FEMSEXUAL

Femsexual, or femmesexual, is a sexual orientation describing an individual who is exclusively attracted to individuals with feminine genders or feminine gender presentations regardless of gender identity.

WOMANSEXUAL

Womasexual, or womansexual, is a sexual orientation describing exclusive attraction to women. This includes attraction to binary women and may also include attraction to female-aligned non-binary individuals.

important to note this term is often used as a synonym of gynesexual! So they pretty much mean the same.

FINSEXUAL

Finsexual is the exclusive attraction to those who are feminine in nature (FIN), either in their gender and/or their presentation. This means finsexual individuals are attracted to women, feminine-aligned and/or feminine-presenting non-binary individuals, and potentially feminine men. Finsexual is not synonymous with the attraction to women, it is the attraction to femininity.

Other terms include faunic, neptunic, femique, etc.

Meet my newest AU Sans, Matcha! (Like Match-ah!) Which belongs to the AU Tea!Lust! Can straight cisgender people like non-binary people? I’m asking because I identify as a young straight cisgender man, but I’ve started to develop sexual and romantic feelings for both non-binary people I know IRL, non-binary people online, and non-binary fictional characters who have pretty feminine traits and/or tendencies (a lot of whom were afab). I’m I not actually straight? Am I being transphobic? I’m just trying to have a clear understanding of my sexuality (I also like feminine bigender and feminine gender fluid people as well).

; hello ! So starting off, there's an important distinction between having attraction to people, and acting on those feelings. So no, being attracted to non-binary people as a straight person is not inherently transphobic since you cannot control who you feel attracted too, plus you've said nothing about not respecting their identities. ( and there's always the context of how those non-binary people specifically align, etc etc ), but it does pose the question and open the door to whether you are actually straight or not !

; now there are a lot of terms you could use realistically speaking, and it really depends on your own personal comfort and whether you believe the term(s) are right for you / whether you'd feel more comfortable simply continuing to identify as straight. But going off your experiences a term you could look into is Finsexual ( <- link to a wiki page ), which is described as the attraction to those who are Feminine in nature, whether this be in their gender & / or gender presentation ! This can include women, feminine aligned / presenting enbies, and even in some cases feminine men.

; since genderfluid is under the non-binary umbrella, and you mentioned they are specially feminine genderfluid people, this label can apply to them as well !! Same with the feminine bigender people.

; at the end of the day it's best to choose whatever label(s) make you most comfortable and feel best accurately describe your experiences. But I wish you luck and I hope this answered your question !

Hey :) I have a question to the community but fear that I might sound insensitive or not inclusive. So I currently identify as bisexual, but I noticed that I'm only attracted to feminine presenting people, no matter the gender. The more feminine, the better. But they could still identify as another gender. Does that mean I'm a lesbian? I know labels are my decision and I don't even need one but I'm curious about opinions. Thanks <3

this is a great question, actually! you are most likely not lesbian if you would still be attracted to a man who is feminine. you may be gynosexual, meaning you are atracted to feminity or females, or possibly finsexual, meaning you are attracted to those who are feminine in nature. hope this helped!!
