Hey Tumblr folks out there. I know how you always wanted to be imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay and sweep the floor hands free. So this is how you do that. This is a Fed post. There are many like it and they are traps that will have you sent to somewhere you dont want to go. Dont be stupid.
Tumblr media
I know You may have had some ideas, but Blogs like the one pictured and my own are probably traps that will get you followed by the FBI until you "walk in front of a train" like Terry A Davis.
Even though homemade Guns are legal federally in the United States foreign powers want to get rid our our legal protections to arm ourselves therefore making it easier to plunder our country.
States like New York have already admitted to spying on purchases of 3d printers and making arrests based on that information.
Use a VPN or disposable device for buying anything firearm related. Dont have gun parts sent to your address. Use stealth.
We may have a war with China in the next few years and the United States government will not arm you when that happens.

FBI says it seized biggest cache of explosives in its history from Virginia Farm
youtube
Dude is *only* charged with illegal possession of an "unregistered short barrel rifle (SBR)" -- which appears to be referring to a legal and unregulated 37mm boat flare launcher that you'd in fact be required by law to have on a boat!!!
"pipe bombs" are bullshit: those are signaling cartridges for the boat flare launcher.
"suicide vest" is 🤣 pouches for the flare cartridges!
The dude appears to be enthusiastic and a bit of a home gunsmithing hobbyist. That is okay and is permitted and protected by the 2nd fucking Amendment to our US Constitution, damnit!!!!
If the FBI was describing an antique flintlock rifle from the revolutionary war right now, they'd say scary-but-completely-bullshit things like, "large caliber sniper rifle" and "dangerous handmade firearm with no serial number" and call the powder horn "a large amount of black powder explosives designed to be concealed and carried on the person"

I am so tired of hearing the term "Ghost gun". It is as made up as climate change and gun violence. Three terms that are so wide and so ambiguous that they cover massive amounts of things that have very little to do with the "subject" matter so they can net more than they are attacking. The temperature goes up, climate change, the temperature goes down, climate change, the temperature stays level for two long, you guess it climate change. A mentally ill person kills themselves with a firearm, gun violence, an LEO uses their firearm to save a bus full of nuns from a car jacker, gun violence, a single mom protecting herself and her kids form a home invader with a firearm, you guessed it gun violence. Ghost guns are no different. A person makes a firearm for personal use that is not serialized, in accordance with Federal law, ghost gun. If you bought a CMP (Civilian Marksmanship Program)firearm, a government run program under a number of different names until 1996 when it was divested from the US Army's watch and the CMP was created, government sponsored ghost gun. From 1903 until 1996 the US Government funded and supplied firearms to civilians that sometimes had no serial number, like my CMP Mossberg 44US rifle with no SN just "Property of the US Government" stamped on it. You own a firearm made before The Gun Control Act (GCA) of 1968 and it is not serialized, ghost gun. The writing is on the wall already that they will not stop there. Take this image for example. I have requested a historical letter from Colt on my New Army .38 Long Colt of 1901. The initial SN look up came back with 20 other Colt firearms from 1860 to 1950 with the same SN. 9 of those 20 are just cosmetic variations of the Colt New Army revolver with superficial alterations such as textured triggers and back straps. Other than superficial alterations they are all the same revolver produced over a 49 year window. I think this will be the next area the left attacks. We are told ghost guns are bad because police cannot easily trace them after a crime. Well it's hard to track a firearms when that SN is on 20 different firearms and at least 9 of those 20 are the same basic weapon. Now expand that of thousands of firearms. When the left says they are not coming after your guns, that's true. They are coming after your firearm and your granddad's 120 year old firearm because the manufacture used that SN over and over again and we can't confuse the cops. So, your firearm has to go.

Fifteen states have passed laws to regulate them, with many requiring serial numbers and background checks for component parts, and others - including New York - going a step further by requiring ghost guns to be reported to authorities.
In 2022, a Justice Department rule took effect that made weapons parts kits subject to the same regulations as traditional firearms, including requiring commercial sellers to become federally licensed, mark certain parts with serial numbers and run background checks on purchasers.
The rule also aims to regulate some of the ghost guns already in circulation, by requiring federally licensed dealers and gunsmiths to put serial numbers on any guns they take into inventory that don't already have them, before selling them to another customer.
"If you commit a crime [with a] ghost gun, not only are state and local prosecutors going to come after you, but expect federal charges and federal prosecution as well," President Biden said that year.
Kit manufacters and sellers challenged the rule in court, arguing the ATF exceeded its authority. The U.S. Supreme Court allowed the rule to remain in place pending litigation and heard the case in October.
It has not yet made a decision, though NPR's Nina Totenberg reported that the justices seemed inclined to side with the Biden administration.
Someone like Mangione, who studied mechanical engineering and computer science, would have likely been exposed to 3D printing.

Coral Murphy Marcos at The Guardian:
The US supreme court will consider whether “ghost guns” – firearms made from kits available online that people can assemble at home – can be lawfully regulated. On Monday, the justices agreed to take up the appeal by the Biden administration in favor of regulations aimed at reining in the so-called ghost guns. A lower court invalidated the administration’s attempt to regulate the firearms, a decision the supreme court temporarily stayed last summer before reinstating the federal regulation at Joe Biden’s request. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives approved a regulation in 2022 that required companies that sell unassembled firearm kits to add serial numbers to incomplete frames and components known as receivers, a key part of a homemade firearm kit, and to conduct a background check on prospective buyers.
Several companies that manufacture the ghost gun kits argued the regulation was not permitted under law. The federal rule only applies to unfinished frames and receivers, the primary components of a ghost gun. A US district court in Texas ruled against the ghost gun regulation in July 2023, a decision the supreme court later put on hold. The US district judge Reed O’Connor in Fort Worth, Texas, found that the administration exceeded its authority under a 1968 federal law called the Gun Control Act in implementing the rule relating to ghost guns. Such firearms lack the usual serial numbers required by the federal government.
In October 2023, the justices stepped in again, barring two Texas-based manufacturers from selling products that could be assembled into ghost guns, after O’Connor’s September injunction. The Biden administration has said that police departments are facing an “explosion of crimes involving ghost guns” in recent years. Policymakers have also said that ghost guns are attractive to criminals and others prohibited from lawfully buying firearms, including minors.
SCOTUS set to hear ghost guns law case Garland v. Vanderstok to determine the legality of ghost gun regulations. #SCOTUS #GhostGuns

Something I just realized about Luigi Mangione being accused of the Thompson shooting
The NYPD is claiming they found a 3d Printed gun on Mangione
That implies that Luigi Mangione didnt have a gun registered to himself so the police had to invent evidence
Also Ive been seeing his life all over the news and there is no mention of this guy being into 3d Printing which would be a damning piece of evidence right?

Operational Security is extremely important to protect your digital privacy
Encryption, passwords, multiple burner devices, a VPN that make tracking your IP address more difficult, for example
I don't think Luigi Mangione shot anyone, but because he used social media like Good reads, Facebook, Reddit, untrustworthy Internet service providers, etc those social media websites either handed over his information freely or he was finked on by people who knew his online identity
Obviously I'm not advocating for terrorism, anarchy, sabatuers, or wha eva. I just don't want my tax dollars to be wasted because you got yourself locked up doing something stupid
This should seem obvious, but don't trust no body police have gone undercover in order to trick protesters into breaking the law
I bet you've never even heard about Ruby Ridge
