Just Stop Oil is funded by the Getty family, a famous oil family. In JSO's defense their argument is that the specific Getty member isn't an oil magnet which is true in the sense she didn't do the actual work but not true in the sense of that's absolutely where her money comes from. But also, if they act in ways that seem, to you, like the ways someone might act if they were trying to discredit the environmentalist movement from within, well, I have a theory that might have some explanatory power.
