Random Doctor Who Facts You Might Not Know, Part 4
While trying to figure out how Jenny was the Fifth Doctor's daughter, the Nine suggested he might be her father or her mother.
The Nun once shot and imprisoned the Tenth Doctor on her TARDIS, using a psychic shroud to take on his appearance temporarily before "regenerating" into her own body.
The Eighth Doctor has traveled with both a Cyberman and an Ice Warrior before (albeit not at the same time).
Jasper and Stewart are a pair of Fledershrews (a type of bat) that took residence in the TARDIS. The Doctor considered them to be good friends.
The Doctor had at least one grandfather and seven grandmothers.
Horses can be cyber-converted.
The Seventh Doctor took Ace back in time to kill the would-be dictator as well, but they were also unable to go through with it.
At the same time the Fifteenth Doctor and Ruby were dealing with goblins (24/12/2023), the Seventh Doctor and Ace were in a Los Angeles toyshop.
Wilfred Mott enlisted while he was still underage.
Orlando Bloom stars in Indiana Jones movie remakes.
Sam Jones knew what the Doctor's name is.
By some accounts, the Doctor removed his name from time, meaning only they and the Master (as well as anyone they later told) remembered it.
Ian Chesterton was taught how to ride a horse by Alexander the Great.
The TARDIS once dematerialized with a Nazi (played by David Tennant) half in, half out, leading to his incredibly gruesome death.
On Harmony, an idyllic planet, the locals harvested any visitors for food as the other animals had all died out.
Sometimes, the Doctor has worked to actively change history, like the time the Second Doctor tried to save Horatio Nelson from dying in the Battle of Trafalgar.
As the First Doctor regenerated into the Second, the TARDIS also somewhat regenerated, shrinking around fifteen centimeters.
River Song has eleven siblings such as Brooke, Stream, Lake, Creek, H-One, H-Two, O, etc. All of them are clones created by Madame Kovarian from River's DNA.
Speaking of River, she's been married to both Bernice Summerfield and Jack Harkness before.
Amy Pond was once mutated into an almost butterfly-like creature.
The Master does not like David Attenborough.
At one point, the most wanted criminal in the galaxy was the Master, and the Rani was second most wanted.
Snow White and the Seven Keys to Doomsday was a Gallifreyan bedtime story the Eleventh Doctor recalled enjoying.
In this story, Rassilon would ask the Matrix daily: "Matrix, Matrix that sees over all, who has the power to make Gallifrey fall?" The Matrix would always respond with: "Only you, oh Rassilon. Only you, through the Eye of Harmony have that power." One day, the Matrix added: "Snowana the Fair, using the Keys of Doomsday, she has the power to destroy all of Gallifrey." Rassilon was greatly angered by this and banished Snowana to the wastelands, expecting her to die, but instead, she grew into Snow White. Selendor had created a great weapon that could be used to destroy cities and fashioned seven keys to it, one for each sin of the Time Lords. He gave one key to Snow White expecting her to get some revenge, but she instead ran away and created a force field around her and the keys. Selendor died of grief for his lost keys

❤️🤍💙❤️🤍💙
11:54pm, the brownstone
Henry tries to enter quietly, on the off-chance that Alex is already asleep—doesn’t want David’s habitual greeting to pull Alex out of mutually much-needed slumber. The muffled strains of Alex’s elle woods my beloved playlist coming down the hall let him know he needn’t have bothered. So he lets his keys clang in the bowl, lets David jump on him with rattling tags, lets his voice carry more than he usually would at almost midnight as he greets his dog.
Henry loves the shelter, loves meeting all the kids, and giving them a space free from unreasonable and unrealistic and unsafe expectations, but even Pez would be running on fumes alone after hour sixteen of an eight hour shift. Unfortunately for Henry, housing emergencies are rarely so obliging as to occur in a respectable nine-to-five window. But Starr is safe now, settled into a room, and even tentatively bonding with her roommate, so Henry can be home.
He makes his way to the second floor den that Alex prefers to study in, huffing out a soft laugh when he hears heavy books closing and the abrupt change of playlists to soft boy hours (gender neutral). He slides open the pocket door and leans against the frame and can’t help the soft smile that takes over his face. At least sixty percent of his tension seems to vanish at the sight of Alex turning towards him, face lighting up with love.
“Weren’t you supposed to stop studying at nine tonight?”
“Well, I was going to stop, but then a certain someone texted to say they didn’t know when they were going to be home and so I had to take drastic measures,” Alex says, finishing packing away his things for class tomorrow.
“David has been spending an inordinate amount of time out on the town,” Henry teases, moving into the room properly, drawn like a magnet toward his boyfriend.
Alex chuckles. “He used to be such a fine, upstanding gentleman, too. Such a shame his behavior’s gone to the dogs.”
“Seems he’s had a bad influence, hanging around with you so often,” Henry says. He steps into Alex’s space and Alex’s arms come up without hesitation. “Hello, love.”
Alex kisses him softly, sweetly. “Glad you’re home, H.” He pulls Henry down onto the couch and Henry wastes no time laying on top of him and curling up on Alex’s chest. He smells like coffee and a hint of cinnamon and the rest of the tension Henry’s been carrying around fades away as Alex strokes along his back.
Right here, surrounded by Alex on all sides, is Henry’s favorite place in the world. Right here, the public can’t get to him. Right here, he doesn’t have to be a prince, or even a youth shelter director.
Right here, he can just be Henry.
People always think that Alex never stops talking, but that’s categorically untrue. He talks a lot, certainly, but only when he knows Henry is ready to hear it. The reality is that Alex cares so much and so deeply for Henry, that he’s learned to read Henry’s varied and ever-shifting moods with the smallest cues. Henry’s never been more grateful for Alex’s personalized superpower than tonight, when all he wants to do is rest here with Alex, listening to smooth voices over acoustic guitar and Alex’s heartbeat thudding in time with his own.
Henry sinks into the moment, letting his eyes fall shut in utter contentment. He cherishes every moment he gets with Alex; the novelty of just getting to be with him hasn’t even begun to wear off. Every brush of their fingers sends a spark down his spine. Every time Alex kisses the back of his neck before hip-checking him out of the way in the kitchen is thrilling. Every time he and Alex stroll through Brooklyn with David, hands entwined or around waists or even once in each other’s back pockets, Henry’s hit with a surge of pride.
But he loves these moments the best—the ones where he can’t tell where he stops and Alex begins. The moments, during or outside of sex, where being this close isn’t close enough for Henry. He wants to invent new ways to be close to someone, just to do them with Alex; wants to be able to crawl inside of Alex and set his watch to the beat of Alex’s heart. Henry wants to share not only his space with Alex, but his breath, his very soul—wants to knit them together so tightly that nothing and no one can unravel the threads connecting their hearts.
Luckily, unbelievingly for Henry—Alex wants the same things.

Killer In NYC
Tara Carpenter X Reader
Part 4 -Suspicious
3rd Person POV
"You'd think Gale would've went into retirement after Dewey died." Mindys comment went unheard as she looked around.
Tara was still tending to Y/N, making sure the taller girl wasn't in pain.
Sam had taken David outside to "talk" along with Chad.
She felt a smirk begin to grow on her lips as she watched the two. Tara's hands were resting on the baristas shoulders as she laid down. She watched as they'd glanced to each others lips before their eyes would shoot back up to stare at the other. She kept watching as they'd leaned in before she cleared her throat. The two jumped slightly both faces red as they looked down.
Ship or not, Tara does still have a boyfriend.
"Talk about tension."
Detective Brooks sighed rubbing his eyes as he downed his cup of coffee.
His mind replaying the events that had just occurred as he stood above the lifeless body of a young boy.
His colleagues found the body of the young woman in the theater once they cleared the building. None of the patrons had realized the girl was dead until they had heard the screams from outside. They had run out seeing the scene before they tried to barricade themselves in the theater, resulting in more chaos and injuries.
Paramedics had to tend to half of the theater as they tried to trample each other.
He already knew his boss was going to tear into him once he stepped foot in the station.
Two kids dead and a serial killer on the loose.
He looked to the overhead screen in Times Square.
Gale Weathers not a mere ten feet away.
Fucking reporters.
"Detective Brooks what do you plan to do now that the killer has made his presence public?"
He gritted his teeth, seeing the black haired woman stride up to him.
"When do you plan to release information on the death of Carly?"
He felt himself grow still, somewhat surprised of what the reporter knew.
Her steps and stride were confident as she prepared to interview him.
"Look Weathers I know all about you and right now I'm not in the mood to give you more material for your book."
He stared into the camera as looked to the cameraman behind her.
"No further questions."
Gale looked down as her phone rang as well as many others surrounding her.

She pressed play as did everyone else. Frank Sinatra's voice singing throughout the city as the screens began to replay the recent kill on a loop.
I wanna be a part of it
New York

Unfortunately, the death of your friends doesn't cancel classes. Which is how Sasha and Tara found themselves in a late Wednesday afternoon lecture with Professor Freddie.
Mindy and Chad had agreed to return to class as well believing it to be slightly safer than waiting around to get slaughtered.
Y/n was released and currently resting in her apartment she was due back at work no later than the following week. Evan swearing to keep the shop running while she was out.
The girls had gone the whole hour paying attention and actively taking notes before he had called them down.
"Now I do want to apologize for the unfortunate events that have occurred, but I just ask if you guys wouldn't mind going over your experience for class purposes?"
Tara stared at the man incredulous as Sasha spoke up.
"Please tell me you're fucking joking." The professor stroked his beard laughing a bit as he leaned back on his desk.
"You're in criminal psychology girls. This is the very core of what we're learning, we as a class may even help you discover who the killer may be." Tara scoffed.
"As if the press outside isn't bad enough, now I can't even trust my fucking teacher."
Sasha stepped closer to the man.
"It sure would be a shame if word got out about you and some of your extra curricular activities with certain students now wouldn't it?" She leaned in a her lips no more than an inch away from the older man's face.
"Especially when one of those students is dead." Tara's eyes widened but she fixed her expression before he could notice.
Sasha turned her hair almost smacking the man in the face. "Let's go Tara."
The shorter girl followed her friend to the courtyard.
They sat at the nearest bench most of the areas blocked off by caution tape and news reporters.
"Tara!" The brunette felt herself grow still at the sound of the familiar voice.
She turned to see none other than Gale Weathers.
"Gale." She was almost happy to see her until she'd seen her blue suit and the cameraman behind her.
Tara sighed as Sasha stiffened again.
Her teeth grinding as she spoke exhaling slowly.
"Are you fucking kidding me?"
Tara tapped her shoulder to calm the girl.
"Go I can handle this." She looked to the shorter girl in surprise.
"You sure?" She nodded going to her.
"Sasha!" Mindy and Chad ran up to her, the massive man picking her up and twirling her around in a hug.
She laughed still somewhat tense as Mindy stiffened as well,
"Hey is that-" Chad straightened up as he went to stand behind Tara who seemed to be getting upset at whatever Gale was telling her.
Mindy following shortly after.
.
.
.
Kirby was waiting for her cousin in the film room. She had received a text saying she needed her help with a project.
A thud nearby made her jump, the sound of a lock turning putting her on edge.
She ran to the room next to her hiding behind the wall.
Heavy footsteps echoed throughout the hall as the TV's in the room before her began to turn on.
Every screen showing Ghostface smiling and waving at the screen. She leaned in closer seeing a familiar head of blonde hair standing by a television news van.
Not too far off screen Gale Weathers in a heated argument with Tara and the twins. Chad standing protectively in front of a tara who looks close to tears. She banged on the clear window before her screaming for her cousin as the vans door began to slide open slowly.
One gloved hand pulling her ponytail as the other grabbed her dragging her in. The van shook for just a moment before no further movements were made.
Kirby screamed as tears ran down her face, the TV screens turning black as the transmission was cut off.
Bang!
Ghostface appeared from nowhere and slapped the glass. Head tilted as they waved the knife around almost mocking the blonde.
She turned and ran to the nearest door, relived to find it open but still panicking as she wasn't confident on her location.
She hid behind a shelf of videos as a door to the left swung open.
The same heavy boots walking closer, stopping once as she assumed the killer looked around. Resuming their footsteps as they opened another door. The second she heard the door shut, she made a run for it.
A gloved hand holding a knife swung back before plunging forward. Kirby felt a sharp pain and sobbed, she tried pushing the figure away but they were too big. The killer pulled the knife out before swinging again. Kirby's body collapsing as they repeated the motions one right after the other. Blood running from the girls mouth like a waterfall as the killer stood back to admire their work.
Some specks of blood decorating the mask. They took their phone out taking a picture of the body before they fled the scene.
Tara POV
"Are you fucking kidding me Gale?! You go all people should know-"
"Guys!" All of us turned to Mindy. "Where's Sasha?"
"Sasha!" I looked around frantic as Gale looked too.
Chad and Mindy retracing their steps.
I looked down to see some blood pooling to my foot. I followed the path to Gales van, she looked at me before inching forward. Her hand shaking as she went to open the door. Just as it opened a body fell forward.
I felt my scream stop itself short in my throat as I covered my mouth in horror.
There was Sasha eyes wide in fear and one long cut made from ear to ear.
Tears began to fall down my cheeks as I realized I wouldn't have her to get me through long classes or defend me whenever someone had gone too far.
I looked across the yard to see Professor Freddie looking in my direction.

Bibliography for FAQ
This bibliography lists all the books quoted in the FAQ. However, details for some of these books is missing. This information will also be added to over time. Some books are listed in more than one edition. This is due to the process of revising the FAQ for publication and using the most recent versions of books quoted. Once the revision is complete, the old details will be removed.
The bibliography is split into four sections: Anthologies of Anarchist authors; books by anarchists and other libertarians; books about anarchism, anarchists and anarchist history by non-libertarians; and books by non-anarchists/libertarians.
