attends rougeberry junior high. she is classified as a inidentified demonic creature disgused as human, always gets to school on time and her frenemies are usually indebted to her because this. she is careful, wise, and poised. she's the most popular in school but chooses a life of self-isolation which makes her so mysterious. every day she finds some random creature on her desk like an scp or a portuguese cat who says "ann salt (NOT her name) is a terrifying show" and she wonders who leaves those out for her because no one has concrete feelings on her. her demonic family when she gets back home asks her if anything pleasant happened at school. (it always is) the principal kisses her feet (literally) and people find her cool even though she's characteristically ambigious and a really cold and distant person. she stole the dolphin statue and put the butterflies meant to be released for migration back in storage, but never gets caught for that. every one in her family is a criminal or supervillain and has a functional relationship with salt anne. she is SO anti bullying despite being raised evil and once murdered someone point blank with a looted laser gun from heartsmart arcade for being mean to hangnail harry (it was sprocket, the lamest in school who has an undecernable amount of wealth). she reminds people free will doesn't exist (people are a combination of life experience and genetics) and should be good at checkers but sucks at it. her imagination is practical and realistic- far from her reality. despite this, she can never- and i mean never- get attention from the uptight bran steg (year eight) the theme song to her show is hillariously depressing and slightly uplifting, and someone (a child named splash) who hates her made a weird diss track "anne salt anne salt (wrong name buddy) not lame enough for year seven" and she responed with a nice relaxing song "you are free to feel whatever you want about me because i'm salt anne- remember that i hate youuuu" during the finale episode, it is revealed that salt anne always had a tiny crush on nickles despite having feelings for everyone else and they ride out into the sunset on a flaming horse drawn carriage. salt anne is always right and always remembered fondly by the british gen alpha children who grew up with her on disney DX and three sunday fortnights. it's such an iconic show that it had 500 televised episodes. but everyone laments that it really sucks that salt anne thought everyone was a snowflake and only alicia chilton (her secret introverted yet a little dense bestie with normal hair) had any common sense when it comes to that sort of thing.
there's also a fake american band in the town of rougeberry that everyone despises and runs out of town and which nickels (a very readable and discernible person) has a soft spot for. it's called freezing mucinex.
