An old favourite by Danish artist Camille Jones. I distinctly remember this song coming out around the time I lost my virginity lol (shout-out to that dude Mohammed, wherever you are - you were a selfish and rotten lay lol), so it's from around 2008. I still listen to it regularly

Git Ur Fuk On by The Wong Boys

This is another old favourite of mine, also by a Danish artist, or in this case, band. It was quite big here for a hot sec, without ever reaching mainstream appeal, and then it just sort of disappeared from most people's memories. I still absolutely love it tho!

I still believe the best scene in all of that daisy jones and the six tv adaptation was when they sang, 'oh la la' during the blackout at the house party because it was the only scene that reflected (to ME) what the actual thesis of the book was which is that, "relationships and human connections are weird and messy but music has always been an outlet for the mess that brings people together" but yk!!!! the show wasn't interested in that!!! it was just like, "u guys want daisy and Billy to fuck, right? here you go!!!" and I'm still mad about it!!! but who cares that's on me honestly for assuming that any show won't opt for instant gratification over a story making sense in this economy.
