Do your religious beliefs ever conflict with day-to-day decisions?

I had to think a bit on this one but since I was born a sinner- my flesh longs to sin. Through Jesus sacrifice I’m being sanctified. This doesn’t mean I don’t still make stupid decisions like doomscrolling or getting frustrated while driving or accidentally gossiping. It does mean, however, that when the Holy Spirit informs me of these actions I repent and try not to repeat them.

My beliefs don’t get in the way of what I enjoy doing though… I don’t enjoy doing things that I now recognize as sin! My belief isn’t stopping me from living the life I enjoy living if that’s what you are getting at. I had a bit of a hard time interpreting the question so if there are follow ups I’ll try to answer better ^^’
