right i said i'd post them so here they are, my simon headcanons!!
- his full name is simon kiran arya, his middle name is after his father who died fighting in ww2 (it also means ray of light in hindi which is Very Simon).
- his parents emigrated from india to england during the twenties after ww1, his father was a doctor and a scholar and his mother was a seamstress.
- he and his mother (aadhvita) were very close, she never gave up hope that her boy could still be out there somewhere.
- he was outcast growing up due to many things, but especially his stereotypically feminine interests (nature, he also read alot of "girl books" which were about flowers and insects and he sewed alot with his mother) and appearance (he was nonwhite in 1950s england, he definitely experienced racism, and he was skinnier/shorter with long hair)
- the choir were unpopular during their time at school. jack was almost universally disliked for being "stuck-up". simon became friends with them due to this and they became somewhat a group.
- simon really admired the choir, especially jack. jack would probably never admit it but he did like the choir too.
- he had just turned 12 before the events of the island.
- he dreamt of being a zoologist who got to travel to different countries and study animals.
- he had epilepsy (diagnosed, but not well treated due to lack of knowledge at the time) and autism (undiagnosed, he was always called "different" by his father, which he sometimes took to heart).
- his sp/in was flora and fauna !!!
- loved mehndi, he and his mother would spend hours doing theirs.
- his favourite colour was turquoise blue like the ocean.
- admired ralph a lot for his confidence, though simon felt some sort of shame in wanting to spend time with him.
- would've been a hippie if he got to grow up.
- had a pet budgie he named tulip, his mother took care of her after he died even though it was painful, its what simon would've wanted.
- very interested in history, he loved learning about medieval kings and queens in school (modern!si would love horrible histories) and yes this is bc he referenced berengaria.
- listened to trad. pop alot and loved the chordettes!
- also loved american folk and hoped to travel there one day.
- he wore his hair in plaits alot.
- modern simon would absolutely love david attenborough and would cry watching blue planet.

i feel like ppl make jack too evil in post-island fics. like. uhmmmm. did we read the same book? the one with the ugly ginger kid, so desperate for approval that when he doesn’t get it—from ralph, who he so desperately wants to impress, and his peers, who don’t even consider him for the position of chief—he gets angry and violent and lashes out because that’s clearly all he knows? that book?
like. i agree that he probably wouldn’t feel much guilt afterwards. he clearly has no qualms with murder (at least, when it happens towards people he doesn’t like), although he isn’t as bloodthirsty as roger. but i see it more as not understanding what he did wrong/the magnitude of his actions. it was all just a big game, wasn’t it? weren’t they just playing war? that’s what the naval officer and the rest of the outside world thinks, so surely he’s not at fault.
nobody ever punishes him. he never suffers the consequences, so he never learns, so he keeps doing it, rinse and repeat. he expects forgiveness from the boys he brutalized and dragged into his weird murder tribe. even if he were punished for his actions, he probably wouldn’t feel guilt, but just like. the sinking feeling of being caught.
also, if lotf happened in an era more….open to trauma therapy…he probably could’ve ended up, like. normal. traumatized and ill, but normal. it makes me sad. these poor boys

Who’s nicest to you on the island? Who do you like most? Its good to have friends :)
Tumblr media
“Well, Simon is odd and all that- but he’s definitely the nicest. “
“Yeah! He’s always real nice to everyone and he even has a nickname for Piggy, which is odd, but sweet! What was it again, Sam?”
“Think it was something like Peterkin. Anyway- who do we like the most? Well, simon’s nice but he’s kinda weird so maybe Ralph? How about you, Eric?”
“Yeah, Ralph real nice but I also think Maurice is pretty cool. I mean he’s really funny, but he’s also friends with Jack and Roger so im not too sure about him, so yeah. Probably Ralph.”

LOTF-tober, Day 2 : The Lil'luns
Headcanons involving/revolving around the Lil’luns =]
` ~  Jack doesn’t like the Lil’luns, but he isn’t about to go beat them up; his time  is too ‘precious’ to be wasted on them
` ~  Roger, on the other hand, could care less about his time, and finds bullying and taunting them funny; “Jack– Jack look! They’re like little ants. And then you can just go– *makes squashing motion with his fingers* isn’t that funny?”
` ~  Ralph finds them to be funny in the same way he finds Simon funny
` ~  That being said, Ralph is an only child, and doesn’t really get them in general
` ~  Maurice loves the Lil guys! He plays with them in the same way that adults play with babies
` ~  Bill doesn’t hate nor like them; if anything, he worries that they’re gonna get severely injured with all the shenanigans that the choir gets up to (and Ralph climbing on rocks)
` ~  Harold is practically their older brother
` ~  Best bro; he stays up with them after they wake up from a nightmare about the Beastie
` ~  Sam’nEric are basically that Uncle that shows up to Thanksgiving dinner after seven years with the wildest story
` ~  Sam: “Oh yeah, Eric fell down a well one time and I had to get him out”
` ~  Simon is actually pretty decent with kids
` ~  He’s just got that +aura, if you get what I’m saying
` ~  Modern AU: Simon crocheted Percival a stuffie of the Beastie based off all his descriptions, and it basically became a stress plushie for him
` ~  Piggy is okay-ish with them; he’s better with the quieter and less snotty Lil’luns
` ~  Even still, after so much time with them he’s just like– “eugghhhh, children”
` ~  That introverted older sibling, basically
` ~  Peter has selective mutism
` ~  Poor guy lost his friend in the forest ={
` ~  “Adam Jackson was next to me  .   .   .  but he isn’t–”
` ~  “Isn’t what?”
` ~  “Isn’t here?”
` ~  Percival had those overprotective parents who are like, ‘Memorize this, and this, and this, and don’t forget about that, that’s the most important part– actually, all of it is important; don’t forget it’
` ~  Johnny has a missing tooth, and it gives him the cutest freaking grin EVER
` ~  He’s the only Extroverted kid Piggy can handle, and everyone just really likes him
` ~  Adam Jackson was originally Peter’s bestest friend, but since he went missing and never turned up again, Peter became very anti-social, and just refused any talking to anyone
` ~  Even Simon!
` ~  Johnny didn’t mind though; they have that Sun + Moon friendship
` ~  Henry’s a bit of a bully to some of the other Lil’luns, but like, Elementary school level bully
` ~  Lowkey a bit of a hypocrite; he got so mad when Roger was throwing stones at him
` ~  Percival is still bitter about Maurice knocking over his sand castle and kicking sand in his eye; he only accepted his apology because Simon urged him to
` ~  Phil is just a really hyperactive kid; probably has ADHD like Ralph
` ~  He’s also a little more privileged
` ~  Definitely thought the Beast was basically the Devil (which, I mean, Beezlebub is ‘the Lord of the Flies,’ sooo, not far off?)
` ~  The Lil’luns were TERRIFIED when Simon came stumbling out of the forest
` ~  And then when he wasn’t there in the morning????
` ~  Piggy told them to cover their ears before he started screaming at Ralph about how that was Simon that they murdered in cold blood
` ~  Since then, the Lil’luns basically were forgotten
` ~  In their eyes, Ralph still cared
` ~  Truth be told, he had bigger problems to deal with (*cough* Jack *cough*)
` ~  Hey! At least all the Lil’luns got off the island safe and sound!–
` ~  .   .   .  oh
` ~  whoops
( Also, thanks to @just-an-artist-that-exists for talking about these headcanons with me and getting me started on this in general; you're the best! )

please tell me more about gen z lotf au 🙏🙏
OFCCC!! i wrote a lot more about this than i thought i could, and i feel like i could keep going but i do wish to go to sleep! ty for the ask! (there was also an anon ask with this question, idk if it was you, but i'm just gonna answer this one lol)
the choir boys all know each other irl (obvi they still have choir together). everyone lives roughly in the same vicinity, but no one knows that.
they all met online during the pandemic. possibly through video games, twitter, or tiktok
how did this ragtag group of people all become friends? idk fortnite probably
i don't know much about fortnite, but it seems like it would start some friendships and/or rivalries. maybe minecraft or roblox too.
how they met and became friends is hazy, like how the beta kids became friends in homestuck. point is: they're all friends. pretty much.
some boys are closer friends than others, but they're all mutuals. they're all in like the same community. what community? that is a good question i should probably think of an answer
piggy uses the nickname people bullied him with as his online name. he gets cyberbullied and has ended up on many a cringe account, but it doesn't really bother him anymore. he likes to spread information, but he was a little self-righteous about it before he quit twitter. now he argues with people on instagram. piggy's also a redditor.
ralph usually just watches other people's content, but sometimes he'll post something and it'll get pretty popular because he's ralph and being well-liked is an innate part of his character. ralph does prefer to go out and do stuff than being online all the time.
simon is chronically online. being shy, he gravitated towards the internet. he's definitely a fandom girlie and has a tumblr (hi tumblr). he spreads positivity on the internet all the time. he's one of the good ones fr. i do hc simon as a Christian, so he does spread the Word a lot as an lgbtq affirming Christian dude
jack doesn't spend too much time on the internet. he also isn't allowed a lot of these medias by his parents, so that may have something to do with it. he does get upset when his posts don't get as many likes as ralph's
roger ragebaits and leaves hate comments all the time, but he has moments where he's nice. maurice memer obviously. sam and eric are the voros twins. i don't have too many thoughts about these guys just yet
they voice chat and sometimes video call
meeting each other irl for the first time led to the utter disgust at ralph's blindness in the fashion department
ok onto them reading lord of the flies cause i think this is such a funny concept
they all miraculously start reading lord of the flies as a class assignment at the same time
they all tell each other this and they're all like "loooool that's crazy we're all reading the same book at the same time"
i saw someone on my last post ab this say exactly what im about to say. it is truly the only way to go with this.
everyone's all "oh haha ralph's got the name of the first character AND he's blonde!" "piggy has the same name as peter's online name! haha how sill-" "WHY IS MY FULL LEGAL NAME IN THIS BOOK???"
the last person is jack btw if you couldn't tell
the exact names and character descriptions matching up a little too well with the boys startles them, but they still joke about it A LOT.
i mean, think about it, if you were forced to read this book in class and you find out you and your friends are basically the main characters, you would NOT stop cracking jokes about it.
"'ugly without silliness.' wow jack, william golding really DID put you in his story!"
they do start to get a little more freaked out when, yk, stuff starts going down in the book and they have to analyze it.
piggy's eventually like "OK we, or at least i, have got to figure this out." and he goes and does some research.
aaaaand that is all i can tell you for now :))
i do headcanon a lot of the boys as queer, but my hcs of them as gen z-ers do differ a little from my hcs of them as gen silencers.
piggy is a strict ally, his aunt is an ally, allies all around, until he realizes he is not so straight as he seems and is not really just an ally. bisexual
ralph knows nothing about the sexuality and gender biz he just does what feels right. he's pretty much demisexual/romantic tho.
simon is a gay dude. he is gnc and on the trans spectrum somewhere
jack is the only one using queer slurs, everyone gets onto him for it. he's gay, but he doesn't know it/won't accept it (because everyone in his life is HOMOPHOBIC!!!). when he does finally accept it, he is still using those slurs as slurs he is not reclaiming them.

I've been meaning to do this for a while but uhm.. now it's fitting so
LOTF boys gay headcanons
(yes I know it's not historically accurate but just shbsjshwmsbikwnso)
Uh
Jack - GAY- I feel like he pretends to like girls and has some internalized homophobia from just being a Christian boy for so long, but he's probably done some zesty shit. He's like those country boys at school that sit on each other's lap and stuff but swears their straight (but they're really not)
Roger - aromantic but I feel like if he had too he'd choose boys
Simon - asexual, either bi or pan
Maurice - pansexual all the way (with a preference for woman. He probably ends up being single anyway)
Ralph - questioning bisexual. I feel like often he doesn't really think about romance at all until his dad asks about it and then he panics and spends the next two weeks questioning everything. (I also like to think that Ralph's dad was gay but just hooked up with a woman because he likes children and wanted his own)
Piggy - Ally. He actually kinda gives off some aroace vibes.. honestly I feel like his opinion is just "love who you want, as long as you're not hurting anybody)
Samneric - I really haven't thought about it. I feel like they would just be allies, mainly because they like to be together and it would be hard to date unless they found like.. twin girls who are the exact same. BUT KNOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT, IT WOULD BE CUTE TO MAKE ONE NEPTUNIC AND THE OTHER SATURNIC
Anyways uh yeah

i feel rude to ask 😭😭 -but may we know headcanons off the lotf boys pre-island? sorry if it's too much aaa! your art is so amazing, btw!! ^^
Hiii this isn't rude at all, I love talking about my hcs 💕
It's funny you ask this because I've been thinking about making a comic (or maybe just a blog) of their pre island lives and maybe some post island stuff too! I wasn't sure if people would actually be interested in that though, I also suck at committing to things like that 😭
To answer the question though :D
- Ralph's mom died about a year before the island
- Piggy's parents died when he was really young, probably around 6 or 7
- Piggy has a younger sister (she's his cousin but they've lived together long enough to be his sister). They share a room and constantly fight over things (like stealing each other's clothes or other things, fighting over who's side is who, ect.). They were in the middle of a fight before Piggy left on that plane.
- Simon would sometimes get in trouble for not speaking/being too quiet in school (me fr)
- Simon would try and sing C# a lot (he never got it and never will 💔)
- Sam and Eric share a room and Eric has the top bunk
- Sam and Eric would sneak in stray cats and dogs then get in trouble by their parents
- Piggy's little sister would steal his clothes because she knew it made him mad, she also just preferred his clothes
- Jack would sometimes spend the night at his church
- Jack would throw choir parties at his house, usually after concerts. mostly as a way to get them to hang out with him
- Ralph enjoyed painting, usually landscapes and horses
- Jack doesn't really have friends, skill issue ngl
- Roger sleeps in random alleyways a lot
- Jack was a "Goody two shoes" and strict about following rules before the island. He's also a nerd
- Simon sneaks out a lot at night, just to walk around
- Ralph had recently moved to a new place before the island
I need to start writing down my hcs bc usually I just think of them and then forget later 💀
But that's what I have so far :3

CBS‘ NCIS: Origins is about “a story I don’t tell,” narrator Mark Harmon’s Leroy Jethro Gibbs tells us midway through the prequel spinoff’s premiere. Specifically, “This is the story of–“
Actually, the end of that sentence is a major spoiler, and the onset of a provocative mystery. And Gibbs’ full declaration, as the forever-analog former NCIS agent puts this story to paper in front of an Alaskan campfire, is bound to figuratively ignite your interest in what lies ahead.
Tumblr media
Launching this Monday at a special time (9/8c) with a double-episode premiere, NCIS: Origins is set in the year 1991 — not long after a young Gibbs (played by Austin Stowell) returned from serving in Operation Desert Storm, only to bury his tragically killed wife and young daughter. The series follows Gibbs as he begins his career as a newly minted Special Agent at the NIS Camp Pendleton office, under the tutelage of the legendary Mike Franks (Big Sky‘s Kyle Schmid).
But we already know this story, some NCIS fans have contended, citing bits and pieces scattered across Mark Harmon’s 19 seasons on the mothership and a smattering of flashback episodes featuring Harmon’s son Sean as a young Gibbs. NCIS: Origins, though, is here to fill in blanks you weren’t expecting (including about the aforementioned story he mysteriously has never told), and bring to life seminal, never-before-seen moments from Gibbs’ past. (How do you think Jethro reacted when he first was told the Shannon/Kelly news?)
Because Gibbs is new to his job at NIS — and because he is still shellshocked by his personal loss to a greater degree than he might admit — “Probie” is understandably reserved upon claiming his desk at Camp Pendleton. He holds back on hunches. He’s more laconic than even his older self. That low-key vibe may give a viewer concern, out of the gate, given that this is Gibbs’ story. I, for one, had some reservations coming out of the premiere, for that very reason. But there is a “Gibbs first” in Episode 3 that excitingly activates the character and imbues the rookie agent with a confidence that will be warmly familiar to NCIS fans.
Tumblr media
Caleb Foote (Made for Love) and recurring guest star Bobby Moynihan (SNL) serve up comic relief as gung-ho Special Agent “Randy” Randolf and overworked forensics lab boss Woody. Diany Rodriguez (The Blacklist) is a bit of an enigma thus far as Special Agent Vera Strickland, though she and Molino have a powerful scene together early on. Similarly, Tyla Abercrumbie (The Chi) as Field Operation Support Officer/”Head Secretary in Charge” Mary Jo Hayes doesn’t get much focus until Episode 4, but when she does, she absolutely brings the goods as NIS’ warm beating heart.
Tumblr media
In recurring roles, Patrick Fischler (Mad Men) finds just the right level of officious as SAC Wheeler, and it’s very easy to see how Robert Taylor (Longmire) might age into NCIS‘ Ralph Waite, as Gibbs’ father Jackson.
Now, you ask: What about young Gibbs himself?
As noted above, series front man Austin Stowell — of Peacock’s A Friend of the Family and much more recently Starz’s Three Women — is tasked at the start with having to lie low and give us a Gibbs who is a bit unsure of himself, and is (too?) often distracted by tragic memories. And looks-wise, he is more “Jack Reacher” than “Sean Harmon.” But the nature of the character at this very specific point in his life does call for gravitas — this is Gibbs like you’ve never seen him before — and Stowell does well with that material, including to heartbreaking effect in Episode 4. (There are also times when Stowell’s voice eerily sounds just like Mark Harmon’s, or when he’ll cock his head just as Boss would when getting an update from DiNozzo.)
The 1991 setting, as you can imagine, lends itself to not just Asteroids and Galaga machines in the NIS break room, but all manner of “retro” technology and crimesolving methods. (Do not ask Franks how to start up the newly delivered PC, and do not expect fingerprint analysis back from Woody inside of two days!) A trip to a mall in Episode 3 doesn’t distract with ’90s fashion, but there are occasional needle drops — including a use of a Bangles tune that took me a second viewing to truly appreciate.
THE TVLINE BOTTOM LINE: Both young Gibbs and NCIS: Origins take a minute to find their bearings, but once they do, this latest NCIS offshoot shows promise.

Solving DC's Identity Crisis (2004)
Back in 2004, DC Comics teamed up with novelist Brad Meltzer to deliver one of the most controversial comic stories ever printed. Identity Crisis has many criticisms, but one of them is despite Meltzer's pedigree as a mystery writer, they say you CANNOT solve the mystery at the center of Identity Crisis.
Who killed Sue Dibny?
Tumblr media
I am here to present the evidence that you COULD possibly put together the twist ending before it's revealed in the final part of the story.
Let's star by looking at the crime scenes:
The Four Incidents
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The first detail that should be pointed out is how startlingly different each "attack" was: Sue was burned. Jean was strangled. Jack took a boomerang in the chest, and Lois did not actually get attacked.
Despite Lois receiving a note saying "You're next," she was not the next victim, it was Jack Drake. Why wasn't Lois attacked?
Let set that aside.
Dependencies in the Modus Operandi
Tumblr media
Speaking of notes - there were four incidents, but only two notes. Why did Lois and Jack Drake get a warning when the others did not?
Maybe, because by then people were looking for the killer. They were set to terrorize the hero community, and by sending notes, they could make a name for themselves. Make sure people know all the attacks are connected.
But, consider the contents of the notes - Lois's letter was clearly threatening, while the note Jack Drake received a gun and a note that said "Protect yourself."
What sense does that make? I thought, this person was a killer?
Remember, Lois was never attacked, and the note to Jack seems to imply they didn't want Jack Drake to die.
Consider the Victims
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Let's look at the "victims" together.
Nothing happened to Lois
Jack Drake possibly died by accident.
Sue did die.
Jean survived her attack.
Two survived and two died. But, if Jack was not supposed to die, that would make it three living victims, and one dead. Why did Sue have to die?
This leads me to consider that what we have here is ONE real crime, and three follow up incidents to confuse things.
Look again at the Death of Sue Dibny
Sue was killed inside her own house. The killer managed to get inside without triggering the advanced security system. Then the body was burned.
If we consider the preliminary findings of the autopsy, we know that Sue was dead before her body was burned. So, her exact cause of death can be called "unknown."
Tumblr media
The body was burned after Sue died, why? Maybe, to obscure the cause of death. Could Sue Dibny's death also have been an accident?
Then, why? If you accidentally kill someone, why create three more crimes to muddle things up? What is the real motive?
Who benefits?
Tumblr media
They say if you want to solve a crime, you have to ask yourself, "Who benefits?" Who benefited from these attacks?
Nothing happened to Lois.
Jack was probably an accident, there were no benefits.
Jean survived. She and the Atom are getting back together, despite their messy divorce.
Sue was quite wealthy, and left behind a massive inheritance to her husband.
So, it could be either Ralph or Ray.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
But, which of those two is capable of sneaking past of the JLA security systems?
Ray Palmer has both the means and the motive to being the attacker.
Tumblr media
The last detail...
However, there is one flaw in that conclusion. Are we supposed to believe The Atom accidentally killed someone? Ray has been a hero for a long time, he's got complete mastery of his powers. He would never make such a critical mistake.
Then who could have done it? Someone who could get in and out like the Atom, and also stands to benefit from all the fear in the hero community.
It could be Jean Loring.
As established, she directly benefited from her attack. She could have staged it.
It is easy to predict that Ray would call her when she returned from work to check in on her. (Especially if he's been doing that every day since Sue's attack.) She could have timed it so that Ray rescue her before it was too late.
Tumblr media
That would help bring them together, if that was her goal. Also, by making herself a victim, most people would discount her as a suspect.
How did she have access to the Atom's tech?
Tumblr media
Everybody in the world knows, Jean and Ray had a big, public, divorce. Jean, being a lawyer, managed to keep their old house as well as half of Dr. Palmer's patents.
It is easy to believe somewhere in the couple's house there is a size changing belt that's been unaccounted for. That's how she did it.
Here's what happened...
Jean and Ray had just finished their messy divorce, however Jean has been unlucky in love recently.
Tumblr media
So, she starts wishing things would go back to the way they were, but after a public divorce, Jean cannot simply tell Ray her feelings. That's likely when she finds a spare Atom suit, and a scheme starts to form.
Tumblr media
If she could fake an attack on one of the JLA's loved ones, then the Hero community would come together, and she could use the hysteria to draw closer to Ray.
Sue makes the easiest target because Ralph's secret identity had been out for years.
She would use the Atom suit to sneak past the houses' security system, then Jean could knock out Sue, and start a fire. The fire would trigger the security system. Ralph or the JLA would rush over, with just enough time for Jean to disappear into the phone lines again.
But, what Jean could not count on is that size changing can be disorienting. (The Atom would not make this crucial mistake)
Tumblr media
Jean accidentally killed Sue, and burned the body to throw off the investigation, and then had to set up the other attacks.
She set up a fake attack on herself to throw off suspicion, but it also makes reasonable sense since she and Ray's identities were publicly known just like Ralph and Sue.
Tumblr media
<When she set up the fake crime scene, Jean wore gloves to hide her fingerprints, and likely ditched those gloves in microspace to hide the evidence.>
That might have been enough, but to try ensnare Ray back, the attacks had to continue a bit longer. So, Jean created the other two incidents.
She sent a threatening letter to Lois, never intending to follow through. Then she set up the attack on Jack Drake. Being a lawyer, she was able to set up a fake ID, and untraceable Bank Accounts, to hire Captain Boomerang and essentially pin it all on him.
The biggest tell was the last attack. If the attacker was trying to kill hero's loved ones, why did Jack Drake receive a warning note as well as a gun?
Jean's plan must have been for Jack to shoot Boomerang, the threats would stop, and the whole incident would be considered wrapped up. The heroes would be drawn closer to their loved ones in the aftermath, and she could get back together with Ray.
Jean Loring killed Sue Dibny, and then tried to cover it up. She had the means and the motive, and she almost got away with it.
(With some extra investigations, you could find who hired Boomerang, and you'd find it coincides with similar activity in Jean's Bank Account. Even if she created fake accounts, there has to be a paper trail somewhere. It'll be easier to find, once you know where to start.)
With the evidence laid out before you, I hope you now understand that the mystery of Identity Crisis can be solved. Let's call this case closed.

making a lotf the outsiders au and idk who would be jack…….
heres my reasons for why they would each be fitting for merridew:
cherry
equally as passionate and fiery as jack
bad temper
ginger
also started out liking pony (he’s ralph in this au) before ending on somewhat bad terms w him
idk i wanted to give her a prominent role
also imagine being a woman stranded on an island and getting ur period…..yeah id get murderous too
dally
equally as violent and aggressive
bad temper
not power-hungry but could easily get a bit murderous if pony was THAT annoying
somewhat charismatic (to be determined…….) so could probably influence the rest of the guys like jack did
idk he’s evillllll
bob
equally as violent and aggressive
bad temper
not exactly power-hungry (?) but is used to having all the breaks so would probably go crazy
also the villain…..idk
would definitely try to kill pony
also if bob isn’t chosen then he’ll be roger okay bye

Cue Ryder’s villain arc (Not really villain, more like “more rude and angry” arc)
Screw everyone else that was in that room, Rye saw Sloth and DIVED towards him, proceeded to hit the wall and had a bloody nose for two days.
Oh god how does Sloth feel- bro probably :( all the time
Uhhh reblogging these because idk if Snow can reply with his main yet @lord-of-the-bundle-of-sticks
Tumblr media Tumblr media
OMG RYDER HAS A NUMBER ONE FAN
HE APPRECIATES IT AND TRUSTS YOU
HE’S SO POLITE (until the chaos starts unraveling)
Simon’s the one that’s around him the most.
Meanwhile Piggy just “You should have saved me you bitc-“
Then there’s mulberry who exists in the very background so Rye can never sleep or do anything in peace bro always has eyes on him

Omgee yay I’ve been chosen!! :33
Okay here’s a list of some of my favorite hcs I have 😽😽😽
- Ralph had a pretty decent home life pre-island, but after the events of the island his parents struggled to deal with his mental health issues and end up being pretty neglectful and irritable with him
- Jack does not have a great home life (his father is an alcoholic and both his mom and dad are quite neglectful)
- Piggy had a good home life, but his aunt didn’t really know how to deal with him being bullied
- Both Simon’s parents worked a lot so he was pretty neglected at home
- Don’t have many specific home life hcs other than those but I don’t believe any of those kids had the greatest home lives pre-island
- Jack is bisexual and at first felt like the island allowed him to feel that way without it feeling sinful
- Jack had a crush on Ralph and vaguely tried to explain it to Ralph but when met with Ralph’s silence became very self conscious of his crush and began to feel that the island didn’t actually free him from feeling sinful (Ralph just got nervous and was struggling to come up with a good response 💔)
- Since nobody had a count of how many kids were on the plane some probably died in the actual crash and another kid or two that no one kept track of died on the island at one point
- Ralph has a younger sister
- Maurice has 4 siblings (an older brother and sister and 2 younger sisters), he’s the middle child
- Feel like most the other kids were only children (other than Samneric obviously), some of the littluns maybe had older siblings
- Jack can’t really ride a bike (I have literally no reason behind this other than I think it’s funny)
- Maurice has a cat that’s mean to everyone but him and that he gave a really dumb name
- Roger has a space interest, he doesn’t really talk about it much though
- Rip Simon you would’ve loved Mitski
- I think it’d be funny if one of the twins were color blind idk which twin and what type of color blindness but it’d be funny
- Jack probably bullied Simon into choir
- Simon is artistic, he likes to doodle in the sand, craft bracelets and stuff with flowers and vines, etc
- Simon feeds stray animals
- Roger is very good at cooking and has a system to how he does it
- Jack on the other hand would make a mess of your kitchen and then set it on fire allegedly by accident
- Simon likes to play with other people’s hair
I also have a couple hcs for how some of the boys’ teeth look written down as reference for when I’m drawing so I’m just gonna drop those too
- Ralph has a pretty straight top row of teeth (just a couple small gaps here and there), but has a really crooked bottom row of teeth
- Jack has really crooked teeth and accidentally knocked out one after some time on the island
- Simon has a gap between his two front teeth and also has really crooked teeth
- Roger has pretty straight teeth but they’re really sharp, chips some of them after some time on the island
- Piggy has crooked teeth mostly in the back of his mouth
Okay that’s all!! Thank you for the ask!! :DD
