I used a color palette I made with the "worse" color (according to a Twitter user) here it is, plus a few more with that color. No hate to that person, obviously, I just like color theory and saw a challenge!

I was on a road trip and decided to draw for a bit to entertain myself. I wanted to play with the symmetry tool so it wouldn't be too difficult to draw in a moving car. :)

theres a couple things i wanna grab that only have one or two left in stock and im a little short on cash right now. what are the odds they’ll still be in stock when i get paid a week from now?

I wish I could say! It completely depends on which designs, which sizes, and then a random chance factor as well. If it's something that only has one or two left, then there's a good chance it could be gone by then. There's a better chance it'll still be around if it's an unpopular design or slower selling size (D Size / 4X-5X for most designs).

Yellow resin has been ... tricky.

I printed these hands first and they've been through one round of UV curing. They're visibly more golden than the rest of the parts I just printed which haven't been through the UV station yet. The uncured parts are almost fluorescent green in comparison.

Interesting. I like the color of the hands much better and would love to be able to cure everything to a pretty yellow but. I assume if a quick round in the UV station can change the color so drastically, then the color is NOT gonna be stable over time. I suppose if the parts just get mellow-yellower it might work out ok. I don't trust it though.

I knew I was putting way more dye in than everyone claimed worked. 🥹 Now finding out.

Also this brand of resin smells way worse and is stickier than my previous stuff.

I'm putting all these through the UV station again, while the final batch of parts is printing.

Fingers crossed I finally get this all printed tonight, finally 🥲

makeup stores on coruscant have to be the size of an american outlet mall or something. the amount of species it has to offer product to is like. just the tip of the iceberg. beyond that it has to offer every sort of product every species needs ('skin' (or similar) care, 'hair' (or whatever) products, shadows and mascaras, perfumes, etc), it also has to have a variety within the products (like how humans need stuff for oily skin, stuff for dry skin, stuff for 'average skin') AND a variety of shades and tones within each variety (red foundations and pink foundations and mauve concealers and chartruese correctors). NOT TO MENTION ALL OF THE BRANDS.

you think a trip to your local makeup store takes forever? imagine going with your twi'lek, togruta, mikkian, etc girlfriends. you all need SUCH different products. it'd be a fucking DAY TRIP just to get EYESHADOW AND FOUNDATION.
