OKAY HOLD ON why the hell can my physiotherapy office change my appointment to HALF AN HOUR BEFORE SCHEDULED with NO NOTICE THREE HOURS BEFORE I NEED TO BE THERE

BUT STILL SAY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL HAVE A FEE??????????

#HELLO??? I HAVE TO DRIVE MINIMUM 50 MINUTES TO GET TO THE OFFICE???
