Archie Comics superhero Black Jack foe Poker Face (Oh, whoa, oh, oh Oh, oh-oh) Black Jack's only enemy to make it to two stories.
His deal was he liked to cheat at cards, and that's the way he looked. And he had a blowgun that shot darts that killed people and then made their faces look like his. (what a Joker).
The thing is, how do you use a blowgun when you don't have a mouth?

A random thought / headcanon
Superman learns knitting/sewing, deciding to give an “ugly sweater” to his friends, including captain marvel
He doesn’t make them ugly intentionally, he’s just bad at making designs

These two never showed up in each other’s comics beyond sometimes sharing a cover which is all fine and well; personally I’m not a big fan of crossovers and multiverses and I like that they have their own individual shit going on, but also. But also. They’d be super fun together.

Blue Ribbon Comics, #12 (1941), art by Irwin Hasen (Featuring Paul Patton, the secret identity of the Fox)
A really interesting - and minimal if not modernist - case of foreshortening.
