I love Jazzy, just as a general rule, but something that caught my eye in the beginning was the little ways Jazz’s brother treats his brother like shit.

Looking at the anime, it makes sense why they censored the women and kept the mess to a minimum for animations sake, but at least he’s clothed and awake. It makes it seem as though Jazz’s older brother is doing it for the soul purpose of being a bastard.

But looking at the manga, he’s asleep. The curtains and couch are torn, the mess is purely clothes, food, and drinks.

His brother isn’t even awake to gloat. The manga gives the impression that Jazz’s brother disregards his space on a regular, to the point where he feels comfortable passing out drunk half naked in his brothers space.

I know it’s not just me, but having a room- that’s supposed to be a safe space- violated repeated by sights and smells you don’t know? This poor kid has no sense of privacy or safety. His family literally runs on the idea that if you get robbed it’s your fault.

Also: I confess that the last 5 or so days I have read at least one (nsfw) Poolverine fanfiction before going to bed - and Logan was trans in each and every one of them.

I'm not usually one to headcanon original characters as trans, but trans Logan? ESPECIALLY in combination with Deadpool's goofiness and his shameful support? YES.

And as much as I love big bad guys being turned into bottoms, I love him as a power!bottom, switch and top/dom as well.

And the fact that he's always ready to slice heads (and dicks) if someone (aka Wade) should dare to disrespect him regarding his genitalia makes him such a role model (and even hotter)

I love seeing and reading about trans people or characters who are actually confident enough to stand up for themselves and not take any shit from ANYONE.

doing two in one bc it's technically wednesday already idc lol - started a new wip I mentioned before (inspired by this video lol) and rn I'm rewriting what I wrote yesterday bc the past two days words were not wording and I hated everything I wrote, but I think I'm happy with it now haha I hope I'll manage to write it like I want to bc it's sooo good in my head istg haha

It started as a random idea, more like a throwaway thought, really. Tommy was just checking the weather for the next few days – his hot pilot boyfriend always likes to be prepared – while they were hanging out, and he casually mentioned that “it’s gonna be nice on Saturday, perfect barbecue weather,” which got Buck to mention how they often have family barbecues at Bobby and Athena’s. Somehow, the conversation spiraled, and Buck’s not sure who threw out a more concrete idea, but here they are now, standing side by side in Tommy’s kitchen, preparing food – Buck’s currently slicing veggies for a salad, while Tommy takes care of the meat – for the barbecue where they invited way too many people than Tommy’s backyard can probably fit. It really is nice weather, the sliding door leading from the kitchen to the backyard open and letting in warm sunshine and a soft breeze that makes the air feel cooler. They work in pleasant silence, the only sound is quiet music playing from the speaker, and Buck can’t help a fond smile when he hears his boyfriend hum along, so off-key Buck’s not sure he even knows the song, but it’s still adorable.

The silence is disrupted by the doorbell ringing, and before Tommy can even move, Buck is dropping the knife on the cutting board, wiping his hands, and sprinting towards the door, shouting an “I got it!” over his shoulder. He’s followed by an echo of Tommy’s fondly amused chuckles. So he’s a little excited, sue him – they haven’t had a family day like this in a while, and there was only one he brought Tommy to, all of their schedules not so easy to align. And today his whole family will be here, including their spouses and children, and Tommy invited a couple of his friends and their families, too, and it’ll be just a big, loud, chaotic get-together that he’s hosting with his boyfriend. Buck never hosted one of these before, and he’s really enjoying it so far, and he just wants everyone to have fun.

Thoughts on/during Mochi Mayhem? I'm curious. Especially towards the... memetic dance scene(s).

I LOVED IT!!!!

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet really put me in the "I wanna be a kid doing stupid dumb goofy things with my friends" vibes and Mochi Mayhem really delivered! everyone coming over to the player's house and hanging out at the start and the whole finding the remote mini quest at the community center really got to me. We're just a couple of kids doing kid things!!

Also the fact that Arven says Clicker like an old man means so much to me. We really are siblings.

He knocked it out of the PARK during Mochi Mayhem being just??? So funny??? Like, he's so pushy about being the player's one and only Best Friend

And he's so agro at Kieran over it to the point of ending the epilogue apologizing for it... But Kieran didn't even notice because he's so use to his sister being agro at him like that???

Also the fact that he has just enough control while mind controlled by Pecharunt to be embarrassed by the stupid dance dskgjdfjgjdfh Hysterical

There's a lot of other really silly moments that got to me very personally, like how much everyone calls out Nemona for being entirely too much, or just the implication that the three of them were hanging out without me, implying they've all become friends as well really gets to me

I don't like the paid DLC direction Nintendo is going in, but this is the best Pokemon Game post DS Era in my opinion, even if with the DLC it's more than double the price of a DS era Pokemon game with about the same amount of content...

But yeah! I really liked the Epilogue! I had a great time, I loved seeing everyone getting to have a fun time and being silly, I ADORE Pecharunt to no end, and am super happy to have Kieran back in the club room finally!

I thought for sure we'd get the frantic over-the-top Jinshi when he sees that Maomao saved him, but instead we got the quiet, disbelieving, heartbroken, terrified voice of a man who is so so scared to lose the best thing that's ever happened to him.

And then his resolve carrying her out of there, calmly? Not making eye contact with anyone, pace unbroken, thousand-yard-stare of a man who almost lost everything?

He doesn't even care that he almost died. He doesn't care who's around to see him carry a low born servant girl out of the temple. He doesn't care about propriety or cultural expectations.

His Maomao is injured. She is his priority. Always.
