I was thinking about Sora's interaction with Santa Claus where Sora is asking him if he knew where he could find Riku. The moment in general is super duper sweet and cute but while thinking about it a thought struck me.

Santa Claus is telling Sora to believe in Riku and that really stood out to me. It instantly reminded me of the Beast's Castle's Short Story.

Even though Sora still doesn't really get love yet he is realizing the power to believe in someone is to love them.

Santa Claus was literally telling Sora If he loves Riku he will find him.

What makes me so mad is that "Santa Claus is Going to High School" would make BANK. We all know it would!!! If you want an easy sell to Hallmark all you do is add a B-plot where Kris (Chris?)'s Senior Elf comes down after him to make sure he doesn't get into shenanigans or tomfoolery or do silly things with magic. He of course falls in love with the music teacher, who is either related to Noelle or is her favorite teacher one of the two. (Or Noelle's unrelated legal guardian because she is Noelle's favorite teacher)

And of course one of the reasons all the kids are on the naughty list is because they are all Aggressive With Sport which means the school's athletic budget takes up waaay too much of the extracurriculars budget which means there's no arts budget.

so Ms. Favorite Teacher has to make do with beat up instruments and an untuneable piano. Naturally Senior Elf and Kris use magic to get better instruments and tune the old piano do you see how it writes itself. I'm so mad.
