Namor was Magneto before Magneto was Magneto.

People love Magneto for being a morally grey anti hero who was once a villain who's main concern is the protection of his people from a world that hates and despises them and has harmed/killed them.

Namor was that in 1939. Namor starts off as a villain to the surface world, but he's a hero to his people, the first anti-hero in comics. He's a morally gray complex character. He, like Magneto, carries a deep mistrust and hatred for humans because of what they've done to his oceans, his home, his people.

I'm a little slow so bear with me lol.

So Marvel Rivals has basically been my introduction to the Marvel franchise as a whole. Recently I've come to learn about Namor and his unsavory interactions with Sue Storm. But that begs the question, has anyone ever written an au where Namor is into Johnny instead of Sue? Are there people out here who pair these two and just let Sue live in peace?

I just thought it would be a given pair, considering they are two pride filled guys with polar opposite elements at their disposal.

“It Could Have Been Different - Part 2″

This is how Wakanda Forever ended, right? 

This drawing really got away from me, but it’s finally DONE.  I knew that I didn’t have it in me to draw Namor in all of his Mesoamerican finery, so I cheated and got creative with Photoshop magic.  I also thought that Shuri’s outfit should be minimalist to provide a fun contrast, but of course, she’s wearing the jade jewelry that Namor had given her in Talokan.

And in a nod to Wakandan modesty, Namor actually put on some clothes a tunic.  It is his wedding day, after all.
