The height of WHB demons
A random thought that came to my mind after a conversation with a friend. Let's check how tall our hotties are. At first I thought about checking the height using sprite, because the kings are quite adequate to the descriptions. The only thing I would disagree with is Beel and Levi, but Levi leans over a bit, which may be why he seems shorter when they should be the same height.
Satan you smol bean <;33
Then. I saw Foras and Bael's poses. Well, nothing from the foreground.
Funfact - the difference between Glasyal and Mammon sprites is the same as that between Mammon and Beel. Yes, Glasya is taller. Yes, I know that canonically he is probably the only devil the size of Mammon, but I changed my mind and went to compare them differently.
There will be very loose comparisons. This can't be done very reliably, but in the comics we can see here and there what they look like standing next to each other.
By the way! I hope I didn't confuse inch when converting them from cm, but I have no idea about imperial units. It won't be worse than Michael and his 38 cm anyway.
UPDATE: YEAH I DID CONFUSE IT LOL. Because it turned out that I had converted the units incorrectly (very sorry, my fault!), I'll just stick to cm for now. If I have time, maybe I will try to calculate it again.
Let's start with something smol easy - Satan - 178 cm.
You know I'm obsessed with these two. This was the only time I counted the pixels (in Sitri's stupid heels) to know if he was taller than Satan without them. And yes. He is. (It's also possible that Sitri is tilting his head a little, but we got the general idea of them.)
It looks like Sitri is something between 180-183 cm. Compared to Sitri, Satan is high to the top of his horn, while Minhyeok is halfway up. So, Minhyeok should also be a little shorter than Satan (or his height).
It's a bit difficult with Belial, because he leans over, but it looks like he will be about half a head taller than Satan. Astaroth is a tower, no surprises.
Next, Beelzebub - 188 cm.
First, BAEL YOU'RE ???HIGHER??? THAN BEEL? So you're 190 cm tall AT LEAST? And he has no heels yes I checked!
And I thought I couldn't love you more, just give me a kiss. Andrea you can too-
Ekhm. So. Andrea is not a tower, but a whole skyscraper. And that's so hot of him. Unfortunately, either one or the other is leaning, so it's hard to judge, but Andrea should be about 200 cm. It actually fits, because from the description of the country it seems that the devils from Nilfheim are the most stature ones due to their rigorous military training. Glasyal, make room for your friend in the giants' team.
Another fun fact: Comparing the sprites, he's barely up to Mammon's (201 cm) chin. That's why I don't trust it.
Leviathan - 187 cm
It looks like Levi and Gabriel are the same height, possibly Gabriel a little taller.
I know it's probably a perspective, but imagine that our extraordinary ancestor, a grand(x666)father who orphaned 80 demons and after which we have to clean up is actually small lol
In the second one, the perspective can also make a difference, but I chose it because it looks quite okay compared to Levi's other comics. (And you can definitely see them better than when they're rolling around on the floor.) Anyway, it's my dream that Foras would be a little shorter than Levi.
Update: Chapter 5 confirms that both Leviathan and Foras are of similar height when standing side by side.
Here he is, a Burj Khalifa of a man, Mammon - 201 cm
Like Levi, he doesn't know how to pose at all. That's why he is only with Bimet. In both of them, Bimet is more or less up to his shoulder, which is comparable to Satan, which gives us ~180 cm. I expected more from you, Bimet. Disappointing.
That's all I have compared to kings. But.
There are several devils that can be estimated from each other, but since we don't know how tall they are, we can only compare them. Let's do it, because why not.
Paimon and Leraye - only one screenshot, but they will be of similar height. They can be seen together quite often. Here they can be seen simply most clearly in terms of height. (In one comic they are also next to each other, but there are different panels so the perspective may also differ.)
Of course Paimon is bending over here, but I put it in here rather following in the thought of the little grandpa. Impossible, because I doubt Paimon will be that small (still funny to imagine).
I didn't expect Morax to be so tall. Taller and better built than Buer. He looks so delicate in his sprite, but in the comics he's hot. (I had to cut off Marbas's legs to get Tumblr to let me post it. I recommend the entire panel.)
Another interesting thing. I fully agree that Ronove is much bigger than Dantalian. But for Phenix to be the simillar height as Ronove? Yes, the perspective here is not one to one, but I didn't expect Phenix to be quite high.
Phew! I think that's all I could glean, at least from things that looked somewhat legit. There was a lot. Congratulations if you made it to the end! I wonder how much of this will turn out to be true in the future.

Hello again! I hope you are well! If you don’t mind I would like to request some headcanons please! Could I get the Gehenna and Avisos demons with an MC who laughs at the dumbest shit? (Basically they’re that one bitch who will laugh at a video of a bowl falling down the stairs— definitely not based on me at all) If Gehenna and Avisos are too much just Gehenna is fine. Thank you so much! ❤️
WHB demons s/ an MC who laughs at the dumbest stuff
⟡ Masterlist ⟡
A/N: Hi! Hope you're doing well too ^^ Also I literally do the same thing so this was really fun to write :D
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ───
Satan
Depending on his moood he'll either laugh with you or kick you
You will most likely have to explain what exactly is funny about the thing you're laughing at
But still, if he doesn't get it, he'll laugh anyway
Sitri
Poor confused baby
Doesn't get it, but for him it's better to have you laugh than have you cry
Sitri's the type to just smile politely and and wait for you to stop so you two can get back to what you were doing before that
Amy
"Huh? Okay..?"
Amy's the type to get angry that he doesn't get it
And once you explain why it's funny, he'll just hate it cuz it's so dumb
Still, there could be worse things you could be laughing at like Sitri's jokes
Leraye
"Oh? Ahaha...!"
Leraye does this too
He'll probably be the one pointing the funny thing to you
A real mutually beneficial relationship
Paimon
Another confused baby
But, instead of a polite smile like Sitri, Paimon grins
If it's something happening irl, they'll record/take pictue of it so other demons online can have a good laugh too
Belial
Loves the sound of your voice
Also, Jiyu's gonna laugh too and it's a compeltely different laugh from Belial
Belial will even bring up the thing you laughed at when he wants to hear your laugh again
Astaroth
"I'm afraid you'll have to provide me with an explanation, Y/N."
Won't get it even if you spend too long to explain it
But at least now he knows what type of humor you like
Too bad since he doesn't get it, there's no way for him to use it to his advantage
Zagan
Just as always, his expression is hard to read
But there is an underlying smirk
Zagan is kinda hard to come up with something for him
I geniunely don't think he'd even acknowledge the situation
Beelzebub
If you thought you're easy to make laugh, I present you the king of Abyssos
This man chuckles to himself for no reason
So if you actually have a reason to laugh, he's laughing along with you
Bael
Another demon, who doesn't really get it
But hey, at least you're a nice ray of sunshine to breakup all that paperwork
You light up the room, y'know?
Stolas
Just like Amy will get angry he doesn't get it
Might even escalate to threatening you with his gun
Protip: "You're too young to understand" is the worst thing to say in this situation and will definitelly result in death
Naberius
Yeah, Nabe is another one who just politely smiles
His type of humor are elaborate anecdotes from books
To be fair, Naberius doesn't really even get memes so good luck joking with him in general
Amon
He's most likely asleep, but if you wake him up with your laugh, he'll laugh along too
This simple humor is right up his alley
It doesn't require much brainwork which is kinda cool too

The Encounter of Two Flames | React | Spoilers
HOW WE DOIN' LOVELIES? We've got ourselves a Gehenna eventtttt<3 Why not have one during the anniversary of WHB launching? Satan was our first and he's here to tell us his story.
I for one feel like it's nice getting know "young" Satan and seeing this new sprite of his.
I waited for compile the first four days together because making a post for each damn day was becoming tedious lol. Sure it's good for spreading out screenshots but my adhd is k i l l i n g me.
Let's get started tho yeah?
"As they always do"....
Like good fucking lord Gehenna is always being attacked. I've said this once and I'll say it again like the angels really have fucking beef with Satan it seems. They barely touch the other parts of Hell.
Cameo from the bae, thank you for letting us know your thoughts boo. ʃƪ˘ﻬ˘) ♡´
So anyways Gehenna is under fire for a different reason today, it is none other than Sitri that's burning up the entire place and even his sprite is just nothing but blue fire.
In science class ya'll, we remember that blue flames are actually hotter than the orange ones. So I can imagine it's a good thing that Solomon or MC weren't here cause yeah they would of been instantly vaporized.
But all the devils are trying to put the fire out, can't cause water ofc won't help here.
I imagine Sitri's fire is more of a energy/essence sourced fire though so ofc it can't be extinguished by "normal" methods.
AND THEN HERE COMES THE BOO BEAR.
Young Satan is peak I swear. He's spunky, full of life, catty, I feel he's easily annoyed more, and just got that "it" factor. Not to say the older him is drained and used up, but definitely more mature.
So he goes to his demonic monster form, which as far as we've seen he's the only one that has a form like that. I'd like to assume the others do too but don't have to use it as often or at all.
cough we should have a h-scene with monster demon satan cough
So....why did Sitri burn up Gehenna??
Well it turns out that Sitri wasn't necessarily doing this on purpose.
Normally, our blue haired mr perfect shoes has everything together. Here he doesn't. Phew....Sitri I know something ain't right when your room is as messy as Paimon's (canon stuff that Paimon doesn't keep his room clean lmao)
Like? even Sitri's appearance is all kinds of fucked. Dry cracked lips, fucked up hair, like our baby is not doing well ya'll.
Andddd Belialllllll the bae <3 comes to visit. Jjyu and his loud mouthed self..
What kills me is that Sitri literally was like "I didn't hear you."
WHAT?
And then we find out through Belial writing it down because he didn't want Jjyu making shit worse (good call) that it wasn't Sitri's fault that the recent battle went all wrong and a lot of devils were killed in the process.
Sitri feels responsible for their deaths and is spiraling right now overthinking the past and thinking how it could have been better.
I feel sorry for him, because there was a time in my life where I would do the same and basically be so deep in my regret and guilt I neglected my health, my surroundings, my friendships...pretty much everything. It wasn't a good time so I know what Sitri is going through.
We even hear him mention that Zagan was badly injured (Astaroth too)
Jjyu shut the hell up omg lmaooooo
(him in response to Sitri explaining that Zagan could barely speak he was hurt so badly) Belial glares at him for that btw lmao
Satan also got injured it seems so it sounds like this battle went really bad.
Sitri even asks to be alone, and well Belial gets it and leaves promptly. I really like seeing Belial be more interactive this go around because we barely get that from the Gehenna devils in the main story and the last event in Gehenna was mostly just Minhyeok and Ppyong.
This gives me an insight as to how Belial is in personality, and really aside from Jjyu, he's really just chill and seems very pleasant to be around in general. I wish we could see what his eyes look like. It would change me forever.
So we're at the meeting that happens a few days later and well Sitri is still in a sullen mood. Since Zagan and Astaroth are out of commission, Amy was invited to come.
Oh so it seems Amy is going to be popping up since we got introduced. That's pretty nifty.
And Leraye is definitely worried about Sitri, wondering if he's sleeping, eating, and his condition has gotten worse. I imagine Sitri hasn't sleep in days since the event.
Paimon tries to lighten the mood but bless his heart it doesn't work when...
Amy starts going off about Sitri ordering him and his men to go east, and well that was the wrong call this time. I see it as a simple miscalculation but in the heat of war...perhaps things like this can't just be mistakes. lives are at stake, and devils aren't being re-produced anymore. Their extinction is literally inevitable during these battles.
Even if it weren't, lives were still lost and Amy takes this personally because it was HIS men who were affected the most.
I guess this seemed like the "best" time to bring up why Amy hates Sitri so much but it's like???? "because he looks like a girl?"
I'm just going to take this as Amy just not liking how elegant Sitri is with everything and how it compares to his rough and rash behavior. I don't think he truly would care if anyone looks more feminine.
And well because Amy started some shit, Sitri took a piece of paper, spat in it and threw it at Amy. So naturally...here we are.
Now a couple things about this scene...Zagan is present...and then there's a random devil there which this a private meeting for the nobles so why????
idk....let's just keep going lol
So Amy goes on to further berate Sitri and saying that he's aware that him and his subordinates have to follow orders once they get them from the center, so if the orders were better thought out his men wouldn't of died.
Sitri tells him why doesn't he kill him then since it was as if he did it himself and Amy is all like ????
And here we see more of their banter dynamic and it's almost as if Amy literally just holds back and only fights with words. Sitri physically maims and does things to him just as we saw in the previous event.
He even broke his wrist here like damn. And came in like-
Like good lord Sitri chill
And then Sitri starts to smack the shit out of him and cuss him out some more and Paimon stops the fight because Amy is literally about to give him a concussion at this point. Paimon invited Amy because he felt it would be good to go over the battle with him there but he realizes all it did was make things worse.
Leraye goes to even try and talk with Sitri to see if he's taking care of himself and well, obviously he's not. He's still focused on the battle and his mistakes.
A few days later happens and Sitri is front and center because Amy pretty much said he isn't listening to him anymore and doing what he thinks is best.
And Sitri isn't doing so hot in battle either. He's shooting without a plan or strategy, other devils are just standing around. Yes angel's are dying but he's just...doing whatever and hasn't had proper sleep or anything.
He's such a mess Satan had to come in and kick his ass in the middle of battle and set him straight.
So it's safe to say that Satan doesn't like tasteless and useless anger. There has to be a purpose for your anger and for him to thrive on it and he just ain't diggin' it from Sitri at the moment.
Oh boy...I don't have a good feeling about that.
So we go back to the time when Gehenna was up in flames. We have Leraye snippin' and doin' his thing and Ppyong helping with bringing over bullets. They then notice Sitri on the battlefield and he seems to be killing every single angel accurately but....our boy Leraye knows best.
He tells Ppyong to STOP Sitri because this isn't a planned attack, he is literally killing everyone that gets in his range. Doesn't matter if it's angel or devil.
Sitri is literally so damn tired he can't even notice or care anymore and is just going at it.
And that's when everyone notices the flames at the same time. They are erupting from Sitri's body.
Belial even uses his hoarse voice to call out to Sitri and we know that's serious.
And sorry like I know that Sitri is in a bad place and bad spot rn but he looks so pretty here. The blue and pink contrasts are definitely a Sitri signature look.
But yeah that fire is way too hot for anyone to do anything. Even Leraye is told that he can't help. So Ppyong runs off to find Amy to help.
Leraye does attempt though, but it's no use, and Paimon had to come and save him. (they're so cute I love them)
And ya'll it was THREE damn days that fires were going and THREE days that Sitri was like that just in the middle of the square. Also...damn why did it take three days for Ppyong to go find Amy? (he explains later that the teleportation talisman just couldn't keep up with Amy)
But the Gehenna bois are all going over how they don't blame Sitri, they blame themselves for letting him hold that weight of being responsible for everything that happens. It's that weight that led to his current state and now things were worse off for everyone but they feared most for Sitri's life and well-being.
But Amy finally shows up and well his attempts to help the situation were hopeful at first...but sadly...
Amy gets stabbed in the stomach with one of the iron maiden spikes...which at this point are surrounding Sitri like vines to protect him. This raw power is actually quite impressive if it weren't ya know killing everyone around him in a blind haze.
I wonder if he was able to tap into that while training in Hades?
But...yeah I was rooting for Amy to bring him back here because you know frenemies and stuff like that (or for those who ship them only Amy can bring him back)
BUT Satan comes to the rescue!
Poor Amy, I swear he's always gettin' tossed around and shit lol
Also as many times Amy has been slashed and punctured in the stomach you would assume he'd never recover from that.
But we have something important here that I'd like to talk about for a minute that Satan reveals...
He mentions that Sitri is dealing with depression and that he must have gotten it from him. If we remember from his info card he is the embodiment of depression in Hell. He is depression. So his right hand devil that's always around him? Yeah eventually he's gonna get bit by the bug.
And I like that Satan isn't the typical representation of depression either. He always seems upbeat, active, and doing everything and anything. But as we have seen in the main story he has emotional wounds that haven't healed and he wonders if they will. He was speaking of the loss of Solomon, but I'm sure there's more to it than that which existed way before he even met him.
Now we see that Sitri is literally not taking care of himself, wallowing, self destructing, that's what most folks usually see and demonize when folks are going through IRL depression. They never seem to pay attention to the person who has it all together because why would they have depression? they're doing fine right?
n o p e.
So here we are...knowing the source. And why Satan has decided to be the one to save Sitri. And well since he can't do that as himself he has to transform to his monster form to do it.
I'd just like to bring up that he's so damn cute here. The jokester.
But it seems that Satan doesn't take his monster form often. We've seen it first when he met Solomon to test him, we see it when he fights Mammon that one time in one of the comics iirc, and we see it now.
I wonder when was the first time he ever had to use his monster form?
But either way, he carries Sitri out of the flames, and even though Sitri is still on fucking fire burning on his back Satan can handle it. Even Astaroth is concerned and comes to see if Satan is okay.
Satan starts traveling somewhere..."where memories flicker" to go put out the fire though, and everyone is following him.
Satan keeps mentioning that Sitri kept a promise to him that he wouldn't die. And I think we will get to the root of that soon.
And that's when we go to a F L A S H B A C K
ALRIGHT TIMELINE SHIT TAHNK
So...with this bit of info this is what I've gathered-
-Satan, Belphie, Mammon, and Leviathan all were already here before Lucifer was
-Gehenna was not in existence yet, but Tartaros and Hades were
-This possibly happened around the same time that Mammon was trapped (or after)
S T O P fueling my damn SHIP (and by stop I mean keep doing it.)
So apparently in a land assuming early Gehenna there were rumors of a beautiful beast, and Satan was like "oh levi??? :D" but clearly not him lol
I just think it's funny that his first thought was Leviathan. (he'd be like yeah think of me first you idiot)
AND WE SEE EARLY RED LUMPLINGSSSSSSSSSSS
the babiessssssssssss
They must have been before Ppyong because I don't see him here. So hopefully we get to see when Ppyong arrived!!
So what Satan is doing right now is traveling with these three going to find what this beast is and if he can find his right hand devil in order to help him build his kingdom.
Coming of age story it seems...lol
Now this background made me be like oh....it's a pond literally full of rank ass blood.
Now i'm gonna gross ya'll out, but every time I see things like this I think of how period blood smells when it's been sitting on a pad for too long or in the trashcan with other bloody pads and it just smells really bad like tissue and blood because that's what it is....
But yeah I scrunched my nose because I'm like Hell is not the place for me and my nose I'd literally wish for sense of smell to vanish.
one of the red lumps throws up and well I don't blame him...lol
nice to know that he says that to basically everyone and everything even in his past lol
BUT it seems tomorrow we're going to see who it is he's calling out to, my guess is it's probably Sitri because well...the story IS about them meeting after all.
There we have it ya'll, day one through four! I think for the rest of the days I'm just going to do two days at a time for each post I make instead of waiting four days because phew this was lot of catching up and writing lol
I'm realllyyyy feelin' Satan's look here btw. I've mentioned that already but Imma do it again lol
But overall so far I think I'm learning a lot about Sitri in a way I'd like to know more about Bael or Foras tbh since they are the right hand devils. I know we had a Niflheim event that showed Beleth, but I want to know what it is he did to fall to Hell and what that scar around his neck is about. And for those who didn't get Beel's bathcard we do get some of Bael's lore in there but only a crumb.
But alas...possibly may or may not get this but we'll see...
ANYWAYS thanks for reading and see ya'll on the next react ^^

I think you're the fifth blogger I've seen mention Shax's thing for Crowley... I still can't see it even though I really want to 'cause I think it's hilarious... send help... 🤣🥲😔
I can try lol. Chocolate cake? *slices*
More fun with Shax and Crowley under the cut. We're also going to look at part of Gabriel & Sandalphon's visit to the bookshop in S1 for some bonus fun since it fit in here as it's a parallel scene.
TW: Brief mention of Sandalphon and his homophobia.
For the most part, Shax isn't really in love with Crowley... she's just got a Mr. Brown-level pash on the Crowley that Crowley projects. While Aziraphale hides that he's an angel from the human world so Mr. Brown only believes him to be human, Crowley hides the extent to which he's human and living like one from the demons in Hell. As a result, the demon pursuing him has got exactly one thing correct about Crowley-- that he's hot lol-- but Shax's opinions as to why only partially overlap with ours and Aziraphale's because Shax believes Crowley's big reputation. She doesn't know what we know about him or see him the way we do. Like Mr. Brown with Aziraphale, she exists in part to highlight how insular Crowley & Aziraphale's world of their life together is and how much they have to playact in their respective worlds to keep that secret life they have with one another private and intact.
Shax is a demon who loves being a demon. That's what makes her crazy to us. Most of the other demons we've met are just miserable, even if they're playing along, but Shax is a real go-getter. She's ambitious and she lives to serve their master Satan. She wants to be good at being a demon and she's in love with *Crowley* lol. To us, this seems bananas because ain't no demon ever hated being a demon more than Anthony Jemimah Crowley... but it's proof positive of how decent a job Crowley has been doing at projecting an air of general demonicness for the last six thousand years.
Crowley has been a prince of Hell forever. He's gotten the top jobs-- the stuff of Shax's dreams, really-- and was a particular favorite of Satan, whom Shax worships. He was basically Hell's resident rock star, breezing in every few months to give a demonic presentation and shoot the shit in Lord Beezlebub's office for a half-hour before taking off for Earth again. If you were Shax, spending literally *thousands of years* in that overstuffed, dark, actual hell hole, Crowley showing up must have been like a visit from sexy Santa Claus. Shax is one of those Effort-making demons and most of the demons in Hell are more terrifying than attractive, ok?... even if you find terrifying attractive, like Shax sorta does or at least thinks she ought to.
Who's going to light your fire down there? Hastur? He'd *literally* light you on fire....
We've seen Shax have to deal with misogyny in the workplace (ugh Demon Josh) and you know she never got any of that shit from Crowley. She probably mostly got a "Shaaaaax! How's it hangin'?" from Disco Tony, who was thrilled to have remembered her name this time. Shax was playing it evil demon lady cool on the surface but girl just wants to be first string for the finest demon in Hell and she was swooning internally every time Crowley swooped in to grace Hell with his presence for a hot minute.
There has been suggestion in the series that several demons that we know of from Bible lore are, in Good Omens, all actually Crowley, which furthers this idea of Crowley and his big reputation a bit. The show has actually already done this with a Biblical figure, in that Bildad the Shuite is an actual Biblical character that the show just made be actually the demon Crowley under a different name, so it would make sense that the reason why we haven't seen other famous demons from The Bible in the series are because they're actually Crowley.
One is canon, basically, which is Astaroth/Astoreth, since Crowley was Nanny Astoreth in S1 and I doubt he stole the name from another demon who exists in the GO universe. When Crowley tells Aziraphale he changed his name when they are watching Jesus' crucifixion, Aziraphale first posits two other demons' names and neither of them exist in GO universe to date but both are, lore-wise, powerful: Mephistopheles and Asmodeus. A lot of other great meta has been written about these choices-- in particular, how well Mephistopheles fits Crowley to a tee, which I really, really agree with. You could assume then that the reasons why more audience-known demons like Astoreth and Asmodeus have never shown up in GO-- and we've met the highest-ranking demons already-- is because they actually *have* and they're all just really Crowley.
In demon lore, Astaroth is part of the "evil trinity" with Beezlebub and Lucifer and is a high-ranking demon in Hell... as well as is basically a genderbent serpent goddess with Crowley traits... so safe to say that's one of Crowley's aliases. Crowley has also had his name of "Crowley" for thousands of years by S1 but when he's rolling up in The Bentley in 1.01, Ligur and Hastur clarify what Crowley's "calling himself up here these days", indicating that he might have gone by more names than we might have realized.
Asmodeus, as we all probably know by now, is the demon of lust. A French novel from the 18th century also popularized the idea of Asmodeus as a sort of Cupid, which also goes along with Crowley, who loves love and got genuine joy out of trying to set up Maggie and Nina. So... from Shax's perspective, why *wouldn't* you want Crowley? He's the fine as fuck, Serpent of Eden, legendary prince of fucking lust here lol.
Shax showed up to reclaim his apartment for Hell and you know she expected a scene the likes of which have not been seen on Earth since a post-concert hotel suite occupied by Led Zeppelin lol. She was expecting (fantasizing lol) about having to wade through a rock music blasting, orgiastic drug den to find Asmodeus in his sex dungeon of a bedroom, somewhere in the black silk sheets beneath three playthings.
You know she actually found Crowley, alone, having just finished vacuuming the most fastidiously clean flat this side of Heaven, fully dressed and watching Barefoot Contessa on his massive plasma screen while the only drugs being mixed were special-blend fertilizer for his houseplants. Ina was making Jeffrey red-wine braised short ribs and Crowley didn't say so to Shax, of course, but he's always on the lookout for something his angel might like for dinner. Hang on a second, Shax, gotta save this recipe to my favorites...
At least the black silk sheets were accurate? lol
What probably confuses Shax a little is that she's been meeting up with Crowley and she still wants him and badly, even as it's becoming increasingly clear that he's a bit more complicated than she thought he was. Technically, she should consider him a traitor because of how he betrayed their Master but he's hot, ok, and maybe it's a little sexy to be so bad that you'd defy Satan? (Aziraphale agrees lol.)
Shax has Mr. Brown-level fantasies about where this could go. Crowley was a favorite of Satan's and she can bring him back into the fold. She can heal him. Yeah, this lady demon has gone and got herself one of those 'I can fix him' disaster scenarios. She hates this for her too but she can't help it. He's so sexy. She's been in Hell for a long time. She's sleeping in the bed and showering in the tropical rainforest paradise dream shower of Asmodeus himself, ok?
She's undoubtedly tried to get him to stay. She's so offered for him to live with her in secret and Crowley nearly choked on the air he doesn't need to breathe trying not to laugh at the irony of that one. It's not Shax's fault that he's just not that into her. She's a bad bitch and everything. That's just not his thing. He's just the lonely GI who basically fell asleep during a performance of The Ladies of Camelot. He has always given off the impression that he's into everything there is to sell the whole 'demon of lust' thing but he's really not. Shax doesn't know that, though, because to know that is to know Crowley well and Shax does not.
Does Crowley know that Shax is into him? Yeah, he does.
Shax's thing for him is basically the same thing as when Crowley tries to make a phone call after having taken out the mobile phone network for miles. It's the oh, shit, right, that thing I did that's now fucking up my day in the present... He didn't lead her on specifically as much as he just gave off the vibe in general that he's this debauched, wild, so very wicked demon and, well... if your name is Aziraphale, that's not terribly inaccurate lol... but if it's not, then it's actually not true at all...
...and this is why Shax cannot for the fucking life of her figure out what the deal is with Crowley and this angel.
Yes, Shax is trying to goad Aziraphale into confirming that he has Gabriel in this scene but this scene also comes off as Shax so incredibly done with how jealous she is over this, in her eyes, ridiculous being, and she's bitchy as all fuck about it. There were other ways to crack at Aziraphale than over his relationship with Crowley and she goes at that hard. She calls The Bentley an old piece of junk when she's really clearly calling Aziraphale that and saying that she doesn't know why Crowley hasn't gotten "an upgrade" since, implying that she considers herself just the upgrade Crowley needs. She brings up 1941 via the rumors that she heard "80, 90 years ago" that Crowley and Aziraphale were "an item", which we know are at least partially derived from what happened with Furfur, who his Shax's closest friend and totally has tried to tell her that this thing she has for Crowley is hopeless because he's doing that angel, Shax. (Poor, pining Furfur lol.)
Shax knows somewhere that Furfur is probably correct but she's decided to pretend that it's Furfur's thing for her that could have caused him to misconstrue at least part of it, right, because the demon of lust only having eyes for one being, let alone that being being this angel, is absurd to her (even if she thinks she can tame him lol.)
Aziraphale is an angel, for one thing. The bastards who did this to The Fallen and who cast their Master to Hell. Their sworn, hereditary enemy. It was one thing when maybe the angel was a dalliance. Asmodeus, lonely and bored on Earth, tired of all the sex with the mortals, and so very bad that he could corrupt an angel. That's a little hot, actually, if you're Shax, but it's the fact that that... does not appear to be what this relationship is... that unsettles her.
During S2, Shax learns that Crowley has a permanent invite into and keys to the bookshop and that Aziraphale can drive Crowley's car to an extent that Shax even has to trick him to allow her to enter it. The angel really seems like he might be Crowley's partner, which would mean that this wasn't Crowley fucking an angel on a whim in 1941 but that Hell's wild prince of lust has actually secretly been in a romantic relationship with Aziraphale for at least, to Shax's knowledge, almost a century.
The purported baddest demon that ever demoned, shy of the literal devil, is apparently mad for this fusty angel and Shax just cannot get it, ok?
Crowley is a a broody, black-clad rock star and Aziraphale is this twee little bookselling angel to her. Shax thinks maybe this was all part of Crowley's breakdown or something and she's Mr. Brown so she hasn't given up hope here, not for most of S2, but she's mostly been trying to figure out how to get Crowley's attention and that's the funniest part of her whole pash, imo.
Shax has no idea what Crowley is into. She can't figure this out to save her life.
She has no idea that it's over before it started because she is just not what primes the engine of Crowley's star factory over here. It's not personal. He just doesn't have a shred of sexual interest in her. Gabriel is getting more action from Crowley this season and he tried to murder him lol. Crowley's spent millennia cultivating a persona of a sex god and now he's got to live with it and he's just praying he never finds out anything she's fantasizing about him because he shudders at the thought of whatever she envisions them getting up to.
Look at what Shax is wearing when she comes to Earth to meet with Crowley, for one of the more hilarious things...
In Hell, Shax wears modern clothes. When she comes to Earth to meet Crowley in the year 2023, she wears a vintage-inspired outfit that is spanning the mid-1930s through WW2 in style (the era she knows he was involved with Aziraphale, who is her main point of reference for what attracts Asmodeus over here lol)... and the dress has the biggest damn bow ever seen. You could see that bow from space. It's like she's trying desperately to figure out what turns Crowley on and so far she's come up with well, he drives an old car and he's rolled that angel so he likes... old things... vintage clothes, like the angel's. She's trying to out-bow-tie Aziraphale.
Now that Shax can spend time with Crowley alone and the possibility of seducing him is ever-present (lolololol), she's spending time trying to figure out what turns on the prince of lust. She's trying to get Crowley's demonically lustful attention and she's reduced to bow ties, okay, take pity on her... she's just like I don't know what his deal with these are, exactly, as it seems kind of specific... but he can unwrap me anytime if that's his thing...
Then, there's that she's sitting too close to him on the park bench and raking her eyes over him while he's sprawling on it. He's not sprawling in a way meant to be enticing. He's actually mid-existential crisis here but that's fine by Shax. She likes 'em a little dark.
My favorite, though, is a scene that actually parallels S1 in a hilarious way and that's from the hot water boiler scene in the other meta that prompted the ask here but isn't a bit that I mentioned in that one.
As Crowley goes back into the bookshop (and he'd never been happier to be on the other side of that threshold in his life lol), Shax is then as physically close to him as she's ever been. If you notice, she actually inhales twice. The first is a regular breath-- which demons don't technically need to take but yeah lol-- and her expression is all oh Satan, he smells amazing and then she straight up sniffs the air as he opens the door. Girl is huffing her fill over here for those shower fantasies for months to come lol. Crowley knows it as his eyebrows are in his hair as he's turning back around like he's all did she seriously just *sniff* me? ugh...
Shax knows Crowley saw her (honestly, probably also *heard* her... Shax, love, a little subtlety wouldn't kill you...) so she covers it up by pretending like she smelled Gabriel in the bookshop. You smelled the archangel in there, huh, Shax? When you can't get through the door? When Gabriel is the same species as Aziraphale, whose bookshop this is, so this can't be some kind of angel-scent you're claiming you noticed here? lol This then parallels and adds to this Sandalphon scene in S1:
I know there's some debate about if there's such thing as an angelic or a demonic smell but I've actually always taken it to be that there isn't. It would seem to me that it would be hard for them to blend in on Earth if there was and if the demonic one was something off-putting to humans, at least. I think most of us, though, do believe that the "evil" Sandalphon is smelling in the backroom is Crowley but considering that the comment comes from Sandalphon, who is introduced to us with reference to his smiting of people in Sodom and Gomorrah, it honestly just comes off that Sandalphon is a raging homophobe and I've actually always taken that as the reason why Gabriel is here in this scene in the first place.
Absolutely nothing happens in this scene. It's a routine checkup. What is the Supreme Archangel of Heaven doing there? Why is he blowing so much smoke up Sandalphon's ass the whole time? It's kind of like he saw that Michael or someone had assigned Sandalphon to do a checkup of sorts on Aziraphale-- or Sandalphon had assigned himself-- and Gabriel pretended that he wanted to see in person how "the great Sandalphon" worked so that he could tag along and make sure that Sandalphon didn't bother Aziraphale. We also learn that Aziraphale hasn't seen Sandalphon in a long time and I'd bet that Gabriel is responsible for that. Gabriel's 'whatever, idgaf' response to Aziraphale's Jeffrey Archer books comment is so... Gabriel hadn't the first clue who Jeffrey Archer is or why his books would be evil lol. He could have easily further encouraged Sandalphon's pursuit of the "evil" scent. He didn't because he could care less what Aziraphale does in the backroom of his bookshop. If anything, he's jealous of him for having found a way to have some freedom and privacy. Gabriel is queer-- he is like Aziraphale. He's just closeted in S1. He's looking out for Aziraphale here by using his power to shut down Sandalphon and then "you can't have a war without war omg wow you are a poet!" him out of there as fast as is possible. If there truly was an 'evil'/'demonic' smell, Gabriel should have been able to smell it, too, and he doesn't. If he did, he wouldn't have been able to subtly shut down Sandalphon the way he did.
So, Sandalphon isn't smelling a demon. He's smelling another man. The "evil" is that Sandalphon can smell remnants of another cologne that isn't Aziraphale's in the backroom of Aziraphale's bookshop and Sandalphon is a homophobe, so he's implying that Aziraphale having sex and with a man is 'evil', even if there's no direct evidence here of that, just the implication of it.
This then would mean that Shax can't actually smell Gabriel in the bookshop in S2. Like Sandalphon, she's pretending to have a supernatural sense of scent but she's really just smelling Crowley. While Sandalphon was repulsed by the idea of Aziraphale's bookshop backroom having the scent of a man, Shax is just inhaling that same being's scent because omfg. so. good....
...something she can't stand that she has in common with that bastard angel, Aziraphale, who is actually allowed to breathe Crowley in anytime he wants... it's just ridiculous to her. Why the fuck does that beige bookseller get to have the sex god of Shax's dreams in his bed and she doesn't? What could Crowley possibly find attractive about him? That she doesn't know and can't really figure it out shows how little she really knows Crowley and also how little imagination she really has.

(AOEX) YANDERE PLATONIC SHIRO FUJIMOTO x READER, RIN & YUKIO
(REQUEST FROM AO3)
Thank you for ordering!
Come again soon!
SEQUEL (Yanplatonic Demon! Arthur A. Angel x Okumura! Reader + Exwires)
• Ooh. Not good for all three of you.
• I headcannon Shiro as insanely protective, Possessive and Manipulative in general so this really isn’t gonna be a fun time.
• You are Rin and Yukio’s sister, The youngest triplet of the children born from the union of Satan and Yuri. You, Just like Rin, Have inherited the blue flames unlike Yukio. Your heart being sealed within the hilts of twin daggers.
• Shiro’s tendencies started on The Blue Night. When he had held You, Rin and Yukio in his arms for the first time he had grown a fondness for the three of you.
• Not like he’d ever admit it though, Shiro didn’t want to take care of a bunch of demon’s brats. Especially Satan’s, He had plans to get out of here and you three weren’t going to convince him otherwise.
• It’s only when Mephisto catches him in his bet, The one where he couldn’t back down from any demon (Including Nephilim) That he’s now forced to take care of them.
• He’s pissed, Furious beyond words. Mephisto had fooled him, His plan had worked and now he was forced to take care of Satan’s spawn as apart of his bet.
• Though something unexpected happens. He grows fond of you all, Becoming the primary caretaker amongst the monks at the convent. And sure enough, He grows attached
• You are the princess of the family, Both because you’re the youngest and because.. You remind him of Yuri both personality-wise and the way your smile just causes flashes back to her.
• Due to this, You’re spoiled to high hell. Plushes, Toys, Pillows and food. Everything you could ever want would be handed to you, Thankfully being able to be paid by his wage as a paladin.
• You get away with lots too, Often being the one to take the blame for your brothers when they screw up because.. Shiro just cannot stay mad at you when you smile at him like that.
• You also get a room to yourself unlike your brothers who had to share.
• Though this comes with drawbacks such as his protective aspect going CRAZY. Like Shiro will not let you outside of the convent without him, Not even trusting Rin or Yukio.
• Shiro might even go as far as to convince you that you have an illness. That's why you cant leave, Why you’re so spoiled! Shiro may even put a few of his familiars up to “convince” you, Kin of Astaroth you cant see due to not having a temptaint.
• Rin, Is the second most spoiled though its like comparing an anthill to a mountain when next to you.
• Rin gets more spoiled in privileges such as freedom to go wherever he wants (as long as he keeps Shiro updated via text every half hour) As well as actually being able to go to a normal school unlike you being home-schooled and Yukio doing his exorcist stuff.
• Though Rin does have freedom, Shiro has installed trackers on all of his devices and makes sure that he’s being safe. Sometimes if his paranoia was up, Shiro would follow him. If any demon tries to get near him then their heads would be off with a single shell of his shotgun.
• Knowing Rin though, He gets into a lot of fights. Shiro only wants to keep Rin safe so its only natural that he never sees any of his opponents again. Maybe in a news article but don’t worry about it, He was sketchy enough so he was bound to get into trouble eventually!
• Yukio is an interesting case.
• This is where Shiro’s manipulative tendencies really start to shine, Teaching Yukio since he was a toddler about demons and how to fight them. Though the reason Shiro does it is.. For a different reason than in canon.
• Yukio gets taught to look out for both You and Rin, Gets basically indoctrinated into Shiro’s own tendencies and made to believe that this was for all of your own goods.
• This makes Yukio the peacekeeper. Since you and Rin both look up to him, You both believe him when he tells you that Shiro just wants the best after you both come to him about your suspicions
• That doesn’t mean there isn’t any love for him though. Shiro teaches him to wield a gun to make sure he can defend himself and his siblings while he is away. Shiro isolates Yukio from others, Shura being his only companion since she's Shiro’s disciple.
• Kuro, Being Shiro’s familiar is often assigned to trailing you all and giving reports on your wellbeing. No secret is safe when Kuro is on the case.
• You all often get treated with days out, Shiro enjoying spending time with his kids. Parks, Carnivals or playgrounds. Wherever you all go, Shiro makes sure to keep an eye out due to all the horrid men in this world.
• When you all were little, Swear to god this man had a three-calibre baby holder. He thought it was funny but the pictures make you cringe inside.
• If you all ever do get suspicious and try to run away, Then Shiro would get absolutely pissed.
• His own children, The kids he had raised trying to get away from him? Unacceptable. With his skills and connections as the paladin it wouldn’t be difficult to find you all again, Easy dragged back to the parish by the tails if he has to.
• You’d all be grounded to high hell. Bars on your windows, Thrown into the same room so its easier to keep an eye on you all. The monks at the parish grow weary but they can’t argue against the paladin, Who threatens them with their jobs if they snitch.
• Shiro makes sure to off any person who could’ve hurt any of his kids, Easily covering it up and moving on with his day.
• He tries to make it up to you all, To try and make sure that you all don't fear him. You don’t, Right? He’s your father, You shouldn’t be afraid!
• In truth you all are horrified. The man who raised them was a monster, Committing deeds only revealed to them now and ones that made them want to throw up.
• You are crying, Unable to accept the truth as you hide under your covers. Rin lashes out like a cornered animal, Yelling so angrily but deep down he is terrified. Yukio is in denial, Insisting that there must be some explanation for why Shiro had been acting like this.
• When Satan possesses him and he dies in a burst of blue flames, He can only hope that he did a good job. That his children, And only his will be safe.

A Talk about OG!Gamigin including Theory!
PB why are you likes this!!! Why do you have to pull my heart strings and make me like a character to the point I'd be willing to throw everything, only to off them!!!
Seriously, I'll be willing to throw all my resources for OG!Gamigin or even beg PB for him to either get revived in the story or have his own card so I can see him co-parent our drago!Gamigin and Jjok with Lucifer!!!
*Spoilers for Gamigin's comic under cut
Look at this guy! OG!Gamigin went from looking like this:
To this:
In a span of a single week from pouring his life force to save drago!Gamigin!!!
Literally, giving his all with his thoughts behind his action summing up as finally being able to make his life worth it by being able to save someone from the horrendous war. And that's regardless of race as he willingly gives everything for a dragon he finds injured in a forest.
The comic truly is tragic as it's obvious drago!Gamigin held affectionate sentiment towards OG!Gamigin, not only because, like Lucifer, he saved his life. But it seems like he and OG!Gamigin were able to forge a strong bond where drago!Gamigin goes as far as to swallow OG!Gamigin to prevent him from completely disappearing while making it his goal to fulfill everything OG!Gamigin ever wanted to do.
Drago!Gamigin also refers to OG!Gamigin as his friend in his lobby voiceline, where it seemed that it was OG!Gamigin who used to sing to the jingle of drago!Gamigin's staff.
In addition to all of this and disregarding my biasness towards him, I genuinely would like to see OG!Gamigin in the future content as both drago!Gamigin's voice line and comic emphasize on "disappearance" rather than simply dying. This makes is plausible that there's a possibility OG!Gamigin can be revived/brought back as to existing separated from drago!Gamigin. Unless, PB was just trying to sugar-coat things which would devastate me more than anything else now.
There's also questions on the concept of giving one's life to another being since while receiving OG!Gamigin's life and taking up his existence, drago!Gamigin is able to hear all of OG!Gamigin's thoughts and receive all of his desires. So, on top of taking a demon's existence and becoming said being, it's unclear who's powers these phenomenon belongs to - OG!Gamigin's or drago!Gamigin's.
Another set of questions relates to the whole timeline of Hell's development many of us are trying to find out (e.g., how did demons came to be, who is Hell's first king, who's the actual oldest demon in Hell, etc.). It's obvious OG!Gamigin had been living in Hell longer and perhaps may be older than some of the other 72 demons though to what existent is unknown.
Either way, it's safe to say OG!Gamigin can be added to the list of characters that is probably interlocked with the main lore of WHB and PB's general lore as a whole (looking at Astaroth and not forgetting his line about how it's not bad to fall from grace + Buer's contract with an Inugami).

In this post, I'm going to tie numerous observations on screen together to make a single season 3 prediction
it relies on this premise, which i'm about to build a case for:
the way the characters interact with the story is informed by the mythical/historical figures they are directly and indirectly coded as, but it’s not always in the way you’d expect, and some characters are coded in more than one way. we can still use these relationships as Clues to postulate where the story might go and how the characters will interact with one another.
this is by no means exhaustive, obviously. i’ve seen people say that Crowley is coded as Jesus, Aziraphale as Mary, and numerous other figures. i’m just pointing out some things i’ve noticed that I haven’t seen brought up as often.
we’ll start with Crowley, then go on to Sandalphon and Saraqael, then Gabriel, then Aziraphale. yes, it'll all lead up to something and i chose these characters in this order for a reason.
Crowley
so we obviously know he’s coded as Ashtoreth when he dresses up as Nanny Ashtoreth in season 1. yes, we will note that in the book, it’s very vaguely implied that Crowley and Aziraphale both hired Ashtoreth and Francis
in season 2, when trying to get the deets on bae, Beelzebub offers Crowley a “hefty” promotion and then later tells him “you could be a duke of hell".
in researching Beelzebub, at some point I found out about Milton's Unholy Trinity in Paradise Lost, which includes Lucifer, Beelzebub, and Astaroth as the first heirarchy in Hell, and which has (seemingly) lent that idea to demonology in general.
Astaroth is often referred to as the "Great Duke of Hell."
so now with season 2, Crowley has been coded in the show as both the feminine and masculine demons derived from the eastern goddess Astarte.
note: coded != Crowley is literally Astaroth/Ashtoreth. it means we can infer things about the story through the coding
the obvious would be him becoming a duke of Hell somehow in season 3. i personally am not convinced the story will take that route, and it would be sad to see him end up back in hell. this coding is the least compelling for me. it could just be a Milton reference, or maybe, since at this point in season 2, we don’t know why Beelzebub wants Gabriel, this could be a Clue that Beelzebub was sincere. maybe it just shows how powerful Crowley could have been if he’d accepted the deal. or maybe it just adds weight to parallel the decision Aziraphale makes later when offered his own position of power. people have analyzed Crowley and Ashtoreth/Astarte before, and the book/show discrepancy is always brought up, so i'm ignoring that and just addressing the added layer of Astaroth coding. anyway, let's move on to the more interesting observations.
Sandalphon and Saraqael
i’m doing these two together because i’ve found what i believe to be a major connection between them based on Neil’s answer to this ask, a shared trait their mythical figures have, and Saraqael’s actions in the show.
when Sandalphon is introduced in season 1, we learn that he was smiting and turning people into salt during Sodom and Gomorrah. then we see the direct connection Saraqael has with Sandalphon at the end of season 2, when Michael asks her to turn Maggie and Nina into salt pillars and her hand flys up.
but that’s not secret, is it?
you know what is, though?
the fact that she immediately recognizes Metatron in his human form, looks scared shitless for multiple shots, and then proceeds to act like it never happened when he starts addressing all the angels. she doesn’t let anyone know that she recognized him.
do check out this post by @most-normal-eccles-cake-ignorer with more shots and analysis of her reaction to Metatron.
still don’t believe me and think that reaction is nothing?
well, let me tell you something both the mythical figures Sandalphon and Saraqael have in common.
they both saw Metatron in his human form.
according to one source, Sandalphon was Metatron’s twin brother, and Sandalphon, like Metatron, was originally human.
in the book of 2 Enoch, Sariel/Saraqael was one of the angels who brought Enoch (human!Metatron) to Heaven.
if Sandalphon had been in that room at that moment, he’d also be secretly recognizing Metatron.
obligatory: remember what I said at the beginning of this post? we are using this coding to analyze the story and how the characters interact with it and eachother. you don’t believe that Sandalphon or Metatron were literally human at one point in GO? that’s fine. i’m just giving a reason why the author may have chosen Saraqael and Sandalphon to serve the same purpose in this scene
it isn’t crazy to think that a lot of the historical lore was used to inform the characters, and if you think it is, at least read about Gabriel first.
Gabriel
Gabriel is being coded…as the actual archangel (fucking) Gabriel. (and as Lord Jim from the novel of the same name by Joseph Conrad - the book Aziraphale glances at before choosing to call Gabriel Jim. but you can google the plot of Lord Jim and how it relates to Gabriel on your own time. it’s too much to get into right now.)
Gabriel is an archangel with the power to announce God’s will to mankind. He is associated with messages, vision, telecommunications, and revelation…
…and in the Bible he announces the birth of John the Baptist, and later, Jesus.
30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS
Luke 1:30-31
"hey Sithis dude you will not believe this… God now grants that you may conceive seven more children…yippe!!”
let’s get back to that thing about him delivering messages and revelation though.
Gabriel starts off season 2 carrying a box to the book shop (that we think was empty but later find out had a fly in it as well as a message scrawled on the bottom about where his memory is)
he also tells Aziraphale that something terrible was going to happen to him so he had to give him something. you can take that as being the fly, and consciously it probably was, but throughout season 2 Gabriel is unconsciously and unintentionally giving other people messages.
ex.
technically, a message “delivered” (dropped) by Gabriel, found by Muriel
after Crowley not-so-nicely commands Gabriel to remember, Jimbriel says, in a voice that shifts to sound like God’s voice, “I remember when the morning stars sang together and all the angels of God shouted for joy." Crowley recognizes this as what God said to Job, and then another flashback of Job begins.
later, during another vision caused by Crowley mentioning the word tempest: "There will come a tempest then darkness and great storms and the dead will leave their graves and walk the earth once more, and there will be great lamentations... every day it's getting closer."
in the Hebrew Bible, Gabriel appears to the prophet Daniel, and explains his prophetic visions. in Good Omens though, Jim IS the prophet having prophetic visions through Gabriel.
when in the book shop with Aziraphale, Jimbriel starts to hum every day, which is what causes Aziraphale to search down the pub with the jukebox playing that song on repeat. we know from what Terry and Neil have said about every day that it’s the song of the apocalypse, but none of the characters know that, Gabriel included.
what does a song do?
each message the archangel of (fucking) messages delivers is unconscious. not how you’d expect him to live up to his name, right? of course, if they are actually God’s messages, it makes sense that they’re useless, vauge, and well, ineffable. one last thing: spiritually, Gabriel’s messages and prophecies are often believed to be delivered through dreams (or in other words, the unconscious)
edit: this post by @noneorother actually inspired me to look at the mythology of archangel Gabriel, so it’s crucial you check it out. i’ve also seen a post somewhere that posits Gabriel shouldn’t even have some of the memories that go by really quickly before the flashbacks of him and Beelzebub, but i lost the link to it.
edit II: just wanted to add this post by @drconstellation, which analyzes the symbols coded into Jimbriel's clothing.
Aziraphale
it’s hard to ignore the fact that Aziraphale’s name is similar to Raphael, and that we’re missing an archangel Raphael. i’ll link some analysis on the meaning of Aziraphale’s name and share a quote from Terry, but this has all been said before. i want to look at who Raphael is mythologically to see if there’s similarities in Aziraphale’s character, and i also want to see if we can find out the relationship between Gabriel and Aziraphale, and why the latter was a suitable replacement.
Terry said about the name's origin:
"It was made up but... er... from real ingredients. [The name] Aziraphale could be shoved in a list of 'real' angels and would fit right in..."
For instance, Islam recognizes the Archangels Jibril, Mikhail, Azrael (see also the annotation for p. 9 of Reaper Man ), and Israfel (the subject of Edgar Allan Poe's well-known poem of the same name), whereas from Christianity we get such names as Raphael, Gabriel, Michael, and Uriel.
the excerpt above was taken from here
NOW that that’s out of the way, who is archangel Raphael, the mythical figure?
Raphael’s name means “god heals.” it’s believed he helps people heal and overcome their struggles spiritually, physically, and mentally, and that he protects people on their journeys. he’s also considered to be the angel of joy, love, marriage, matchmaking, and travels.
as an example, in the Book of Tobit, God sends Raphael on a journey with a man named Tobias so that he can meet and woo his future wife. Raphael is also sent to heal her and Tobias’s blind, ageing father.
all the people and things i can count just off the top of my head that Aziraphale has healed or protected:
Anathema (healed)
Anathema’s bike (healed)
the dove he accidentally killed (technically healed by Crowley in the book)
Jimbriel (literally tells Jim he promised he would protect him)
Maggie and Nina when the demons enter the bookshop (tells them he will protect them)
bonus: in a scene cut from season 1, he stops a baby’s stroller from crashing
…and one he couldn’t:
collection of gifs of Aziraphale being full of joy:
you just have to look at Aziraphale smiling, especially at Crowley...
...to know that he represents joy and lo--
oh, but wait, he’s known for hooking people up, right? in case you forgot: Maggie and Nina va voom? originally his idea
similarly to the book of Tobit story I mentioned earlier, who did Aziraphale protect on his journey to meeting his beloved?
remember: the characters don't know they're being coded as anything and they don't know what kind of story they're in, so while Aziraphale didn't know he was going to be reuniting two lovers when he protected Jim, he played the role Neil made for him. it doesn't matter that he didn't know in the same way that it doesn't matter that Crowley could have (potentially) been powerful, or in the same way that it doesn't matter that Gabriel's messages were delivered unconsciously.
one more thing. Raphael heals people spiritually, physically, and mentally, right?
so is it any surprise that Aziraphale thinks he can heal the *ahem* spiritual corruption in Heaven?
we're going to tinfoil hat theory-land now ya'll, but I swear all of these observations are leading up to something cohesive...
Why did Aziraphale replace Gabriel?
i'll spare you all the long theories about Metatron's reasons, although i quite like the idea that Metatron was listening in ever since Aziraphale opened the portal to discorporate the demons attacking the bookshop, and he saw Aziraphale use his halo to declare war in order to protect Maggie and Nina. this shows Metatron that when pushed into a corner, or when it means protecting someone, he can force Aziraphale's hand...even to war.
But can we find a link between Gabriel and Raphael mythically to explain it instead?
if you've made it this far, you know i've got an answer for you. i withheld one detail about Gabriel earlier. in Christianity, he is often associated with blowing the trumpet at the end times to announce Judgment Day.
"okay, so?"
well, do you remember the quote from Terry and the excerpt from lspace I mentioned earlier? when mentioning the origins of Aziraphale's name, the excerpt mentions both angels in Islam and Christianity. the counterpart to Raphael in Islam, is Israfil/Israfel...
who blows the trumpet to signal the Day of Judgment.
"but Aziraphale wouldn't do that!"
he wouldn't intentionally do it. he's not a villain.
you remember who didn't intend to start the apocalypse in season 1, but who was there and given a role to play, regardless of whether he wanted to?
…the one who said no to heaven and hell and refused to be their pawn this time around when offered powerful positions by both?
Aziraphale, after nuking some demons with his halo, with painful foreshadowing: "I think I may have just started a war."
obligatory reiteration: the way the character-coding manifests is not literal, and it isn't always in the way you'd expect. there may be no literal trumpet. but i'm just pointing out the potential symmetry with season 1 in it being Aziraphale who "starts" apocalypse II.
one last thing: Raphael protects people on journeys, and helps them overcome their struggles — but now Aziraphale is on his own journey, and he will have to overcome his own moral struggles (ironically what Crowley helped him with)…alone.

I saw a webpage that was called "10 Demons You Want to Avoid." When I clicked on it, it was just a generic list of mythological creatures. But before that, I was picturing Sebastian making Ciel read it before their first trip to hell.
Sebastian: And this is Astaroth. Honestly, you could probably defeat him. He's rather lazy, but best not to chance it. And this is Beelzebub. He's not too bad, really, but he always has so many insects, and we don't know if they carry illnesses.

I was just writting one of the requests, about demon's weaknesses and dark sides, but… You see, my texts are usually a joyful stream of consciousness. I always try to make them as emotional or humorous as possible. Pleasant to read. And, what's more important, quite tamed. But I think went a little too far this time?
Since I've already written it, why not, I'll post it. Although I feel obliged to give a warning that it might be a bit more... graphic? Halloween is soon, let's say I have permission.
Satan’s weakness is his kingdom. The nation he loves and serves; the people he named and took under his roof.
If he is pushed to the wall, he will not hesitate. He may lose the fight, but not the war. The final battle for Gehenna. Leraye, Paimon, go to the front behind the city. Zagan, Astaroth, evacuate the entire capital and nearby villages. Belial, warn Hades and Tartaros. Sitri, take Solomon's descendant to safety. And you, MC... take care of Sitri. Do not let him return, no matter what. Someone has to take care of the country later.
He, the king, will remain alone at the capital city, and that will be enough. The rage that emanates from him is the worst, the most vile, full of hatred and desperation. The red clouds from under his feet, thick and sultry, look like blood, although the battle has not begun. His murderous aura alone has wiped out most of the angels. But Seraph? He had something special prepared for this occasion.
Although he had rehearsed this plan in his mind hundreds of times, the blood he had drunk from the neck of the dead angel tasted as bitter as vinegar. Angel blood was generally disgusting. The blood of a poisoned, suicidal one should have killed him with a mere touch. It should also make the most powerful weapon he had ever held in his hands. A few sips weren't enough. His head ached, his eyes darkened. Was this death or madness? Probably both. The long, sharp scythe formed in his hands with obvious resistance, with each sip; it demanded sacrifice, demanded blood. Two kinds of energy. Life leaving the angel, and life leaving the demon king.
When Satan stood before Gabriel and his army, nothing else mattered to him. He smiled with a wild, empty expression on his face. If he was to die, it would only be at the price of the complete freedom. From angels... and also from his dark thoughts.
Andrealphus’ weakness are children. He remembers too well the severed, cooling hand of his brother who protected him. Too many nights he spent hunting, just not to go thought it again and again in his nightmares.
You don't want to meet him on a hunt. Cruel methods, you say? He calls it justice. All you see from your corner is an angel with his clothes ripped open and Andrealphus's shoe on his chest. The demon will gladly help him, he’s a gentleman. Since this bastard wanted to take off his shirt, Andrealphus will cut the skin along the sternum and stomach and tear it left and right. Here, show me what you have underneath. Muscles contracting in pain, exposed. Unbuttoned pants? No problem, either. Scythe is sharp, sharp means less painful. He’ll just tear his dick and shove still warm up his ass. A hot stick from the building the angel burned down would be perfect for stopping the bleeding. In fact, it would be perfect for impaling him, too.
Your squeal would be clearly heard for Andrealphus even among the horrifying shriek of his victim. Demon would look you dead in the eye. It doesn't matter that he's blind; his blank gaze pierces your soul.
“He should be happy. I’m merciful enough to let him die at all.” He whispered, bypassing you and heading towards the ruins. “You'll be fine.”
The house that angel burned was not abandoned. The demons he tried to hurt haven't escaped yet. Andrealphus himself had only hastened his punishment because there was a more important matter at hand. He knelt down by the ruins, knowing flawlessly where the two children were hiding. Even though he was all black with soot and red with blood, the little ones he had helped out of the ruins clung to him like a savior. Both were crying, both with clothes that were a little too torn.
"It’s over now." There was as much tenderness in his voice as there had been emptiness a moment ago. "Come with me. I'll take you somewhere safe."

Hi!! Idk if this has been asked before (also sorry for bad English)
But I love how everything is ginormous compared to IK, I just wanted to know around how tall are the non-human characters??
i've made a height chart in the past, which i'll dig up real quick:
but these are more just references for the sake of references - i am very much not consistent about actually drawing them to scale! some things to keep in mind (i may have mentioned them before)
general rule of thumb: ik comes up to anywhere from the midriff to the chest for the demons
this chart is missing solomon and the newbie trio, but solomon is the similar height to alecto, thirteen is taller than solomon but shorter than levi, mephistopheles is shorter than diavolo but taller than lucifer, and raphael is between barbatos and asmo
diavolo is fairly giant even by demon standards
lucifer is shorter than beel but because he's less solidly built he looks longer
levi is very lanky but hunches so looks shorter than he is
mammon and asmo both wear heeled shoes so often appear taller
this shows astaroth's sitting height, since no one knows how tall he is when standing
luke looks a little taller because of the hat
mephisto is the shortest but has such a loud presence that people often falsely remember him as being taller than he is (a not-insignificant amount of demons have mistaken alecto for being shorter than him, which pisses her off supremely)

Hello,
I know in obey me the brothers are refered to the 7 demon lords and the 7 princes.
But do you think there are other princes like Belial, Astaroth. Like we know there are other dukes, lords, and queens in obey me.
Ive reread the ars goetia and reread the book of Abramelin.
Sort of, yes!
While yes, the brothers are referred to as the "Seven Rulers of the Hell" alongside Diavolo as the Crown Prince of the Devildom, Obey Me has generally gone with a more directly monarchical structure than exists in actual demonology.
In normal demon hierarchy, there are tons of not only dukes and princes, but also kings, emperors, presidents, etc. The Ars Goetia describes Solomon as having no less than nine kings, as well as fourteen presidents and seven princes. What's more, some demons are listed as both president and king or prince. But this isn't the case in Obey Me.
In the OM universe, they have been quite clear -- in this universe, Diavolo is the Prince of the Devildom, destined to lead the entire realm. He is an only child, and single acting ruler of the Devildom. Though they have mentioned Queen Rose, whose title would suggest that she is some kind of royalty, it seems she is not royalty of the realm. Potentially, since she also visits from some faraway place, this may mean she has regional power, much like the difference between a governor versus a president. However, Diavolo is the one and only Prince of the Devildom overall, and he has ultimate power. The brothers are more like a Royal Council that supports Diavolo in governing the realm.
At a guess, this is likely meant to be a parallel to the Celestial Realm, so that Obey Me could have a single "Demon King" figure as a parallel to God on the opposite end, with Michael and Diavolo having the roles of acting rulers of their respective realms.
As for other nobility, such as dukes and lords, yes, it has been confirmed that there are other nobles for sure. Diavolo has lamented the stuffy, conservative traditional nature of the nobles a few times. In Nightbringer, there is also a mention of the House of Lords specifically, which seems to be a more formal structure of some nobles that Diavolo needs to maintain at least a certain degree of approval from. Plus, Mephisto's bio on the Nightbringer website also mentions that he is born of nobles. And Astaroth, who you mentioned, actually shows up as a name in the popularity contest chat -- the same one where Mephistopheles was first mentioned! So Astaroth is around RAD somewhere, and presumably, most of Solomon's other pact-mates are somewhere in the Devildom too, just not shown or mentioned by name. Their ranks may simply be different in the game, just as Barbatos is technically supposed to be a Duke and Earl but has been turned into Diavolo's butler instead. But yes, other nobles definitely exist!
.
.
(NIGHTBRINGER SPOILER BELOW)
.
.
.
.
On a final note, the brothers' titles as Rulers of the Underworld is actually quite special as well, and very separate from any normal title of nobility! While they were also given positions of respect and nobility as the Avatars of their respective sins by the Demon King, NB Lesson 3 actually showed that the brothers earned the title by taming Cerberus, and that was also about when they started actually receiving any minimal kind of respect from the rest of the Devildom.

Ashtaroth | Ishtar Etymology
I have been wanting to do this post for a while! But have been putting it off because it's so detail intensive. >>
Astaroth, as is the most common romanization in modern works, is a goetic daemon with a fairly cut and dry pagan ancestry. The spelling Ashtaroth is closer to or more evocative of her etymology of origin- Astarte, which is another name for Ishtar or Inanna.
Ishtar, Astarte, and Inanna are all fairly ubiquitously agreed to be different names for the same goddess. Her cult was something extremely widespread across the near east in ancient times, with Ishtar being the Akkadian, Assyrian, and Babylonian name, Inanna the Sumerian name, and Astarte the Phoenetian and Cannanite name.
I say these names refer to the ‘same’ goddess the same way many modern individuals view Zeus and Jupiter as wholly interchangeable- largely because it was not just one similar divinity but the entire pantheon and family structure shared between cultures with few differences besides names. However, as with any divinity who has been distinguished out to multiple identities, each name would still hold individualized minutia and slight specific connotations. I don't want that to get erased by trying to explore the broader spectrum of how this goddess or these goddesses have been connected and transformed as they have walked across cultures.
Astarte's name is the etymological origin of the Hebrew word astarot, meaning- and I say this tentatively as I am far from an expert on hebrew- progeny or increase, which comes from Astarte’s associations with fertility. Further, she is one of a handful of pagan gods directly referenced in the Bible. She is given as an example of an enemy god that is supporting enemy nations of the Bible's protagonists, in this case the Phoenicians.
Obviously, the nature of colloquial language doesn't seem to care about her bad reputation among Abrahamic religions. Despite being decried as a demon tempting man from the path of Yhwh, her name was shifted and adopted into the language. It's easier to see how ‘Astarot’, when carried through over the hundreds of years, was shifted into ‘Astaroth’ as occultists and priests tried to understand demons in the Bible.
Ishtar is, inherently, a very gender fucky individual, though despite this fluidity is very specifically a goddess and uses she/her pronouns in historic sources. Unfortunately it wasn't simple confusion, but rather the general rampant sexism of the time this research was being done that lead to Astaroth and every other demon in the Ars Goetia being demoted as male.
Ishtar’s holy symbol was an 8 pointed star, as she was associated with the heavenly body Venus, the morning star. (A friendly reminder the planets as we know them were considered as stars in ancient times, though they often held notable importance over other heavenly bodies further from us.) Similarly, the sigil for Ashtaroth prominently features a 5 pointed star, and is the only of the Goetic sigils to do so. So, it's easy to say that more than nearly any other entity Astaroth has the most direct and clearest tie to her pagan roots.

꧁༺Main Page | Angst Masterlist | Fluff Masterlist༻꧂
It’s… cold.
Very much so that it’s freezing him right up to his very core. He never expected that he’d one day ever feel the merciless chill gnawing away at his bones, his nerves, his senses, seeing how he DID grow up in the blizzards and was technically built for it. But this? This was worse than any snowstorm that had ever engulfed his house; this one swallowed his very being as if he were but mere prey, nothing but sustenance for a larger living and that it was all he was worth.
Right. Of course. Whoever said his life mattered?
He is a Harbinger, a pawn at the mercy of the almighty Tsaritsa, albeit a higher-ranked one. A little card soldier who heeds her every beck and call, who carries out her commands flawlessly and brings her plans to reality at each dismissive flick of her deceptively delicate wrist, who should have no thoughts but to do his job and thus have some value or risk being discarded. After all, that’s what string puppets do— to move, sway, attack, it’s all up to the puppeteer. The dolls, or weapon in his case, should not have other wills, or any at all.
And now, his worth was being questioned, balanced on one end of a scale that was threatening —fated, even— to tip towards the empty side.
He was aware of the ruckus he stirred up in the other nation, albeit not of his own will, but that did not matter. And her 11th harbinger was now suffering from the consequences of enlarging the distance between her and her goal.
Childe knew, more clearly than others did, that regarding his upfront attitude towards his enemies and those standing in his way, the Tsaritsa had always turned a blind eye, choosing to ignore it so long as it did not harm her benefits. She cared not for the process, so the subjective never mattered to Her Majesty, for her chilly sights were set on nothing but the results. But now, when that very same publicity and attention Tartaglia gained for himself reared its head and turned around to bite not just him, but also Her Majesty, she did not favour nor tolerate it. Not when the gnosis was now harder to attain and plans having to be postponed. Thus, she had to make the perpetrator reap what he sowed.
With his bangs covering his eyes and how he knelt before the Tsaritsa, one would easily mistake this display of submission and devotion for fear and defeat, resignation even. Their minds would change though, the moment they see the thrill and seemingly manic excitement in his eyes that he suppresses, now alive with that spark that he gets whenever he battles. It took all the finely-honed weapon of war had in himself to stop his shoulders from betraying his emotions; to keep his true emotions under wraps. Cleverly drawing the curtains and hiding the window to his soul from the piercing gaze of the Cryo Archon, he opts to fool the bystanders instead. Wasn’t he so generous to let those wishing and praying for his fall witness their dreams materialise? It would be most amusing to see how long those fools can laugh for IF he makes it out alive after all.
Despite how cunning he could be when needed, Ajax would not lie. His ruler had a strong domineering aura that struck fear into the blood pump residing in her subordinates’ chests, including his. However, right this instant, where he was most likely half a foot through Death’s door and into his own coffin, the adrenaline pumping through his veins had erased most of what little fear he felt, leaving behind the sensation of being alive that he’s always craved. To be this close to dying at the hands of one of the strongest people he’d ever met, one he fervently wished to fight one day and had sworn loyalty to much less, lit up his nerves and brought him a thrill he never thought he’d ever experience. No, this was so much more exhilarating than merely defeating strong foes with the weapon he’s weakest with, for their strength could and can never hold a candle to the God’s.
And right now, the very same diving being was holding him on trial.
As always, he feared not death. One who is in his shoes and has personally experienced what his eyes had displayed on his retina would not either, this was a given. But, if he were to lose his life right here and now, Celestia knows what his family would suffer under the hands of their “caretakers”. He couldn’t allow that; his precious siblings —especially Teucer, Tonia and Anthon— were not trained to handle them like he. They would not last even a second in this exquisite masquerade ball, and he would rather they not have the blessing or fortune to enjoy a feast at Swan Goose Gate.
So no, dying is not an option. He would not go down without a fight; he refuses to. As much as he respects the one on the throne, he will not just let his life be taken away like that, not when his siblings are still in the hands on those claiming to care for them on his behalf. Being dense was not his forte; he knew crystal clear wheat that “care-taking” entailed and that it was but a pretty decoration to cover up the dark depths lurking underneath. With that in mind, he had already made preparations to deal with the icicle that would no doubt pierce his heart with razor-sharp precision. But as always, a certain someone stayed true to the role he once playfully gave them, sticking to their title as the one unpredictable factor in his life.
The small breeze from their speed volunteered to serve as a brief warning about the warm droplets hitting his rosy cheeks just a second later.
The light falling upon that person’s form softly illuminated their silhouette, their back facing him, and in that one moment he thought that he had died and gone to the wrong place. It did not make sense; the lack of pain from having his heart pierced aside, he should not be seeing an ethereal angel considering the sheer amount of blood staining his hands. But then why was this angel bleeding from their back? Do angels bleed? Surely their blood was not red in colour….?
He did not know if it was the blinding contrast between the dark red liquid and the pristine white floors of the icy palace tiles that finally brought him back to Earth, but his brain finally registered that the one shielding him from the blinding glare of the lights was not a supernatural servant of God. Instead, it was someone more mortal and more realistic. It was….you.
You, who had been assigned as his little assistant and who he eventually became close friends with. You, who had cleaned up each and every one of his messes, albeit with a few complaints here and there that he never took to heart and that you never meant. You, who he watched play with his siblings in the snow and graced him with such a heartwarming sight. You, who he had secretly cherished and thanked the gods for, despite never once believing in their existence nor divination. You, who had been watching from the sidelines, brimming with worry.
…And you, who now took the verdict for him.
He finally believed those who once shared that time will seemingly slow down as a life-changing event occurred before their eyes. They were not kidding; because if they were, then why was gravity working so slowly on your weakened form? Why were his arms so slow in reaching to cushion your fall? Time had not come to a standstill nor even slowed, yet those blue orbs resting in their sockets chose to deceive him so. He could only thank his reflexes for still being able to soften your landing, as discreetly as he had to do it.
He should be happy; elated even, that you are finally in his arms. So why did it all feel so wrong? His dreams of holding you and trapping you in his warm embrace should not be realised this way, not when you replaced him at Death’s door. There should have been a fireplace in front of the two of you and a blanket around your shoulders as he shared his warmth with you and fought off the cold threatening to make you shiver. There should not be more blood coating his hands —yours, no less— nor should you be smiling up at him in such a comforting manner.
The ringing in his ears was annoying, even more so when accompanied by an underlying buzzing. He couldn’t care less though, it wasn’t important. Because for the first time in his life, he did not know how to react, unable to register nor comprehend the scene before him. But his body, conditioned to react quickly, froze his expression into that of a neutral one so as to hide his shock. The manic spark of life in those blue orbs had died the moment you fell from the grace he swore you personify, replaced by those dull, dead ones that had never once fell upon your form. But how could they shine or brim with life again, when the source of light was now falling through his fingertips like sand?
If only he had been more careful, more diligent. If only he had been more discreet. If only he had learnt he ways of puppeteering as his fellow Harbingers had. If only he had mastered being behind the scenes instead of being the odd one out. If only if only if only—
No, that was wrong. There were no ifs. He should have been stronger, faster, smarter, more flawless in the execution of his mission, you would not have suffered such a fate. He could not even weep for the bright future you so willingly gave up for him, for the one he had held dear and subsequently lost, for your tragic demise. He could not even try to save you, to try and reduce the amount of blood flowing from your wound, to at the very least share his body heat with you so that you would not leave in the cold.
And yet he could not, not when the Tsaritsa was watching along with the other Harbingers, eyes searching for any more cracks in that cold, indifferent mask of his. This way, they could dig their blood-stained fingers into every nook and cranny in an attempt to witness and dissect every vulnerability he had to offer.
He knew, and so he would not allow them to. For within these glorious palace walls, a thinly-veiled masquerade ball is held. Weaknesses have no place in such dangerous settings, much less those who are full of them. With how experienced you are, he knew you were well aware of that. Otherwise, your digits, now curled up into your palms in a hidden display of self-control, would have long reached for his face and wiped away the tears that he had stopped from falling. In a soft voice, you would have coaxed him out of the bad habit of repressing and hiding his true emotions and teased him. Yet the last thing you left behind for him was six words that you mouthed, that he had and will never hear(d) flowing from your lips again.
“I love you, please live on.”
The bare minimum was what he was unable to provide for you, and so he paid the price. It was not a cheap one either, since he had to kneel there watching you suck in and let out your last breath, mustering the barest hint of a smile with your remaining strength and slightly curling your fingers around his before going limp, all the while having to hide his sorrow and feelings.
All because he was too weak.
…It truly was unfortunate that the heavens had a taste for much crueler endings.

This is not a headcanon just some food for thought (you can expand on this if you want).
I think we all know most demons are assigned an animal of some sort... Do you think they have them like pets? For example, Paimon, I like to imagine he has a camel at his place ironically called princess. Or like Bael having either a cat a toad or a spider (or all) that just stay with him.
Okay, so... As a Monster fucker lover. I like doing things like this cause I need a center animal when I think for they're demonic forms.
But since some of the Ars Goetia do have a center Animal. I would just go from there.
Hades
Leviathan - Would be a Sea serpent or Sea monster, so Sea Snake.
Foras - Horse, since I'm going by his status as a knight cause his demon form in Goetia is just some guy.
Glasyalabolas - Dog, and a creepy one if fact XD
Neflheim
Bathin - Since I don't know him too well since he barely have content in game, I'll put him on hold.
Gusion - Is a Monkey or Mandrill.
Andrealphus - Peacock
Avisos
Stolas - Owl
Amon - We do get something in part of Beelzebub's bloodshed that he grow feathers and uses them to rush back to get help when we found Beelzebub hurt in that story, so Safe to assume that he had a bird as his animal.
Naberius - Dog, he is the easier ones XD
Bael - I would say, Spider of the three animal that you suggested. Mostly because it a complimentary with Beelzebub since Beelzebub is the Lord of the files.
Paradise Lost
Marbas - Lion...
Morax - Bull
Buer - It would be easy to say Fox with the whole fox eyes his having, I could see it or Just a another canine in general.
Tartaros
Eligos - Snake (This was a suggestion of a friend)
Valefor - Lion (Basing on the Goetia look)
Bimet - (Since they just change Bune to Bimet, I'm basing on Bune's description) Which is Dragon or if we're sticking with real animals, Lizard more so a Monitor Lizard.
Abaddon
Phenix - Phoenix or a Lyrebird.
Dantalian - Hmm... I'll put him at a hold too.
Ronove - Hyena, more so I think that these animal are misunderstood and that people think that they're bad (Mostly because of how the Lion King depict them) and that they're Scavengers But they are actually Beautiful animals and I can see Ronove having this as his Animal (Yes, I know his a cat dad, but I don't see him being a cat or big cat)
Gehenna
Sitri - Leopard
Paimon - Camel
Astaroth - Snake, more so a Venomous one
Leraye and Zagan - I have no clue aside dog, but that's even just me basing on how the fandom describe them (Puppy/Dog energy lol)
Belial - He'll also me put on hold cause I really don't have a animal in mind for him.
Note: I'm happy to hear you guys thoughts in this.
