I’m still processing how it happened and wondering what it all means, but today a big pink hamfaced English guy tried to fight Dr Glass in a parking lot (!) and a completely unrelated, amazingly tall woman appeared (!!) and charged the other guy in defense of Dr Glass (!!!) shouting at him so effectively that he got in his car and drove off.

Dr Glass doesn’t look like anything in particular or even do that much, he is so ORDINARY. He just emits some kind of magnetic field that causes Events, and yet the magnetic field also creates feedback that insulates him from the Events. Doesn’t even have to do his own fight scenes!! just magnetically attracts a TALL BRAVE WOMAN to destroy the entire fighting premise. No one can prepare for this. I feel like I’m the only person who notices it

Dorian totally taught his tiny daughter to dip her biscuits in a glass of milk and honestly it’s very endearing to watch an 18 month old do this.

One evening Manon was alone with her daughter. She made coffee for herself (amidst many ‘wow’ coming from her daughter as she watched the coffee beans getting grounded and extracted). Settling down, Manon placed the cup of coffee on the coffee table and handed her daughter one of her biscuits to keep her busy. She really caught her at the last second, because baby was ready to dip her biscuit in the coffee and just… kept hovering around trying to accomplish the task.

Manon being Manon she brews strong coffee and is certain if her tiny daughter succeeded she will probably drop dead because of the amount of caffeine (the standard is 36 grams but Manon likes it stronger so she goes up to 49/50 grams).

Left with no other choice, she resorted to bribing her daughter with chocolate reasoning that Dorian will deal with that when he returns.
