Today's Agony Of The Day is a first kiss scenario in which Cal and Boba narrowly escape a very shitfuck situation and make it to the Slave-1, they're both bloody and beaten up and sitting on the floor awkwardly faving each other, trying to catch their breathe and everything hurts and they're sure of at least two ribcage bones broken between the two of them. Boba says nothing and ever so alowly Cal scoots closer, almost says "hey, hey, look at me," but then he doesn't. Boba leans his forhead on Cal's shoulder, he's breathing harsh, "you almost died," he croaks, and maybe he's crying, Cal can't tell. He closes his eyes and takes one of Boba's hands in his own, smoothes his thumb down the back of it; Boba's hands are shaking, and he is quiet as a grave. Cal dips his head, plants the softest kiss on Boba's pulse, "it's okay," he says. Another kiss on his jawline, on the corner of his lips before he leans their foreheads together.

In relation to my last shitpost, I think that’s the sort of warlock Casey is. That’s where his green magic comes in. Aside from growing his own weed, he probably has an interest in growing plants with psychoactive properties. So like, mushrooms and saps and stuff. And that’s his thing in the coven. He’s the one with the alchemy knowledge. I wouldn’t be surprised if he makes his own product that’s popular among similar witches that use stimulants to do any sort of dream work or spiritual work.

So Cal gets out of the Mantis and I'm like...is that a euphorbia?????? It's pretty close to African Milk Tree/Euphorbia trigona. The shape of the stalk actually reminds me a bit more of dragonfruit, though.

As a note, most very "cactus like" euphorbias are native to Africa and not the US. Dragonfruit is native to the Americas.
