Kramer literally broke him and turned into him into a monster, Jill completely rigs his test because he got Kramer killed (and Amanda, presumably to just maybe actually get out of having to be an apprentice) and than he gets gamed over by Lawrence because Mark has actually lost every last bit of sanity he had? BECAUSE of the actions of Kramer and Jill? Like I get it, he failed his test but this man was set up, the test was never fair.
