can we talk about the symbolism of buck being choked because he is having a hard time finding his voice

and eddie being hit in the nuts because he feels like he is trapped in this relationship with marisol and he’s having a hard time connecting with her through sex

and how they are both being injured by the same thing (their sexuality)

and then how in the preview for the next episode eddie is being choked by his shirt collar which is all that’s left of his shirt, symbolizing that he knows what he is feeling but can’t say it??

lol i just had a mini spiral bc i pictured that random night in june a couple months from now when i'm about to press play on s3e1 and i pause for a milisecond bc i'm so ready to be immersed in that world again and so eager for the continuation of that story and to be with those characters while also being marginally hesitant to take that step bc i only get the inundation and immersion and surprise of the first viewing experience ONE time, just once, and then it's over. and now that's only highlighted by confirmation this may be the last season.

oh my god... it was really like an acute existential crisis via storytelling... both in my head and via the framework of the show.

(please god season 4. just cut off the last two stick it to the beginning of s4 and film 6 more... since you're already filming extra eps. that's only HALF more! s3 10 eps s4 8 eps EASY i solved it for you guys!!!!)
