Hello there! hope you don't mind but i came from your story A Sea of Hope and have been loving the story so far. I love it so much that i reread it every time I finish it, that how much I love it. But i have some questions and maybe if you don't mind some request.

Q1: Are the Banthos Family, a human family or monster family

Q2: Is Y/N mother a monster

Those are the only questions that came up from my empty head, if it spoil some thing you don't have answer and for my requested I hope you can pov of Blue, Red and maybe Crooks? I hope you take care of yourself and can't wait for the next chapter😍🥰♥️♥️

Question 1:

The Banthos family is indeed human. They were, at one time, one of the most influential families amongst the nobility. They had the power to sway others simply from their opinion. Wealth and power were their aim, greed and tyranny their game.

Question 2:

If we look near the beginning of the first chapter, there are hints that her mother was human~

For example:

It was bad enough her sister’s daughter looked like a monster, let alone have her mind corrupted by one…

I kept debating how to end this short little mini comic. In the original script, they were gonna hold hands (scandalous, I know lmfao), but I didn't think it hit quite right in comic format when I tried to make it longer. Hence why it ends... like that.

Anyways I wrote like a ton of comic scripts for COTL comics that just didn't hit right / I couldn't commit to making and then when driving home from work last week in the pitch darkness I thought about how nice it is to see like actual stars. And I feel like with the cult grounds being kind of among a lot of trees and all that it might take a short hike to get a really, really, really good view of the night sky and stuff. Thus. This.

It's arguably not my best work (I'm out of practice drawing good night skies and all that) but I'm happy with it. Enjoy this thing I made

Because for some reason i could see host tikkis powers (which i think act up with high emotions because of that one post in the manynette au) acting up around her out of anger

yup. I actually have a chunk of fanfic written up for the AU that really goes into it, that I never finished nor posted, and now I'm considering posting it as a standalone just for fun

#fun fact i used to be a PROLIFIC fanfic writer during highschool #I mean legitimately hundreds of fics #I was writing like my hands were on FIRE #in some spaces I personally curated and built up ships like some sort of monument. happy halloween, everyone! big news: The Phantom Guardian's hiatus is officially over!

exactly one year after the release of the last tpg chapter, sukuna's backstory: tears of the emperor, i'm thrilled to announce that my break from the story has come to a close. i'm now officially preparing to write the next chapter and return to tpg releases on a regular basis! i've dearly missed this story and this community, and i'm so excited to be back.

to prepare for writing this story again, i'll be doing a tpg live-react reread in the tpg discord server! come laugh at me as you watch me suffer through the suffering i put all of you through. we can chat about the story, the characters, and reminisce about what a crazy ride it's been and where we could be going from here. come join the fun!! this will also be a great way to remind yourselves of everything that's happened without having to read through all 637,000 words of this monstrosity. join the discord here!

as for when the next chapter will officially come out: i gotta get through the tpg reread first, which might take a bit, but i hope to have ch49 out sometime before the end of the year, if not very early january. i'll be hosting even more fun events and activities to bring us all back together as the next release grows nearer! i don't use bluesky or twitter, but feel free to share this news wherever. i'd love as many people as possible to join the fun!!
