Listen as though I'm the voice of God or an angel talking to you. Telling you this room doesn't matter, this night doesn't matter. You're not inconsequential or a junkie. You're a bright young reporter with a point of view. There are stories that need to be told. If things ever get bad again, these are the words you'll hear in your mind like a tape playing over and over, like a song stuck in your brain. These words will hold you up and carry you. They are your lifeline. That's a free baser I befriended for a few days at the drսg den. He told me to get my shit together and then he Richard Pryor'd in front of me. Everyone scrambled but I stuck around, watched him burn. What's always confused me was that, you know, he said those words to me, and he was already all burnt up. Figured I'd conflated the two events. But I didn't. Because it was you. I destroyed two marriages. I fuckеd up two daughters. But I stayed a journalist. I was never so lost I couldn't hold down a job.

Understanding Time Zones: America Mein Kitna Time Ho Raha Hai and India Mein Time Kitna Ho Raha Hai
Tumblr media
Modern living requires time zones to synchronize time worldwide. The number of hours ahead or behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) distinguishes each of the world's 24 time zones. This essay will discuss time zones and focus on America and India.
The US has six time zones: Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, and Hawaii-Aleutian. India has two different time zones, but only Indian Standard Time (IST).
Asking for time in America now requires "America Mein Kitna Time Ho Raha Hai." Eastern Time is five hours and thirty minutes behind Indian Standard Time. In New York City, 5:00 PM in India is 11:30 AM.
If you asked about the Pacific Time Zone, the discrepancy between India and America would be even greater. The Pacific Time Zone is 12 hours and 30 minutes behind Indian Standard Time. Therefore 5:00 PM in India is 4:30 AM in Los Angeles.
International calls, virtual meetings, and travel require timekeeping. Timing mistakes can cost you opportunities, flights, and plans.
In the late 19th century, railway companies used the standard time to synchronize timetables, creating the first time zones. Time zones have evolved into a regular part of existence.
Time zones keep us connected worldwide. India's time zone is one, unlike America's six. For American time, select a time zone. India Mein Time Kitna Ho Raha Hai will reveal the Indian time. The time difference is important while traveling or doing business abroad. Internet and smartphone apps let you switch time zones and manage your calendar from anywhere.

why is no one talking about how good Jacob Anderson’s new orleans accent is. and subsequently how stupid it was they thought they could pass as being from chicago. Be self aware for one SECOND you’re literally named Louis de Pointe du Lac and you talk like you’ve lived in New Orleans for fifty years. You think you can speak cajun french IN PARIS and no one will know. Santiago not mentioning this in the first three seconds he knew you was a sign he has a lot of social grace actually. Parisians known for their complete disdain for anyone speaking non-Parisian French. Dressmaker making fun of Claudia’s French the most accurate portrayal of Parisians
The period appropriate slang also extending to provincial American accents before standardization through television. There’s also something to be said about Jacob Anderson’s acting with the willfully neutral accent during Dubai. Like hmmmm is this the one thing you gained insight about? Only this?

actually now that I think about it it would be really good if Louis and Armand stole all of Daniel's clothes the first time he went to sleep in Dubai and replaced them with fancy ruffled nightgowns. they left a candelabra in his room too but he kept throwing the candles at them.

Welcome to another installment of tennis analysis with Daniil Medvedev
This time: How an overthinker returns serve
[asked about his amazing returns on 230km/h + serves]
“The thing is that, in a way… well. It’s much tougher to return a serve 230 than 190, but in a way, when it is 190, you kinda have small time to think ‘what do I do?’ Here, you don’t have any time, so it’s pure reflexes and sometimes it makes life even easier, because, as I say, you don’t think much. If you don’t return it, you are not even disappointed. Whenever there were some second serves and I missed it, I was disappointed, so [shrugs and smiles]”

Not to be a freak on main (or sound like Lestat and Armand) but….dom top Louis🤤🤤
He’s heavily into degradation and humiliation( it’s the catholicism). Has the fanciest equipment. All that repressed rage makes him an excellent sadist. Loves bondage. An expert rigger. He’ll suspend you from the ceiling like a chandelier and then go back to reading his books while mostly ignoring you.
The way he so smoothly establishes his dom/sub relationship with Armand during the bench scene turned me into a barking dog ngl. Armand De Worst Submissive Ever may have fumbled but I wouldn’t have😏.

Because the average shipping time from the USA to Dubai is 27 to 40 days by boat. If Brooklynn was still in the USA a week after the LA raid, even a three-week trip would mean the Nublar 5 hung out with the Mballos for TWO WEEKS.
Which they obviously didn't.
Unless they were on the slowest ship ever from Louisiana to Senegal.
