“HOLD IT DOWN!”

[One guard shouted, grabbing at the chains that bound the struggling person. There were cries of pain and sounds of something thrashing around wildly]

“NONO YOU HAVE THE WRONG PERSON, IT WASN’T ME- IT WASN’T ME-”

[SMACK.]

[The sound echoed throughout the chamber, and a choked sob escaped the poor man’s lips as he was thrown to the floor like he was just a creature to be used and abused.]

“st..op… I didn’...t… do.. Any..thing.. *Hic*….”

[More people entered the room, somebody was carrying a tray which they set down only a few feet away from the raven haired male that was cowering on the floor.]

“Get up.”

[The man who was in front of everyone else said, there was a feeling about him that made Damien’s blood turn to ice.]

“Sir.. p..please.. You know I didn’t do any-”

[SMACK.]

[He was violently thrown against the ground, now being held down in a chokehold by the other scientist. He could feel his tears dripping down his cheeks as he sobbed, it hurt not to breathe. It was like his lungs were on fire. Everything hurts. Damien tried to take one last gulp of air when-]

[He let go and Damien’s head smacked down against the floor, chest heaving desperately]

“We need him alive for this Mr {REDACTED}. We can’t just use his corpse.”

[Great, so it wasn’t only humanity as to why they kept him alive, they needed him for something.]

[Dr {REDACTED} approached Damien and tilted his head up so they were staring eye to eye don’t touch me]

“Now, Mr Scot , do you know what you’re here for?”

[His tone was different, Damien realised. A tone of sweet manipulation.]

[Just nod and behave. Act like you understand, be obedient.]

“..yes sir..”

[He could see just behind Dr {REDACTED} they were prepping a serum. It was a mix of reddish pink. It made Damien’s eyes hurt.]

“If all goes well, you should be free from any punishment today. If not then we’ll have your grave ready for you.”

[And then he was violently held down again-getoffgetoffgetoffgetoff-]

[He saw the doctor raise up the serum and then it was pressed into his neck, everything went black. But he wasn’t unconscious. No he could only see black, it was pain beyond pain he had ever felt, were those claws? He stared down at his hand, there were claws. Fangs? They ripped through part of his lip. Horns? Tail? What was happening. It felt like it was all ripping through his body, shredding his senses apart.]

[There were shouts from all around him, and then something was on top of him- get OFF.]

[He screamed, it felt like his lungs were on fire.]

[He felt hands that grabbed onto his legs, his tail. Feeling him, touching him.]

[He kicked out, felt someone grunt in pain and scrambled to the wall away from everyone as fast as he possibly could. He had hooves. What had these fuckers done. WHAT DID THEY DO.]

 “It worked.”

[He was hungry, he wanted flesh. He craved it.]

[He had given Dr {REDACTED} a nosebleed. That was who had been on top of him- touching him. Grabbing him. He could feel the marks he had left.]

[he snarled, tail lashing furiously. The way Dr {REDACTED} was looking at him made him want to hide. He felt like prey. No. He was prey.]

[He sobbed, blood ran from his mouth as his throat convulsed. There was no vomit only blood.]

[There were more researchers, they had clipboards and were taking notes.]

[Stop looking at me.]

[He wanted to kill but all he could do was cry, it was pathetic. He didn’t want them to touch him. He wanted them to leave him alone.]

[Everything was just ringing inside his ears, he was having trouble hearing. There were alarms blaring, red lights. more guards were grabbing at the chains that bound around his neck. Pulling on it so his already horrible vision blackened worse.]

[He sobbed so hard he passed out, he didn’t know what happened after that.]

[When he woke up, he was in his cell again. Back in hell. He wished that they would have just killed him.]

[There was a note and fresh clothes beside him.]

A former family doctor has been sentenced to 12 years for sexually assaulting seven women during medical appointments and examinations in Ste. Anne, Man. Court of King's Bench Justice Sadie Bond delivered the sentence for Arcel Bissonnette on Thursday morning in Winnipeg. "Dr. Bissonnette took advantage of the opportunity that was afforded to him by his position as a family doctor to sexually assault the victims" in his medical clinic, Bond said. The defence had wanted a nine-year sentence, while Crown prosecutors argued for 18 years.

not to burst any bubbles on esquivalience bc i think this is all v fun BUT i am 99% sure it's just a case of dweu (or what i like to call dweeu — the extended extended universe) writers/superfans being completely on the ball abt themes/picking up snippets from possibly leaked stuff & putting it into their work. case in point, book of the snowstorm containing stuff abt the unravel & being published the day after tcorr is credit to aristide adding in stuff/editing right to the last minute. this stuff is licensed & appears on the wiki bc these ppl are also v involved in the wiki & specifically seek out ways to make sure the stuff they write fits the criteria for what the wiki deems as canon (which is some of what book of the snowstorm is abt, in a meta way). tho some of them are involved w dw-related projects that some might consider slightly more legitimate than 'just' fan-published stuff, esp in the realm of faction paradox, i would be very, very surprised if any of them are working in connection w the tv show production. you can find them hanging out in #canon-welding-current-spoilers in the dw discord server that's linked on r/doctor or r/gallifrey, which is where i come by this understanding of the situation lol. (or here on tumblr. but i'm not @ ing anybody.)

(mgv) OHHHH FUCK THE TRITTER ARC IN OMEGAVERSE

not only is tritter an officer but he's an alpha so him getting humiliated by house is even more heinous to him. his calm posturing giving house the CREEPS from jump street and it only gets worse the longer tritter pursues this vendetta. he goes even harder against wilson, even commenting how house and wilson smell like each other (they are not a bonded pair at this time) and wilson stays collected but if he and tritter talk for too long he starts bristling. tritter wanting from house not just an apology and for house to go to rehab, but also for him to show his neck; to submit. it's pushing the limits of an already high ask to put on house. even cuddy gets hesitant about that because it's toeing the line of discrimination at best and harassment at worst.

I watched a true crime video about an incredible woman named jennifer. it was a horrific story about how she was kidnapped, assaulted, and left for dead at the age of 8 with a slit throat on top of a fire ant hill. by all rights she should’ve died, but miraculously she survived - major arteries were missed and the ant bites shocked her sporadically, keeping her heart beating. she fought to earn her life back and the man who attacked her walked free. 20 years later, her testimony, given at the age of 8, allowed police to finally arrest him. she wrote out her statement of what she would say to him, the man who left her for dead. but he hung himself in his cell, taking that moment of justice away from her. later though, after he was buried, jennifer and her husband visited his grave and she read him her statement.

her words were powerful, “I am not a victim. I am victorious.” and she asked her husband if she thought the man heard her. her answer was the bite of a fire ant
