Any politician who has worked against women’s or lgbt rights. Wake up gay/lesbian, madly in love with someone incredibly inconvenient, and then outed to the world to face the consequences of their actions. I want it to be awful. Horrified faces of friends and family, immediate loss of constituents, ugly graffiti on their homes and cars. Confessing their feelings of love and getting the words of a polite rejection from a person who is clearly disgusted and will never speak to them again. All of it.

lgbt people aren't inherently kinky, but because both are seen as taboo/marginalized groups there is a lot of overlap between them. because of that, there's a lot of intertwined history between them - i believe that's the root argument behind kink at pride. i'm with you on a lot of your stances but to say there isn't a connection between the LGBT community and kink communities isn't correct

That's exactly the problem though. Being gay, for instance, is seen as taboo. So then you have these people who ARE perverted sex freaks deciding that this is equivalent to being gay. It's homophobic.

Also kink at Pride just invites heterosexual kinksters with this homophobic attitude to Pride.
