Carol & The End of the World Trailer

In order to save the world from the vampire invasion, Doctor Strange (in his astral form) gets Doctor Doom to help by agreeing to give Doom the mantle of Sorcerer Supreme, first making Doom give his solemn word he will give up that power once the world is saved. Doctor Doom as the Sorcerer Supreme, casts his spell with the help of the Strange Academy students.

Meanwhile in New York, the Avengers had a hard time fighting Blade who is possessed by Varnae the ancient evil spirit. Varnae-Blade gloats at the Avengers that he has no weakness except for one who happens to be Bloodline. Cue to his words, Brielle Brooks appears to stab Varnae-Blade with a sword. Then, vampire-Miles Morales also joins in to help Brielle in stabbing Varnae-Blade . Their stabbing helps in exorcising Varnae from Blade, allowing Doctor Doom to strike with his spell since Varnae's concentration with the Darkforce spell is broken. Thus Blade is finally free from Varnae's spirit. Brielle and Blade have a heartwarming reunion even though the latter is badly wounded. Just as the Avengers get ready to transport Blade for medics, they see the sun is finally out as the Darkforce dissipates.

Back to Latveria, Doctor Strange realizes it's too late when Doom's mind in "saving the world" means keeping the power of Sorcerer Supreme to take over the planet. At New York, Miles Morales freaks out a bit when he thinks that he would burn up under the sun like the vampires until he finds that he is not burning. Dracula notices that he doesn't have the typical vampire's weakness anymore when he isn't burning like vampire-Miles. Other than the vampires having their new immunity to the sun, the Avengers find out that something odd has happened. Doctor Doom is now the new Sorcerer Supreme and he intends to take over the world.
