DIM 3X® is an all-natural estrogen metabolizer that helps men to balance their hormones for optimal physical performance. This product has been specially formulated to help men reduce their active estrogen levels.
There are four key ingredients in DIM 3X® - Vitamin E, DIM, Astragin, and BioPerine.
This combination of ingredients help men:
Lowers Estrogen Levels Supports Testosterone Production Blocks Aromatase Enzyme Boost Strength & Stamina Enhances Mood & Focus You see, DIM 3X® works by converting bad estrogen (2-hydroxyestrone) into good estrogen (16-alpha-hydroxy-estrone) metabolites.
By blocking the aromatase enzymes, it helps reduce testosterone from converting into estrogen, which is key for hormone balance.
DIM 3X® provides extra hormone support for optimal testosterone levels.
High estrogen levels can make a man feel drained, fat and miserable.
Thankfully, DIM 3X® is here to help men over age 40 with hormone issues. That's because studies show DIM could help reduce estrogen levels. And with the proper balance of estrogen you could improve your overall well-being.

My PCOS journey:
Vulnerabilities and all.
The biggest problem with new age women's health issues is that even many women fail to empathize with them. How can we expect men to empathize with women's health?
When I talk about women's health I don't mean "PERIODS" or "PTSD Post pregnancy" or "MENOPAUSE".. There are so many health issues that are not being talked about enough (at least from where I'm from 😒). Starting with a few - PCOS, PCOD, Thyroid, Hormonal imbalance and other lifestyle diseases. Not to mention that they have no cure and the only solution we have is to manage it and its symptoms.
While fighting with its symptoms.. one of the biggest things that helped me overcome my PCOS and Hormonal imbalance is some much needed moral support. Of course strength training, diet, 8 hours of sleep, managing stress and having a positive mind too.. but being surrounded by those who make an effort to understand ur health is a blessing.
I suffered excessive hair loss and weight gain and as a woman I've been constantly reminded that those "Assets" (Head full of hair and a slim figure) are the only things that add value to me and my existence.. and it's messed up how even the most educated are unaware about women's health.
Truth be told, I've spent years of my life picking up my pieces and reconstructing myself emotionally, mentally and physically. The sleepless nights I had were consumed by me obsessing about my body, its image and how it was perceived by everyone around me. The world has successfully convinced me that I am nothing without this so called "Perfect body". I lost many opportunities because of my negative body image. Deep down I knew that I am smart, creative, funny, kind and I am also known to be a good friend. But people succeeded in making me feel less than what I am.
As I write this, I want to convey that you are not alone. I believe that I am not the only one feeling this way.
Being surrounded by people who truly make an effort to understand ur health and ur erratic mood swings (because of ur health) is a huge blessing.. God knows that I want that in my life. Everyone wants to feel empathised and if u don't have someone that empathises with ur health.. I hope my empathy towards women's health helped u.
I am now 27 years old and I have finally succeeded in managing my PCOS symptoms (Physical and mental symptoms) after struggling with them for the past 9 years. Yup.. I lost most of my 20s to PCOS and I am cautiously optimistic that the struggle is over now. And even if it comes back.. at least I know how to deal with it.

Compelled to do this “cycle syncing” due to ‘bad hormonal acne’ 😭, heavy period, painful menstrual cramp, PMS & possible hormonal imbalance.
Especially concerned how this impacts my skin. Last week, I had this reaction (rash-like pimples) due to extreme sun exposure and they left some awful marks. And now this hormonal acne flare up…I can’t!
Anyways, let me document this journey.
Menstrual Phase
Day 1:
Really painful menstrual cramps, heavy bleeding (deep dark red…almost purplish 😱) and the pimples are red! So here’s what I took and did:
Garlic extract (1000 mg) - 4 soft gel
- For anti inflammatory benefits
Magnesium glycinate - 1 tablet
- For relaxation
DIM + CDG - 1 capsule (Jarrow Formulas)
- To balance out estrogen
Raspberry leaf tea
- For menstrual cramps
Pantothenic acid (500 mg)- 4 tablets (I started this almost a month ago)
- Should help out with acne
Vit C (500 mg) - 1
- For immune system
Vit D3 (1000 IU/UI) - 2 tablets
No exercise, just a bit of walking and a foot massage.
Apply some hot water pack or heating pad on the lower abdomen.
Food consumed:
Bone broth with cabbage and moringa leaves
Less than a cup of rice
Roasted chicken (store brought)
Iced tea w lemon
Frozen yogurt topped with strawberry, mango and kiwi
2 pcs of choco butternut munchkins

You probably don’t struggle to spend hours in front of a screen, playing video games or browsing social media. These activities effortlessly capture your attention for long periods of time. But what about dedicating just half an hour to studying or working on your side business? Suddenly, that sounds like an uphill battle. Even though you know that studying or working out will benefit you in the long run, the allure of watching TV or scrolling through your phone seems much more appealing.
It’s easy to see why: one set of activities is easy and immediately gratifying, while the other requires effort and delayed rewards. Yet, some people appear to have no problem consistently tackling these more difficult tasks. So what sets them apart? And more importantly, can you train your brain to make hard things feel easier? The answer lies in understanding a key neurotransmitter: dopamine.
Dopamine isn’t just the brain’s pleasure molecule; it’s what drives us to seek out rewards. When we expect something good, our brains release dopamine, motivating us to take action. This was vividly demonstrated in experiments where researchers stimulated the reward centers of rats’ brains. The rats became so addicted to the dopamine rush that they would press a lever for hours, forsaking food and sleep until they collapsed from exhaustion.
But what happens when dopamine is blocked? The rats became lethargic, losing all motivation to seek out even basic necessities like food or water. Their will to live was sapped, even though they still enjoyed food when it was placed directly in their mouths. This highlights dopamine’s crucial role — not just in feeling pleasure, but in motivating us to pursue it.
In humans, our brains prioritize tasks based on how much dopamine they expect to receive. Low-dopamine activities, like studying or exercising, feel less appealing because they offer fewer immediate rewards. Meanwhile, high-dopamine activities like playing video games or checking social media are more enticing.
However, the constant pursuit of high-dopamine activities can lead to a dangerous cycle. Just like how a frequent drinker builds a tolerance to alcohol, your brain can develop a tolerance to dopamine. Over time, you need more and more dopamine to feel motivated, making low-dopamine tasks seem even more tedious.
This is where my book, *How I Tricked My Brain to Like Doing Hard Things (Dopamine Detox)*, comes in. I explore practical strategies to reset your brain’s dopamine levels, making it easier to tackle those difficult but important tasks. One of the key techniques is the dopamine detox, a method designed to reduce your dependence on high-dopamine activities and restore balance in your brain’s reward system.
During a dopamine detox, you take a day off from all highly stimulating activities — no phones, no video games, no junk food. Instead, you focus on simple, low-dopamine activities like walking or journaling. The goal is to allow your dopamine receptors to recover, making it easier to find satisfaction in the more challenging tasks you usually avoid.
If a full detox sounds too extreme, you can try a smaller-scale version by cutting out one high-dopamine activity for a day each week. This practice helps reduce your dopamine tolerance gradually, making it easier to enjoy and engage in activities that offer long-term benefits.
The key is to shift your brain’s reward system so that productive tasks become more enjoyable, while still allowing yourself some time for high-dopamine activities as a reward. For example, after completing an hour of focused work, you might reward yourself with 15 minutes of your favorite video game. This approach helps balance your brain’s dopamine levels, keeping you motivated without overindulging in activities that offer immediate gratification but little long-term value.
In summary, understanding and managing your dopamine levels is crucial for achieving a healthier, more balanced life. By implementing strategies like those in *How I Tricked My Brain to Like Doing Hard Things (Dopamine Detox)*, you can train your brain to find joy in the tasks that truly matter, paving the way for greater productivity and fulfillment.

it is actively so fucked how many people i know have fully accepted the "imane khelif must be intersex or have elevated testosterone" when we actively do not have that information as the IBA made that false claim mid-competition in response to imane winning against a russian boxer
like i'm sorry, but it just says something (not good imo) when you're more willing to believe that a woman who is, as far as all actual official sources have said is a cis woman with acceptable* levels of testosterone per IOC standards, is more likely to be intersex or have some kind of hormonal imbalance than she's just. you know. a cis woman. with more "masculine" features.
*"acceptable" per their arcane and evil standards, just to be clear i fucking can't stand the fact they gender and hormone test athletes at all
#if she comes out and says 'yeah im intersex' or 'yeah i have a hormonal imbalance' obv i will have smth different to say#i just think it's weird how some of the responses to conservatives going 'this masculine woman is a man!!!!'#is 'no actually this masculine woman must have some kind of Disorder which grants her those masculine features!!!'#instead of saying the normal thing. like 'women can look like anything and it's weird to assign facial features genders'#like why are you playing in their fucking sandbox lol. the correct response to someone saying smth fucked is 'fuck off'#not 'well you see you're right about the fact she looks Not Like A Woman and There Must Be A Reason For That...'#also yall are literally parroting misinformation made up by a couple russian boxing officials like.... please. be more critical

how do terfs grapple with the fact that they're white supremacist losers who think that women are weak essentially like adult babies but that they also bear the apparent brunt of all human pain... liiike ok which narrative are we going with
#you can't have it both ways and i thought the whole point of a 'women empowerment movement' (they aren't that. don't worry. ik)#was that women were strong and capable of doing anything... but then they complain about women losing sports#like first of all why is SPORTS of all things the crux of your entire argument on gender theory#and second of all sports are not cooshy soft shit anyways... they've always been incredibly violent (varies depending on the sport ofc)#like especially if you're going to the olympics for boxing i do not know why you'd expect not to get hit hard LMAO??? it's not like she died#it's this narrative of women's fragility that really only comes into play with white women bc let's be real here... terfs are mainly white#and also is so funny to put into a sports argument because not only are you making women look bad by essentially saying they#aren't good at whatever sport they're playing and therefore need to have a strict sex-based caste system in place so they can win#and also never get any injuries??? in sports??? which are highly competitive and where most injuries happen???#but also you're saying that physical strength is directly proportional to gender which is also very much not true. if that dumb bitch#was up against a different woman who was like a bodybuilder or weight lifter she still would have lost because she fucking sucks#meanwhile so many men have fucking noodle arms. it's just ridiculous to push this narrative like someone being biologically male doesn't#make them better at sports or stronger just like being biologically female doesn't make you worse at spoets or weaker#people are sooooo fucking different more than you could even imagine with your little peabrain#but you wanna be racist and evil so bad because you don't like cock and balls on women#this is just embarrassing at this point like some people aren't born completely one way or the other and some have hormone imbalances.#doesn't make them any less of whatever they are.#i don't understand why fucking genitalia gets people so tripped up but of course of society is so sex-based how can it not i guess lmao#imagine getting so scared that someone w/ a penis is going to rape you on a constant basis that you basically say we need to be eugenicists#you realize you can hold men who rape people accountable AND be a decent human being... right? it's actually very easy

Ladies, save this one. This your cycle-syncing and hormone balance guide. I will be speaking on this in-depth during my women’s retreat this Saturday. If you are ever going to restore hormone balance, you have to get familiar with your cycle and sync it to the diet and movement that will best support the phase you’re in. I know many of you are dealing with thyroid imbalances, uterine problems (endometriosis, fibroids, etc), infertility issues, and hormone imbalances. I know this because I see a lot of clients for these issues. I’ve experienced them myself, but you CAN heal and restore balance with the know-how and patience.

My PMDD Has A Name
😭
I was having such a lovely day, doordashing and “shooting the breeze” with new people I came across. Then she had to crash my party, happy time. Philomena 😖 So I had to stop everything and chill for a bit in a nice cool A/C filled place…Starbucks. Cause it’s clear, sunny and 100 degrees outside. 😵💫 As an attempt to keep myself calm, I thought it would be great to have some creative time. Then this is what came of it….
Well…. there she is. This sketch best captures want I’m going through whenever my “feminine” visitor wishes to hijack my body & mind. 😭 I’m actually happy that I was able to capture most of the mess she brings to my life. My PMDD is named Philomena, and at the bottom is my fur-baby, Gabiru, panicking for me. Lol
