The Eterna Vinum Inn, found new life when Carmela Castellano revamped the property. this historic establishment provides rooms for shockingly low price.

But whispers began circulating among the Henford community, rumors of Ms. Castellano's peculiar practices take root. A mystery surrounds the inn as pale figures have been seen venturing in late at night, seeking substantial orders of deep red wine.

And intriguingly, not all who check into the inn seem to check out.

My Dream House (No CC) | 2 Olde Mill Lane Lot

Everytime I go out for a walk, I see this house (mind me, it's in ruins, but the structure is there and I loooove it) and I think: "If only I could buy it, and renovate it." Irl is a no go, but there's The Sims! And here we are! In my mind, the family that lives here loves to travel. And they like to collect souvenirs from all over the world. I tried to use a more eclectic style, and honestly, I really like the result, hope you like it too!

Established on land claimed by the Kingdom of Henford after their decisive victory in the Battle of Whispering Glen in 1485, the manor was completed in 1490 under the command of Lord Governor Winsbury I. Serving as Henford's seat of authority over the Kingdom of Ravenwood, it remained a symbol of dominance until the tragic Siege of Winsbury in 1532, where Dutchess Annelise Winsbury, the last resident, perished at a young age of 17, marking the fall of Henford's control. Left abandoned for decades, the estate was revived in 1609 by the Ravensworth family, who meticulously restored and modernized it through the centuries. In 2020, the Lesmana Enterprise acquired the manor, ushering in a new chapter for this storied estate, blending historical preservation with modern innovation.

As Eddy wandered through the bustling streets of Finchwick, he quickly realized that locating Helena would be no easy task. The town's inhabitants seemed unfamiliar with her or were deliberately keeping their knowledge hidden. The few individuals who recognized her name reacted with displeasure upon learning that Eddy was searching for her.

He understood that Helena's profession may have caused discomfort and judgment among the townsfolk, but he couldn't let their disapproval deter him.

Eddy approached the bustling fruit stalls in the town square, hopeful that someone amidst the vendors would have information about Helena. He approached the first stall, catching the attention of a middle-aged woman tending to the display of fresh apples.

"Excuse me, ma'am," Eddy began, his voice laced with a polite tone. "I'm looking for a woman named Helena. She's been in town before, and I was wondering if you might have seen her recently."

The woman's expression turned sour, her eyes narrowing in displeasure. She let out an exasperated sigh and redirected the conversation towards the quality and affordability of her apples.

Unfazed by the vendor's attempt to evade the topic, Eddy persisted, his gaze earnest. "I understand, but it's important that I find her. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated."

The vendor's eyes darted around the square, as if cautious of prying ears. After a moment of consideration, she leaned in closer to Eddy, her voice hushed. "I've seen her around, but you won't find much goodwill towards her kind in this town. It's best if you move on, son."

Eddy's heart sank at the vendor's words, realizing the depth of the judgment Helena faced in the community. Despite the discouragement, he mustered a nod of gratitude, acknowledging the woman's caution.

Eddy pressed on, undeterred by the previous encounter. He approached a garden market stall located on the other side of the bustling square, where an elderly woman with a warm smile and a charming Southern accent greeted him.

"Well, hello there, young man," she exclaimed, her eyes twinkling with genuine enthusiasm. "What brings you to my humble corner of the square today? Looking for some seeds, perhaps?"

Eddy returned the woman's smile, appreciating her friendly demeanor. "Actually, ma'am, I'm on the search for a woman named Helena. She's been in town before, and I was hoping you might have some information about her."

The elderly woman's expression softened, her gaze turning introspective for a moment.

The elderly woman's disapproving gaze pierced through Eddy's resolve, and her words struck a chord within him. He could see the genuine care in her eyes, like a concerned mother looking out for him. Her hand clasping his own conveyed a sense of familiarity, as if she saw a reflection of her own sons in him.

"You look like a fine young man, a hard worker like my sons," she began, her voice filled with a mix of warmth and caution. Leaning closer, she imparted her wisdom in hushed tones, as if sharing a secret meant only for his ears. "You deserve yourself a respectable young woman," she emphasized, her voice laden with unspoken understanding. "But you're not from around here, and sometimes it's best to let go."

Her words lingered in the air, a poignant reminder of the challenges that awaited him on his path. Eddy felt a mixture of gratitude and conflict. He appreciated her concern and respected the wisdom she offered, yet a flicker of determination remained within him. He couldn't shake the feeling that his connection with Helena went beyond appearances and judgments.

Some months passed, and Marina has fully moved to Henford-on-Bagley with her grandma Carmen. Of course they couldn't stay at the old Morosa-Bell farm, where Marina's uncle is still living along with his wife, son and animals (and Michael Bell's ghost). But Carmen has much money on her pockets thanks to her fame as expert archaeologist, so she was more than able to buy an almost fully furnished house in Cobblebottom Street. She even has chickens!
