The plan to arrest Kyosuke Higuchi begins at Sakura TV.

Traffic cop Yukito Shiraba is killed by the power of the Yotsuba Kira’s Death Note.

Kyosuke Higuchi is arrested and his Death Note seized. The task force is now able to see Rem.

L confirms the existence of Shinigami and the Death Note.

By touching the Death Note, Light Yagami recovers his memories of being the original Kira.

Kyosuke Higuchi is killed by the power of Light Yagami’s Death Note.

Light Yagami keeps Misa Amane’s Death Note, hiding it under his clothes in order to retain his memories.

Light Yagami returns his Death Note to Ryuk and gives up ownership.

Day in Fandom History: January 4…

It’s officially Steven’s birthday as the clock struck midnight and Garnet’s present to Steven is her telling him of how Ruby and Sapphire met, fuse into Garnet, and join the Crystal Gems in one backstory. “The Answer” premiered on this day, 9 Years Ago.

After that episode I believe some photos of Highland Cows are needed as a breather of sorts. Luckily I took some photos today of the locals.

Everyone is talking about the Jonathon and Martin name drops, but nobody is talking about the actual case. I've heard about the theory that we have two minds in our head before, and it's always deeply disturbed me.

This episode took that idea and made one of the best and most chilling cases in all of tmagp, just to get overshadowed by the namedrop.

Ted: I was in a high school improv group that was called Chuckle Sandwich, and then the group fell apart a couple years ago, like they stopped like auditioning for it in that high school. 

Schlatt: They stopped laughing. 

Ted: They stopped laughing. The chuckles— The chuckles slowly faded into the darkness. 

William: It was just sandwich. 

Ted: Yeah. 

Schlatt: It’s just a sandwich. 

[All laugh]

Schlatt: They all went to work at like fucking Jimmy John’s. 

Ted: And so I was—

Charlie: Devoid sandwich. 

[Schlatt laughs]

Ted: I was like I love that name, I think it’s a really good pun, Charlie likes puns, and I was starting to— I was— We had decided to start a podcast together and I chose it in part because I really like the name, but also because it kinda connected to your love of puns. Which was where it kind of came from in that. 

William: Wait, are you saying Chuckle Sandwich is a pun? 

Ted: Knuckle sandwich. 

William: Oh. 

Schlatt: I— 

William: I think that—

Ted: Knuckle sandwich but chuckle. 

Charlie: Yeah. 

Schlatt: I actually didn’t— 

[All laugh]

Charlie: Oh, you are on the show. 

Schlatt: I actually had no idea—

Ted: Really?

Schlatt: That it was a pun on knuckle sandwich. 

Charlie: Now’s a good time to find out, I guess. 

Ted: You didn’t know that?

Schlatt: I had no fucking clue. 

Ted: Yeah, and the knuckle sandwich sort of ties into that— 

Charlie: So it was just words to you. 

Schlatt: I just thought it was Chuckle Sandwich. 

Ted: Yeah. 

William: I did too. 

Ted: Is that— Is that really—

Schlatt: I had no fucking clue. 

Ted: You had no idea? 

William: I just thought it— 

Schlatt: No clue. 

William: Yeah. I just thought it was like a cool name. 

Charlie: Do you think anyone listening actually knows that it’s a play on words?

Ted: That it’s a pun on Chuckle Sandwich— Or on knuckle sandwich?

Charlie: Or have we just been crying out into the void this whole time?

Ted: Well, I was aware of that. Is that why you guys were like “eh” about the name like originally? 

Charlie: No, I knew it was a pun— I mean, it’s like okay, yeah, we do like fast, punchy bits, like knuckle sandwich, Chuckle Sandwich. 

Ted: Okay, so Schlatt was the only one in the dark about this, then. 

Charlie: And he’s just got this completely blank on his face. 

Schlatt: I had no idea.

Even the staff cannot wait for the Plateau Auberge arc announcing the voice actors. Hah!

You have names like Takehito Koyasu (Toji Zenin, etc.) as Tiger Dan, Rei Igarashi as Karen Lily, Ikumi Hasegawa as Mia Costa and others.

Anyway, the synopsis for the second part of The Psychology Lab Murder Case [Part 2]

Ron and Toto present their deductions to Aoe and the students. A threatening letter addressed to the victim, Himeno, had arrived at the lab, but it was only the night before that she was scheduled to use the lab that exploded. From the contradictions that arise there, Toto identifies the culprit. As the perpetrator explains their selfish motive, Ron delivers cold words...

I love this so much it hurts.

This is the first time Silver sees Madi and he is already plotting some bullshit to use her to escape of their situation, good for him or whatever, this scene still doesn't interest me regarding him, it interests me regarding Flint.

I am a HUGE fan of the Flint/Madi duo and I love that she caughts a little bit of his attention when Ben mentions she is the daughter of the ruler, he bothers to turn his head and take a brief look at her. He takes note of her, especially after hearing Silver's plans.

I already talked about a couple of times about the cause and its leadership and Flint and Madi's roles in it and each and every one of their interactions are so relevant to me.
