WHY!!!? INSTA POSTING TROUBLES! Heeelp!??? 😭

Guys! Help! I dunno why but Insta keeps doing this weird crop thing whenever I try to post more than one horizontal drawing! I don't know what to do and I'm worried for the future posts I'll make. Can anyone tell me what's going on and how to fix it? I've tried resizing, posting with my phone instead of tablet, trying it out on other pictures bedsides the ones you see here that are also horizontal, but of different sizes and still, NOTHING!!! Would appreciate any help!!! Pls!!! This happened before, but I can't remember how I resolved it, all I know is that I did. It's really stressful tho. Google and YouTube has been no help whatsoever either. They keep telling me to resize the photo and I did, but nothing changes! The empty black space besides the photos are the problem. Those spots are supposed to parts of the drawings themselves and when I try to post it as is, it fully crops my picture to the size of it you only see. I know how to make it so Insta will accept a different sized picture than the usual 1x1, but it's not letting me get pass the editing phase this time. How am I to share my art like this??? -Bubs.

Some cropping programs/applications really damage the photo. Example: I had only done a slight amount of cropping, but the megapixels went from 24 to 10, which is really bad.

A week ago there was a discussion about cropping stunts from pictures and many larries said that they used to prefer pictures this way but then realized it was like putting head in the sand and so they decided to not ignore it. Some even said that it´s important to have a whole picture aka the stunt including because of the context and something like understanding what is going on but honestly I haven´t understood what they meant. What is your opinion abou this, Marte? Why is context imporant when it comes to stunt photos? For me, who´s there since h*livia (so I´m new to H´s stunting and before I dived under the H´s surface and larry I used to think all his gfs were real because hadn´t known pr relationships/stunts/beards/closeting existed) I still don´t know what to think about this. One part of me is like "I love updates but I don´t like seeing H stunting" (Louis´ stunting don´t bother me at all, don´t know why - maybe because it will never convince me it´s real) and the second part of me is like "Whatever, I know what I know and my beliefs are strong so seeing H stunting won´t hurt me anymore". But I still feel weird seeing H pretending to be perfectly straight boyfriend and remember how much I hated those pda photos from Sep 23rd 2022 aka very obviously organic pap photos released the day that stupid movie went to the cinema worldwide and had to disconnect from the fandom for couple of weeks because it really hurt me and couldn´t believe H did that after he totally ignored her in Venice and had that lovely MP press conference and premiere in Toronto.

In regards to the to crop or not to crop discourse. I'm am 100% pro crop. I don't want to see any stunt photos. At all. By reblogging the full photo you are doing exactly what they want you to do, spreading the pictures. Exposing your followers to the stunt, making them sad or mad, insecure in their beliefs, or if you've got followers who follows you for other reasons making them believe it's real. Why would you contribute to any of that? I have zero tolerance for stunt pictures from fellow larries. Either the blogger need to tag it in a way that i can permanently blacklist it, or i don't follow the blog at all.

I somewhat see the argument that non-cropped pics is for archival purposes and for posterity, fandom history and in case you need it in the future. But it's a god damn stunt no matter which way you look at it. It all boils down to this. Do you need picture proof of it being a stunt? No, you don’t. If it's that important to you, make a sideblog and reblog it there or like it or put it in your drafts. There will always be het blogs that reblog and save the uncropped stunt pictures and most of them are used in tabloid articles. Seeing stunt pictures is infuriating to me. If you didn’t crop stunt pics you'd hardly have pics of Harry to reblog though. So it's important to crop so we can have content.

I don't see the argument that cropping is sticking your head in the sand. It's about enjoying pictures of you idol. As i said, if we didn't crop we'd hardly have any pics of H. It's about curating your fandom experience and eliminating the things that make you angry or drive you mad. Your dash/timeline should be a sanctuary away from stunting and fakeness. You shouldn't be at risk of seeing fellow larries reblogging stunt pictures. If you want to see them you could just open the daily mail. The pics are everywhere. Since they are everywhere, the one place i would expect to avoid them is in the larry fandom. It's a stunt and we fucking hate stunts. So please keep it off our dash.
