so true we do. a match was cancelled and rescheduled due to inclement weather, which is fine, it happens occasionally. except, the reschedule interferes with your work trip, which is how yuuta ends up with your baby boy in his lap at his pre-match press conference. yuuta was worried at first, your son definitely wouldn’t be used to the cameras and reporters, and it was also seven in the morning, so he really hoped the baby wouldn’t become too irritated, but all his worrying was for nothing.
your baby boy didn’t seem to the mind the cameras, or the large crowd of people, his father was right there to hold him through the entire thing. with them side by side like this, their similarities really show; their droopy eyelids and tired expression, the occasional slow blinking when they’re confused or in thought, the same nose scrunch that makes everybody coo when it happens. one reporter mentions you by name, and that makes the otherwise sleepy baby perk and babble “mama” into the microphone instinctively, which melts everybody’s hearts, yuuta’s included, “that’s right, baby, that’s mama,” he coos, pinching his kid’s cheek before returning his attention to the reporter, “but, yeah, my wife—she’s great. she’s away on work right now, and we miss her a lot, but i’m so proud of her. i got to speak to her right before this conference actually, and she said she’d tune in when she could, so i hope she’s watching—wait, sorry, um… what was the question again?” (his rambling off about my wife my wife my wife is not new. it happens in every conference and interview, he’s just a loverboy through and through).
during the match, it’s dead silent when yuuta’s about to serve and then there’s the tiniest cry of “dada,” just as he’s about the throw the ball up, which makes him smile and stop and turn to his son, and the entire crowd coos. yuuta is not too proud to blow a kiss before going to serve again.

Release back pain
Exercise can be helpful in relieving and preventing lower back pain. Here are some exercises that can be beneficial:
Pelvic tilt: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Tighten your abdominal muscles and press your lower back into the ground. Hold for 5 seconds and release.
Knee-to-chest stretch: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Bring one knee up to your chest and hold for 15-30 seconds. Repeat with the other leg.
Bird dog: Start on your hands and knees. Lift your right arm and left leg straight out, keeping your back straight. Hold for a few seconds and then switch sides.
Bridge: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Lift your hips up toward the ceiling, squeezing your glutes. Hold for a few seconds and then lower back down.
Cat-cow stretch: Start on your hands and knees. Arch your back up like a cat and then lower it down like a cow. Repeat several times.
Cobra pose: Lie on your stomach with your hands under your shoulders. Press up through your hands, lifting your chest and arching your back. Hold for a few seconds and then lower back down.
Child's pose: Kneel on the ground and stretch your arms forward, lowering your forehead to the mat. Hold for several seconds.
Remember to start slowly and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your exercises. If you experience pain or discomfort during any exercise, stop and consult with a medical professional.

ooooooh I did EXERCISE yesterday I can tell bc when I stretched today it hurt SO MUCH
#i have gone up 4kg on chest presses#which is really good! i struggled to do them safely with 4kg weights initially bc the motion was snapping my shoulders back#which is less a strength issue than it is a joint integrity one#so like. 2x8kg is still not a huge amount but it is. a good sign that i have mastered the basics enough to do it without hurting myself#still struggling with things that require my fingers to pull down though. that's a joint integrity problem that's a bit harder to manage.#but for my first session back after 6 weeks I'm really really happy with how last night went#HOWEVER. i know exactly what all three of them look like i can see them in my mind theyre so real. but i cannot draw that good to be able to get it right
#chirps#coopers a big guy. tall and broad fat but like strong muscle-y fat. u know#square face also kind of chubby but not in the looks young way. his hair is kind of greasy and dirty blonde/light brown and unevenly cut#he does it himself. hes got a thin mouth that turns down in the corners it always looks like hes pressing his lips together. bit of stubble#butnot too much. wide nose with a straight bridge. hooded eyes that are kind of small + almond shaped. not sure what colour. grey maybe#erm what else.... normal eyebrows kind of thick but not bushy. hes in his mid 30s andis starting to get some stress lines on his forhead#mainly from frowning 24/7#hes white. farmers tan he generally stays pretty covered up wears cargo pants and a big thick jacket#steel toed boots and the like stuff to keep him protected#hes strong and has pretty toned arms and big hands thick fingers a lot of calluses#broad shoulders. thick torso but not much of a gut. tree trunks of fucking legs you couldnt knock this guy over with a bulldozer#he has a scar on his chest frmo heart surgery he had when he was young but other than that not many big scars#do i need to keep going can you just imagine him with me. already.#my ocs#<- saving for my own reference in case i forget what he looks like (i wont)
