OKAY HOLD ON why the hell can my physiotherapy office change my appointment to HALF AN HOUR BEFORE SCHEDULED with NO NOTICE THREE HOURS BEFORE I NEED TO BE THERE
BUT STILL SAY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL HAVE A FEE??????????

I swear to god life is a never ending cycle of fighting google search results please just give me what I asked for
