i eat max 600 calories at day
i dont eat everyday the same amount of calories
i eat at the same hours everyday
i go for a walk before and after eating
i sleep 8 hours or more everyday
i eat some hours after i wake up and i dont eat in the three hours before going to sleep
i workout two times a day (not heavy workouts)

~6 month difference
kinda literally all of this was just natural (accidental?) wl cus i only started r3$tric1ng at the beginning of january and have only lost 3 lbs (~1.3 kg) since
buuuut can we talk ab the arms and ribs and thighs??? the armpit flab from last summer is way less and my wrists are smaller, and you can see my ribs naturally now. and my thighs are way smaller, i think that’s the most noticeable change
