I’m gonna talk about my stupid little play some more and no one can stop me

I love being a writer because sometimes I’ll be like ‘uhggg it would be so good if this happened in my play’ and then I remeber, I can write it! But I hate being a writer because everything is a spoiler to me because I am the one writing the ending. And also because I need to pick a name for my stupid play

y'know every time i feel guilty about bothering someone by singing along when i'm listening to music, i just remember that i have to tolerate my dirtbag brother screaming at his ps5 for hours every day so listening to muffled off-key fall out boy is probably preferable

like do they know butches can be formal? that butches can be scrawny? or that maybe butches can be nerdy?? AND MAYBE BUTCHES CAN HAVE LONG HAIR?!??!!

like not all butches are macho grease monkeys some butches are dorky academics, some are gamers, some are just guys that dont define their style by their hobbies

I’m still processing how it happened and wondering what it all means, but today a big pink hamfaced English guy tried to fight Dr Glass in a parking lot (!) and a completely unrelated, amazingly tall woman appeared (!!) and charged the other guy in defense of Dr Glass (!!!) shouting at him so effectively that he got in his car and drove off.

Dr Glass doesn’t look like anything in particular or even do that much, he is so ORDINARY. He just emits some kind of magnetic field that causes Events, and yet the magnetic field also creates feedback that insulates him from the Events. Doesn’t even have to do his own fight scenes!! just magnetically attracts a TALL BRAVE WOMAN to destroy the entire fighting premise. No one can prepare for this. I feel like I’m the only person who notices it

Bruce can try to rip the Harvey Dent out of Two-Face, Harvey can try to rip the Bruce Wayne out of Batman, but you can only fight with a man you love so much until it morphs into a violent dance of both your dualities.

Basically, Bruce Wayne and the big, bisexual Crime Lord ex-friend he pines over but cannot undoom from the narrative. Been a while since I've done something Bruharvey.

ANATOMY OF A HAUNTED HOUSE

A young man steps out, approaches and enters through the front door. [...] He spits on the carpet. He's moving through the first floor, breaking and exciting things. He goes to the basement and stands at the top of the stairs. I'm angry at him so I slam the door and he falls down. We can feel his bones snapping.[...] We can feel him being ground up, dissolved and torn, splitting and shredding. I leave the door closed. I close my eyes and try to sleep. The teeth continue growing on me until there is nothing left on me but teeth, and gums, and sinew.

good omens the book, 1990: see, queen is so ubiquitous in london these days that if you leave a tape in a car for too long, it'll inevitably morph into a best of queen tape. which is why their megahits are playing in crowley's bentley all the time! isn't that a funny and topical joke?
