ELVIS CATCHES HER DAUGHTER PUTTING ON MAKEUP 😭😭 Please write something on that

“Lottie Mae, let’s go, we’ve gotta be at the studio in twenty minutes!” You hollered up the stairs at your thirteen year old daughter. When she didn’t respond you let out a huff of air.

“I’ll get her honey.” Elvis said, bounding up the steps, he stopped at her door knocking on it. “Lottie? We gotta go honey.” He heard her scrambling, then the slam of her desk drawer, “Lottie? I’m coming in.”

“No dad don’t!” She hollered instantly covering her face. Elvis’s face contorted, “Lottie why are you covering your face?” He asked, reaching his hand up to move hers. She resisted his touch, but he finally got her hand down. Her face was covered in heavy blush, bright red lipstick and thick eyeliner. “Told you not come in.” She mumbled, looking at her shoes. “Lottie, why did you put that all on your face, sugar?” He moved her to sit to the bed, he pulled the chair from her desk and sat across from her. “I don’t know, just don’t feel pretty is all.” She mumbled.

Elvis’s jaw dropped, his little girl, his entire world, didn’t feel like she was pretty. “Lottie, you are beautiful, you don’t need all this stuff to make you beautiful, I ain’t saying you can’t wear it at all, just saying you shouldn’t think you have to cover your true self with this powdery mess.” He reached across grabbing the young girls hand, “You are a beautiful, talented, smart, kind young lady, and you don’t need anyone telling you different, and if they do you tell me and your old dad will handle ‘em.” He mimicked a quick punch to the air. Lottie let out a small giggle, “There’s that smile.” Elvis said, “Now go wash your face up, don’t worry, I won’t tell your momma. I love you, you know that?” He said, standing up from the chair. She nodded, grabbing a few tissues from her desk and making her way to the bathroom. Elvis made his way back down the stairs, you were waiting for him, “What’s the hold up?” You asked.

“Don’t worry about, honey, she’ll be down in a minute. Sure enough, Lottie came down the steps, makeup free, eyes beaming. “I’m ready!” She said.
