that is all you need to know how Pascal can theoretically be made
Plants being plants man, they're really weird. Pepper is simultaneously mom, dad, uncle, and aunt lmao. Tho Pas calls him both mom and dad because it would be so fucking funny and he calls Peppino papi
He's very tender mostly cuz he did not inherit Pepperman's narcissism but he did inherit that kindness that Pepperman tries so hard to hide. And of course, Peppino's anxiety and impulses.
As a kid, Peppino is the brooding hen between him and Phil. He'd be the one who double checks triple checks if it's safe to let baby Pascal do his thing.
Pepperman on the other hand, he holds baby Pas like a rubber ball. Peppino tries not to get his kid killed because of how his wife holds it 😭
Oh also in a few of em, you can see little interactions with @beefy-the-stronk's Jude. They're simultaneously cousins and siblings. Also don't question it. Just imagine there's two Peppermans gbsjbgrksj
Also Gustavo is the godfather. I only had Pascal for three days but I would die for him
Anyway, if you made it this far, I thank you but alas. That is all for now bgjsbgjksr

Few questions I have left after finishing Iron Flame - SPOILERS ahead!
Brennan's death and Naolin:
He mentioned multiple times that his mother sent him to die and didn't care (this man's mummy issues put Xaden's to shame) - his level of rage and betrayal seems to suggest he died fighting venin he was unprepared for due to his mother's lies (it's likely he believes she knew he was going to face venin where he was deployed and still chose to protect the institutional lie. Knowing what we know about her I doubt it but only therapy can save Brennan now).
So. Was he drained by a venin and did Naolin siphon power back in him and drained himself in the process, dying? Did Brennan take power from the earth to maybe mend his dragon and did Naolin use his signet to save Brennan from veninism (channeling the power Brennan took back to earth) thus burning out? Or, did Naolin turn venin to save Brennan? Did he also turn for love and almost killed Tairn in the process?
(If Tairn/Sgaeyl had a nickel for every bonded rider who turned venin to save a Sorrengail they'd only have two nickels but its weird it happened twice)
Why was Nolon trying to mend Jack?
He clearly knew Jack was venin and his mission was to "mend the soul". It also looks like General Sorrengail asked him to (he writes TO HER to confirm it doesn't look like there's any way to reverse the process once you've turned).
Why was the General interested in curing venin? Especially if its a long process that takes incredible resources and almost killed their one mender. Seems like a bad military strategy.
Also!!! Why did they allow Jack to go back to class?! Was it part of a controlled experiment? Was Varrish a venin too (therefore: still alive) and influenced that? Did Nolon believe he had in fact cured Jack? Did they lie to Lilith Sorrengail?
Where is Xaden's mother?
Guys. If this isn't the biggest Chekhov's gun I have ever seen.
So allegedly good old Fen Riorson (honourable leader of a righteous revolution, beloved by his son and hundreds of Tyrrish people) entered a political marriage, which makes sense for nobility, and his wife hated him and Aretia so much she ABANDONED HER SON. Waited until the legal end of her contract, packed up and left. Never to be seen or heard of again. Even after her husband died, Aretia burned, and her only son was left alone and scarred.
Let's say this is a Zuko's mum case - so she's valid for leaving an oppressive situation she was forced into; and valid for abandoning a son she never wanted to begin with; valid for not making contact after the rebellion failed for fear she'd be killed; valid for not checking in with Aretia once it was rebuilt. But. WHERE IS SHE.
She's Poromish nobility. (Hopefully Xaden and Cat aren't related 👀) The fact we know nothing about her makes me think she's going to be a big player going forward.
Why did the Venin want Xaden?
We now know Violet was just experiencing Xaden's nightmare. And the Sage was working on their generals behalf to turn Xaden and use Violet against him (if Varrish is venin and alive, it makes sense - he knew Xaden's weakness, and the whole point of Violets torture was to trap Xaden and force his hand). But. Why?
Violet has two dragons, the only known signet that destroys venin and the key to protect Navarre against them. It made sense for them to want her. But...Xaden?
He's powerful but less than either Lilith or Violet. He has key knowledge but less than Brennan or Melgren or any head scribe. Undoubtedly, his second signet will be weaponised and it's useful in an information war but IF they knew what it was then they don't need mind workers.
Guys I know y'all think Violet's "twin" is at the head of the venin army but I fear...it might be Xaden's mother. And if he finds out, this is the only thing that would tempt him towards the dark side. Man thinks he failed every woman in his life and that's why they stopped loving him and left. It would only take a little maternal manipulation to convince him to stay venin, join his mother and somehow use it to "protect" the people he loves. ESPECIALLY since venin works like Borg and he'll be influenced by the whole psychic network.
Now that these are off my chest I can rest. See you in January unless I manage to sell my soul to Malek and get a proof before then.

Day 22: Mistake
Never hurts to ask a question, right? Wrong.
Snowanna’s hair has always been a mystery to me. One that I’m not too keen on solving right now. It’s obviously styled to be an afro themed after a snow cone, emphasized when she sits in her kart. But…is it actually a scoop of snow cone shavings? Is it frozen hair? We’re talking about a world where mostly everything is made of candy and food, so…uh…yeah, I got nothing. That could be a reason why I don’t tend to dive into Snowanna all that much in my content. As much as she stands out visually, she ironically doesn’t stand out as a character in my mind. I just find others more interesting. I focus a lot of each character’s aspects when I zero in on them, and the hair is always a topic of interest. The number of times when Crumbelina’s hair has been a hot topic in my writing is countless by now (my previous Inktober entry was literally about that). Snowanna’s hairdo is definitely one of the things I would need to work with and don’t really have an idea on how yet. Fear not though, this doesn’t mean I exclude her. Snowanna is very much a staple on the Sugar Rush team. I’m just not in any real hurry to do explore the exact properties of her afro. But Gloyd is. Let him do the investigation for me and report back his findings. If I had a nickel for every prompt I drew this year that involved Gloyd with a girl’s hair, I’d have…oh forget it.

Whether or not you can or should fight people based on the Element that best represents them:
Hydrogen: You can if you'd like and they'll totally fight you back if prompted but like why
Helium: They're so detached from everything you couldn't fight them if you wanted to.
Lithium: Oh believe me they want to fight you but if you do you'll just feel bad for hurting them
Beryllium: They are dramatic and vaguely poisonous so you'd think fighting them would be a bad idea but trust us you really need to
Boron: You totally can and it's usually pretty easy but don't let your guard down because they're really good at last-second victories
Carbon: DON'T. Their defense is impeccable and their attacks are razor-sharp. You will be hurt.
Nitrogen: Everyone wants to but nobody can figure out how
Oxygen: In most cases, you can and should. But in some cases you will sorely regret it and you can never tell which cases those are.
Fluorine: FETCH NO NOT EVER
Neon: You might need to, but they'll just laugh it off once it's over.
Sodium: Please fight them before they get worse. You'll have a ton of fun too. As a side note, if you're fighting *alongside* them all you need to do is give them time to prep and they're the best ally you can ask for.
Magnesium: You might not want to but you really should. Don't worry it'll be over quick.
Aluminium: Nah.
Silicon: Strike fast, strike hard, don't let them access the internet or call a Carbon for backup.
Phosphorus: Do you like to gamble? It's basically a 1 in 3 chance of A) You could but it won't do much B) You can and should as soon as possible and C) DO NOT THEY WILL EAT YOU
Sulfur: You'll regret fighting them, but it needs to be done
Chlorine: Best not to unless you are truly prepared to combat their aura of doom.
Argon: Good luck finding them in the first place, and even if you do find them it'll just be like Neon
Potassium: You should but it won't be as fun as fighting Sodium
Calcium: Why would you want to? They're busy contributing to society best not to bother them.
Scandium: Ugh I suppose if you HAVE to
Titanium: Please do. You won't accomplish anything but at least you'll know you tried
Vanadium: It'll be difficult because they never shut up but once they run out of breath their fate is sealed
Chromium: You should fight them but watch out they have a good reputation so if you aren't careful everyone will hate you.
Manganese: Please don't. Chances are they already feel like they've lost, so just pat them on the back and tell them it's gonna be okay.
Iron: You shouldn't. You'll want to. You'll really want to. But they're too important and if you win everything will be ruined.
Cobalt: Don't bother. They'll flee at the first sign of conflict and your victory will feel hollow.
Nickel: YES FIGHT THEM AND TAKE THEIR MONEY
Copper: You should fight them, but don't destroy them too hard because defeat means friendship in their eyes and they're actually really really helpful in just about every context
Zinc: Why on earth would you they are precious babies who never do anything wrong and just want to help don't hurt them!
Gallium: You probably shouldn't, seeing as they're always on the verge of a nervous breakdown.
Germanium: You won't want to fight them because they seem like Silicons or Carbons but it's all an act you should totally fight them to make you look better.
Arsenic: Don't fight them. Even if you think you've won they'll already have put things in motion to ruin your life
Selenium: You totally should if only to experience the bizarre disorienting feeling of not knowing who won
Bromine: You can, and you'll think it was a really bloody defeat but actually they'll be totally fine and you'll get a headache an hour or so later once you realize what happened
Krypton: Bold of you to assume you can even hurt a superhimbo
Rubidium: You'll hear about them and think they're worth fighting, but then you meet them and discover they aren't. Fight them anyway as punishment for wasting your time.
Strontium: You can and should, they seem normal but are secretly a menace.
Yttrium: Don't, they're way too weird and all their weird friends will join in.
Zirconium: Fire a shot and then run for the hills, #totallyworththepain
Niobium: Don't, they've lost too much already
Molybdenum: Really don't. They'll punch your face in then go back to whatever project they were working on
Technetium: It's a bot. It's a freaking bot. Why are you trying to fight a bot?
Ruthenium: I'm not sure they even know how to fight
Rhodium: They're like Chromium but genuinely harmless, so while you can fight them there won't be much point to it
Palladium: Why on earth would you fight them, they're hot AND reasonably sane!
Silver: Yes, please. They start by throwing your arguments back in your face, and then turn nasty before trying to finish you off with memes. But since they're really predictable once you've fought one you've fought them all.
Cadmium: Not worth the sick feeling you'll get afterwards.
Indium: PLEASE fight them. They're really easy to deal with, but if you leave them alone too long they start screaming so you need to fight them regularly
Tin: You can totally fight them, they'll sit there and take it with minimal complaining, but don't push them over the edge unless you want to deal with someone even more ruthless than Carbon
Antimony: Don't, you're just giving them more blackmail material on you.
Tellurium: They sit on a throne of lies, so really really don't fight them unless you're trying to protect Gold.
Iodine: DON'T FIGHT THEM WE NEED THEM TO MEDIATE OTHER FIGHTS
Xenon: You'd think fighting them wouldn't be worth the effort because they lurk most of the time but if you start a meme war you'll summon them and it'll be like fighting an epic secret boss in a video game
Cesium: You should NOT. They will overwhelm you quickly and then continue to harass you at regular intervals
Barium: They're really boring but you can still fight them to kill time
Lanthanum: Go ahead
Cerium: You can fight them but it'll really take a while for them to really get going.
Praseodymium: Heck yeah. There's always two of them but neither should be a problem because neither knows what they're talking about.
Neodymium: Heck no. There's always two of them and they both fight dirty.
Promethium: You should, they make for good practice
Samarium: Only fight them if you want a lot of attention.
Europium: Ugh, no. They won't fight back, just repeat everything you say really loudly and in a sarcastic tone of voice.
Gadolinium: You can try, but they're usually busy listening to music.
Terbium: They're one of Yttrium's weird friends. The geeky one.
Dysprosium: Frankly you should just reward them for being willing to fight for whatever bizarre argument they're making. Sure you could defeat them easy, but letting them live is so much funnier.
Holmium: Go right ahead. They are loud and precise and need to be stopped
Erbium: One of Yttrium's weird friends. The mystical one with the Crystals.
Thulium: Sure. You probably already have.
Ytterbium: One of Yttrium's weird friends. This one actually can fight so keep them distracted while you deal with the other weirdos
Lutetium: Pfffft don't bother nobody takes them seriously anyway.
Hafnium: Do it and do it soon, because otherwise they shall surprise attack you
Tantalum: YES. THEY DESERVE EVERY PUNISHMENT EVER.
Tungsten: They are very very good at fighting, but have flaws you can exploit. Which is good, because it will be necessary.
Rhenium: You'll never get the chance. They'll fly in, pepper you with obnoxious memes, then go back to lurking.
Osmium: They are older and wiser and know more than you and any attempts at fighting them will just lead to them giving you advice and helping you learn. But you should still fight them because…
Iridium: ...when you attempt to fight an Osmium an Iridium will show up to defend them, and you NEED to fight those stuck-up prats.
Platinum: Everything bad that people say about Gold is a lie, because they're true about Platinum instead. You must fight them. It will hurt a lot but they really need to be stopped.
Gold: You will never fight them because you will be too busy protecting them. They are too pure for this world and deserve love and support, regardless of what people may say about them.
Mercury: They are a writhing mass of insults and memes. Approach them with cold logic and only cold logic, otherwise you will die.
Thallium: You won't realize that you really need to fight them until it's too late.
Lead: They've been fought and defeated in the past so just let them go about their business fixing their mistakes.
Bismuth: No don't, why would you even want to. They're like the most helpful people, and even if you did fight them they'd just outlast you with a patient smile.
Polonium: I guarantee you've beaten a bunch of them before without realizing. If they argue back then you'll definitely die but they never do
Astatine: NO. NO. FETCH NO. NO NO NO. DON'T EVEN ACT LIKE YOU'RE GOING TO. THEY WILL DESTROY YOU AND EVERYTHING YOU LOVE, AND EVERYTHING ELSE. JUST DON'T.
Radon: It'll be hard because they seem untouchable but they are a cancer on society and must be dealt with posthaste.
Francium: I mean you could but they'll totally destroy themselves if you give them a couple minutes so just wait it out.
Radium: Idk I guess if you can if you want to but they're usually too busy reminiscing to notice
Actinium: Nah. They're just attention seekers.
Thorium: Oh please like you could
Protactinium: You'll think they're an Actinium so you won't fight them, but if you did fight them it'd be very cathartic.
Uranium: Do it, but hold back. They're loud and annoying but they're really just a kid who doesn't know better.
Neptunium: No need, they're already playing damage control and dealing with everyone else.
Plutonium: BEAT THEIR RACIST BUTT ASAP
Americium: You'll want to because of how loud they are, but don't mistake volume for anger. They're actually pretty chill and only get genuinely mad if there's already a flame war going on.
Curium: Leave them to their science, they're busy.
Berkelium: They're like cardboard. You could fight them but it won't mean anything.
Californium: Please do, and bring me pictures.
Einsteinium: You shouldn't. Because if you do it will be because they want you to and are recording your actions for future analysis.
Fermium: You'll never need to because they only seek out and interact with people who like and agree with them
Mendelevium: They are social experts who know everything about everyone and would be very dangerous if they weren't completely stupid. OHKO them and then let them go back to their ineffective scheming
Nobelium: If you somehow manage to beat them everyone will love you for it, but that's never happened.
Lawrencium: No need, they're busy spinning. Wheeee!
Rutherfordium: You can and should, but be aware fighting them will reveal uncomfortable truths about yourself
Dubnium: In Soviet Russia, Dubnium fights you. You'll be fine. Probably.
Seaborgium: DO IT. PLEASE. TAKE THEM DOWN A PEG.
Bohrium: Hit them once to prove a point then let them go back to reading, because if you  interrupt them for more than a minute they will destroy you out of spite with their intellect.
Hassium: If you want to, sure.
Meitnerium: Don't. They've worked hard to get where they are today and don't have time for anyone's bullcrap, including yours.
Darmstadtium: See Hassium, though make sure you don't lose because that would be REALLY embarrassing.
Roentgenium: NO. They will target all your weaknesses and atomize you.
Copernicium: Lolololol sure it'll be easy since they're in dreamworld half the time
Nihonium: You can, but only if you're willing to fight fair. They are always up for an honorable duel but the moment you try to fight dirty they will call you out and cut you down.
Flerovium: Go right ahead if you like, no one will care either way
Moscovium: See Dubnium except they're more ruthless and cold so just fire a parting shot and back off
Livermorium: I actually don't really know what fighting them is like, but it's probably lame
Tennessine: DON'T. They will compose a song about you. A mean song. You will cry.
Oganesson: You totally can, but honestly that might be a bit cruel.

I would like to send u a random Vampire fact I know
In the olden days when Vampire lore started up. Vampires wernt able to see themselves in mirrors because mirrors back then have silver in them and silver was seen as something that ward away all evils [not just werewolves] so that's why they couldn't see themselves in mirrors.
Mirrors today have less silver in them[and I think it's artificial silver] so hypothetically Vampires could see themselves in mirrors if the mirror is made of fake or no silver at all
Thank you!!! I did actually know this already but I greatly appreciate being the vampire guy
Mirrors used to use a lot of silver before the 1930s/40s-ish, most still have a tiiiiny layer of silver but a lot of aluminum too, and cheaper mirrors are usually all aluminum or plastic.
So hand mirrors, big mirrors, 500s-1900s mirrors etc Matt would probably not be able to see (if silver even actually affects him which its not shown to in the show), but quite a lot work like cheap aluminum ones, car mirrors which are usually nickel or chromium, ancient iron/copper mirrors, plastic mirrors, and he can still look through telescopes!
A lot of modern vampire lore has them also not showing up in photographs. This came out of the 'not showing up in mirrors' thing but not silver in the camera because the vampire hysteria had pretty much fizzled out by the time cameras were invented and used and not a lot of people remembered the silver thing. There is however silver used inside of cameras for light processing and mirrors inside of DSLR (older) cameras but not most other cameras.
TLDR Matt can see himself in most mirrors and (probably?) pictures. What he really needs to look out for are doorknobs, silverware utensils, jewelry, sewing needles, and windows!! Tinted or insulated windows have silver in them so he probably wouldn't show up in a window reflection. Lots of walking into window-walls for that doof but tbh he was probably doing that already.

Nickel doesn't regret much. She tries her hardest to live for the future and not the past. But that doesn't mean she's always successful.
"I was forged in a hot spot on Prion, the Titan colony of Micronus Prime. I lived among my fellow minicons and was making headway in the medical field. Not many minis pursued a medic position, seeing as a war was going on at the time. War time usually requires field medics and minis aren't typically built to be on a battle field. But I always had a vision of myself helping my family, my friends, in their time of need. And I couldn't imagine any other course of action for my life. On top of that, I was blessed with highly specialized servos, ones that were ideal for the medical field. So my fate was set in iron, as far as I was concerned.
Then, like things always tend to do, everything went wrong. The Black Block Consortia devastated my home. Killing and kidnapping my brothers and sisters, decimating our buildings and structures. They felled our titan, Prion. Our world, Micron, was completely and utterly razed. My kind, victim to genocide. And I was the sole survivor. Forced to take shelter in the optic socket of Prion, I stayed there for, I don't know how long, too long. I was being eaten alive by my guilt, my hatred, my despair. Until a glimmer of hope shined upon me. Like a rescue beacon in the dead of space, the DJD found me.
Of course I was highly skeptical and distrustful when they asked me to join them. I probably said some very rude and hurtful things. But despite my poor manners and my distrust, Tarn spoke to me the rhetoric of the Decepticons, and illuminated my path forward. It was as if the universe sent them for my salvation. To fill the void in my chassis that was left after the total annihilation of my kind. The universe sent me my new family, and made me whole once more.
I joined them and have since devoted my whole existence to them and our great cause. And I will continue to do so for the remainder of my cycles.
So, what is my one regret you ask?
Not being big, or strong enough to kill every last member of the Black Block Consortia
But I do have some very big and strong friends to help me."

The other side from the greatest showman for tritons duet -Marigold
Scott: Oh let's see...here!
.
.
.
Scott: 🎶Right here, right now, I put the offer out I don't wanna chase you down but I know you see it! You run with me and I can cut you free out of the drudgery and walls you keep in! 🎶*Does a weird pose*
Martyn: What????? What are you doing???
Scott: 🎵So trade that typical for something colorful. And if it's crazy, live a little crazy!🎵
Martyn: Already there buddy.
Scott: *shushes Martyn* 🎶You can play it sensible, a king of conventional or you can risk it all and seeeee~ Don't you wanna get away from the same old part you gotta play 'cause I got what you need, so come with me and take the ride, it'll take you to the other side' cause you can do like you do or you can do like me stay in the cage, or you'll finally take the key.🎵
Martyn: This is so Scar coded I swear.
Scott: 🎵Oh, damn, suddenly you're free to flyyyyy~ It'll take you to the other side.🎶
Martyn: My turn then. 🎶Okay, my friend, you want to cut me in? Well, I hate to tell you, but it just won't happen! So thanks, but no, I think I'm good to go' cause I quite enjoy the life you say I'm trapped in.🎶
Scott: I always forget how good at singing you are.
Martyn: ... I ...🎵Now I admire you, and that whole show you do. You're onto something, really it's something but I live among the swells, and we don't pick up peanut shells, I'll have to leave that up to youuu~ 🎵
Scott: Ironic.
Martyn: 🎶Don't you know that I'm okay with this uptown part I get to play' cause I got what I need and I don't want to take the ride, I don't need to see the other side. So go and do like you do, I'm good to do like me. Ain't in a cage, so I don't need to take the key, Oh, damn, can't you see I'm doing fine! I don't need to see the other side.🎵
Scott: 🎵Now is this really how you like to spend your days? Whiskey and misery, and parties and plays.🎶
Martyn: 🎵If I were mixed up with you, I'd be the talk of the town: Disgraced and disowned, another one of the clowns!🎵
Scott: 🎶But you would finally live a little, finally laugh a little...Just let me give you the freedom to dream and it'll wake you up and cure your aching, take your walls and start 'em breaking! Now that's a deal that seems worth taking...But I guess I'll leave that up to youuu~🎶
Martyn: Really getting into the part Scott...🎵Well, it's intriguing, but to go would cost me greatly, so what percentage of the show would I be taking?🎶
Scott: *nods*🎶 Well, fair enough, you'd want a piece of all the action. I'd give you seven, we could shake and make it happen!🎵
Martyn: Definitely Scar coded 🎶I wasn't born this morning, eighteen would be just fine!🎶
Scott: 🎵Why not just go ahead and ask for nickels on the dime?🎵
Martyn: Fifteen.
Scott: I'd do eight.
Martyn: Twelve.
Scott: Maybe nine.
Scott/Martyn: Ten.
Scott/Martyn: 🎵🎶Don't you wanna get away to a whole new part you're gonna play'cause I got what you need, so come with me and take the ride to the other side so if you do like I do, so if you do like me. Forget the cage, 'cause we know how to make the key Oh, damn, suddenly we're free to fly! We're going to the other side. So if you do like I do, so if you do like me'cause if we do we're going to the other side. We're going to the other side!🎶🎵
Scott: That was...fun!

I AM GONNA TALK ABOUT MY BRAZILIANS ISEKAI AU
All the brazilians are murdered, and they are isekai'd!
Cellbit: follows the "you get isekai'd and go to a fantasy world as yourself trope"! He wakes up in the fae kingdom, some chaotic faes put him in jail as a prank, and he is saved by the "chef" of the royal castle, Roier. Roier definitely isnt the fae price pretending to be the chef. Roier really wants to run away from the kingdom, especially as the whole kingdom is under lock down! No faes can get in and no faes can get out! It sucks.Roier also wishes he could see his son again, as he thinks Jaiden found him after Bobby was kidnapped.
When they do run away they make a living of travelling the whole world, selling food and searching for Bobby and Jaiden, it's nice.
Bagi: following the "reborn as a random npc that was supposed to die" trope, she wakes up drowning in a river and discovers she is a noblewoman from the demon kingdom. She pretends her almost death made her lose her memories, and for that she is forced to work in the demon king castle, who says they will help her to get her memories back (lying). She ends up meeting Iron Mouse, who tell her she is the actual Queen of the Demons, but her crown was stolen! Bagi and Mouse start ploting so Mouse can become queen again.
Later, they get help from Tina, a woman who also works in the castle, making tea, but she really wants to be a fashion designer! But the clothes the workers use wear so fucking ugly and she will kill the Demon King with her own hands for forcing her to wear that.
Pac: vaguely following the "Villain Are Destined to Die" plot idea. He is reborn as the villain of the story, wakes up in the pirate kingdom and is saved by a janitor called Fit. When he wakes up, he can't talk: a bunch of options appear on his vision, each saying a different thing for him to do/talk and he must select one of them so he can do something. Later, he discovers he can disable it, and that he and Mike are linked now, and they both banter while Mike tries to find him.
He also sees a heart above everyone's head, showing a percentage, he believes it's how much they like him, this surely wont bring any problems!
Mike: following the "reborn as an animal trope"! He wakes up as a magma cube (and also meets Slime here, they are brothers: were made by the same lab), and can hear Pac's thoughts, they discover they can talk to each other with their minds, and Mike goes through a journey so he can find him. He accidentally meets the Godness of Creation and becames a half human - half magma cube!
Forever: follows the "reborn the Hero of the story" trope! He wakes up and is forced to go to the Island Where Dragons Live, because, apparently, "a dragon is the one bringing all the problems of this world, and the hero must slay it". But. Forever doesnt want to kill a dragon what the fuck.
While trying to find a way out of the island, he finds an dragon egg, who hatches while he was holding it, he names the dragon baby Richarlyson, and he is a father now! But the dragons know he is the hero who is supposed to kill them, now he needs to figure out how dragons work so he can raise his child, find a way out and try to not get killed, fun!
Felps: Following the "Preferential Treatment for The Possessed Person" plot line, he wakes up, he can talk to the god who created this world and the voices who are watching it (you guys :D), he has whole skill thing he can upgrade with money! He can read the story! He can get very op items! But he is mostly making a square, and having fun, the world is supposed to end soon he knows that but, where is the fun in being overpowered :( He also acidentally creates a religion out of himself, oops!
Bonus:
Jaiden:
Following the "reborn as a bird plotline"! If i had a nickel for everytime i read a reincarnation story where the mc is reborn as a bird i would've 4 nickels, what isnt a lot but its curious it happened 4 times. Anyways, she first woke up in the fae kingdom, she and Roier adopt a dragon kid! They name him Bobby, until he was kidnapped one day, she went after him, and the lockdown happened so Roier couldnt leave. She is working with the federation, who says they will help to her to find Bobby!
The last time Roier heard of Jaiden was when he got a letter from her saying he didnt need to search for them because she found Bobby. But she never wrote this letter. Weird! right?
