IDK if you've done anything in your good dad Fushimi au where he's a single dad where his daughter maybe has a run in with Kisa. She'd be like her only grandparent and she's a good and smart kid so maybe they do somehow get along with each other. Still awkward between the actual mother and son

I feel like Fushimi would be really reluctant to let Kisa meet his daughter, like he already knows she never had any interest in raising her son so why should she care about her granddaughter. I think he would also be worried if she did show any interest like is there another angle here, that since Kisa doesn’t see Fushimi as a successor what if she’s trying to make her granddaughter into one. I imagine he would be more than happy to just tell his daughter that she doesn’t have any grandparents (unless Munakata or Yata’s mom counts). Maybe one day he’s out with her and she asks him to like go get her a drink while she waits on a park bench (with one of Daddy’s knives for protection). While she’s waiting she spots a lady dressed in business attire on her phone, Fushimi’s daughter is all interested in her and staring. The lady walks by where she’s sitting and hangs up the phone, sighing, and Fushimi’s daughter pipes up to tell her that she’s pretty. The woman looks down at the girl and before she can reply Fushimi’s daughter greets her dad, returning with a soda.

Kisa is immediately like ‘Saruhiko’ and Fushimi clicks his tongue, what bad luck to meet her here. Fushimi’s daughter looks at him all curiously and calls him dad again and Kisa looks between the two of them (imagine this in one of those Fushimi’s Daughter AUs where he just found her and adopted her too, so she’s like seven and he’s twenty and Kisa is absolutely doing some math in her head here). Fushimi grumbles that his kid is none of Kisa’s business and she almost agrees, before pausing and saying she knows she has no right to ask for grandparent privileges. The fact that she even acknowledges being a grandparent has Fushimi on edge, Kisa says she won’t push him but gives him her contact information, she’s made mistakes and she’s aware of that, and while she doesn’t expect forgiveness from him she would like if possible to try and make things right.

I think Fushimi would be totally disbelieving, his first instinct would absolutely be that Kisa isn’t getting within five feet of his kid. His daughter keeps asking about her though, how does her dad know the ‘pretty lady,’ and Fushimi knows that his kid sometimes asks why she doesn’t have grandparents. I feel like he would still be very hesitant to let his daughter have any kind of relationship with Kisa, not believing that she has any remorse and won’t she just abandon her grandchild the way she did her actual child, but maybe he does agree finally to let them meet as long as he’s present. Things are very awkward for the first couple meetings, I imagine Kisa focusing mostly on her grandchild because talking to Fushimi is just too difficult. Fushimi’s daughter is so excited to have a grandma and maybe Kisa’s kinda reflected on the mistakes that she made with her son and is trying not to repeat them with her granddaughter.

I feel like Kisa would never have a really close relationship with them, like there’s just too much damage there for Fushimi to ever feel comfortable letting his daughter stay overnight with her or anything, but Kisa does send the kid gifts at holidays and her birthday. She also goes out shopping with her or to lunch every now and again, just small visits every couple of months or so, usually with Fushimi hanging around in the background (or he has one of the alphabet squad tail them in secret just in case). I can see their relationship being something like that of a child and distant relative who lives out of state and only comes to town every now and again, they get to meet from time to time and Fushimi’s daughter thinks her grandmother is nice but they aren’t able to be super close like a normal grandparent might be to a child. Imagine at the end of one of their visits Kisa tells Fushimi that his daughter is a smart girl and Fushimi must be proud of her, Fushimi is surprised to hear such words from Kisa of all people but he nods in agreement, his kid is pretty special.

you know how rhodonite attracts students who want to play as jeannes and onyx attracts students who play as jacks? well what if quartz gains a reputation for jack jeannes. like sure, technically, only kisa has officially had the role, but practically, we also have fumi and sou and neji who switch their roles to whatever suits the script. even suzu has shown interest in playing jeanne roles despite always playing jacks, he just needs someone to guide him. kai basically reflects whoever his partner is, and mitsuki always plays jeannes but I'm sure he can also do jacks (maybe like a cold or elegant prince type). quartz didn't ever plan on it, they just accidentally created their own niche
