The String of Pearls Galaxy, C72 // Dean Carr
This beautiful edge-on galaxy is classified as a Magellanic-type galaxy. Galaxies of this class have a single spiral arm and are intermediate between irregular galaxies and dwarf spiral galaxies. As this suggests, C72 is very similar to the Large Magellanic Cloud, but is slightly smaller at 68,000 light years across and edge-on.

"i want you to decide my fate for my sins": building off c72's "i'll make him love me so much that he'll forgive me with a simple apology" — so ghastly. she's entirely honest when she tells him that she'd hurt him, & it makes something curl in my gut. i love you imuri.

Tempest Wind Masterlist
Through a destined meeting, Vash found you, a lost soul much like himself, under the weirdest of circumstances, and he made a promise to follow you across any desert. That turns out to lead both of you down a path of self-discovery, love, and hurt. Vash's unlucky shadow drives the two of you from one crisis to the next, but there's nothing you can't overcome together.
Tempest Wind is a 18+ Vash x F!Reader fic with some spice, some gore, a bit of action and a lot of fluff, for added flavor there's angst too ofc.
The rating of 18+ comes mainly from the occasional dark themes and not so much of the smuttiness (as those parts are labeled and can be skipped without it really affecting the story).
NB: The content is mostly Trimax canon-typical violence/gore/themes, but I give warnings and summaries for the heavier chapters and smut so you can skip them if you want!

SXF C72 Spoilers
ok i'm curious how endo will address this especially since the issue between progressive movements vs. tyrannical state is something very rampant even until now.
main characters (loid, yor, & co.) have been relatively compliant w the gov't so far bc they were able to set a ground/life conditions tolerable for them. showing the other side of the coin is quite an interesting turn.
i just hope this isn't the usual trope where villains are merely to be obliterated by the heroes just bc their ways are questionable and no one budges on their genuine grievances upon their defeat.

Doing a Last Wars reread, might post some more thoughts.
Spoilers ahead.
While Monsoon ends up being pretty pathetic, I think he starts out rather nicely. He takes Ouu by surprise and causes massive damage to their key players and distrupts any kind of strategy they could come up with.
Yoshi forgot how old Hiros kids are, and how many pups Lydia and Jerome had, lol. Maybe I'll headcanon they had a second smaller litter, and it was 3 of the older pups that got killed. (Lenov, Akira and the other one.
I like that Hiro sacrifices himself for Gin. I don't like that Hiro is dead, but its a nice drawback to GDW (Might of just been anime only? I dont remember) that becuase he lost his own father, he goes out of his way to protect his "new father" - the father of Ouu.
Kurotora is agressive as fuck but hes pretty useless in his old age
"Paradise has fallen" is one of my favourite pages in all of Ginga. Its just cool.
I like the Cross took the pups to safety at Daisukes house. But wasn't that village destroyed/uninhabitable from the events of GDOrion???
Gin should of dropped Orion over the cliff in GDO.
I'm all for having a protaganist that doesn't do what hes told and does his own thing, but they usually grow and learn from their mistakes (while keeping their "ill do it my way") and Orion...literally doesn't.
Bob is pathetic baby man.
Chapter 49. The beginning of the awful sickle saga..... It is nice that the dogs recognise they have better chances with a human weapon, like how they had better chances with Gohei's gun in GNG.
Kyou and Rocket literally forgot about Ken lmao poor guy
Uhh it was George/Jouji who couldn't save Minnie from the River not Ken? Chapter 60 makes it sound like Jouji gave up on watching Minnie and Ken had to go save her but couldn't.
"He was a teacher and guide to Tesshin in place of his father" Tesshin was raised by Ouu not the Koga Elder....I do like how Kurojacki and the Koga pack came to collect The Elder as he died. I would say living to 31 is a stretch to any normal dog, but look at Bobi the dog who lived on a farm in Portugal.
I like Zion, he's an okay addition to the Ginga gang, but its sad hes not really his own character, just a translator. And all he does is follow Sirius around because ""family""
I'm half with Sirius, half with Orion. Bears and dogs can/could co exist on the mountain, but like....thats regular bears. Bears who are just being normal bears. Monsoon and his brothers started a war with Ouu. There is a big grudge against ALL bears with Ouu, but perhaps that could of been left buried.
The last page of C72 is really nice.
Here comes to infamous sickle battle. Its mine! mine!!! mine 1!!! It would of been better if the dogs kept the sickle moving intentionally...to keep Monsoon guessing who has it next and keep him confused rather than squabbling like children over who gets a turn on the xbox
Everyone is desparate to become an "Ouu legend." Ouu has become nothing more than propaganda.
Sasuke should of died tbh.
I do like how the humans are taking action this time. They didn't do much in Akakabuto's time, but now they recognise the same thing is happening again and they are ready to help.
Akame should of died. This was a GREAT spot for it. His death should of been the last straw for Orion/Sirius. I'll forever HC that he died here lol.
It's sweet that Cross takes care of Tesshin, she did raise him along side her pups afterall.
"He's just as intense as his grand father, Riki!" Orion is nothing like Riki?? Orion is a brat. He was given control over an army just because of who his family is. He's never earned anything, not even respect. He's spent the entirety of the manga arguing and disobeying orders from those higher up than him who he's suppose to ""respect."" He's had to be bullied into not doing anything stupid while the army recovers. He is keeping a promise he made, but doesn't excuse his tantrums.
The way Monsoon acts sometimes reminds me of that baby from Spirited Away.
It is nice that hes different from Akakabuto. he has PTSD/Flashbacks, wants to get revenge and eat all the dogs that hurt. Scared of humans and tries to play around it. Akakabuto kept out of the humans way but didn't hesitate to turn them to paste if he found them in the mountains. Monsoon doesn't even try to attack humans. He has conflicting feelings.
Thats it for stuff on Sff Reader, ill have to go to Fantas blog to read from 121-end

Hello! I came across your blog and was reading your posts on individual chapters. It cleared so much confusion for me.
I still had a couple of questions and I was wondering if you'd be willing to shed some light? It's been too long and I don't know if it's cuz I don't remember or if the answers have yet to be revealed 😔
I saw the dragon in c72. Did we ever get more info on where they came from?
The Sakura cards turned blank during the start but I don't remember who did that?
Has the mystery behind Nadeshiko's clock been revealed?? Maybe it'll be used in future chapsm
Hello anon! Thank you for checking my posts and I'm glad they were helpful (the ✨magic words✨ I love to hear 😊)!
Let's reply immediately to your questions, shall we?
No, I really think this will be one of the last mysteries to be revealed. What we know about the dragon (which I call affectionately "Dragon-chan" in my posts) is: - It appeared often in Sakura's dreams, but not all of them - It wasn't related to the cloaked figure, as it was revealed it was Lilie's image superimposing on it but the two things weren't related - the book the Association/Akiho's clan seemingly took the ritual from (at least, it was framed while they were talking about such cursed book) to turn Akiho into an artifact had that same dragon drawn on the cover - When Syaoran saw it through Record, he said it looked like something created with a spell, and wondered just how powerful could be the person summoning it - a pattern seemingly depicting that dragon was on the last outfit we saw Kaito dressed in - When the Seal of D. activated on Kaito in chapter 70, a symbol clearly reminiscing of that dragon appeared in front of him
It was Syaoran's doing. Syaoran literally "sucked" their power away and only left their "shell" behind, which looked transparent.
Nadeshiko's clock appeared in chapter 49 to protect Sakura, stopping time and hence avoiding the girl from being "absorbed" by the artifact inside Akiho. It disappeared afterwards, but its picture is portrayed on the Time Card (which, I remind you all, it's one of the Cards that has yet to appear in the finale)

The String of Pearls Galaxy, C72 // Patrick Winkler
Discovered by James Dunlop (1793-1848) in 1826, the String of Pearls Galaxy (NGC 55) is one of the outstanding galaxies of the southern heavens. It is located about 6.5 million light years away in the constellation of Sculptor, the Sculptor. It and the Sculptor Pinwheel Galaxy (C70) are gravitationally bound to each other.

Yeah! I mean, BNHA’s already reached chapter what, 377, 378 this week? That’s more than a year! The only complication (and this one’s easily solved) is that I don’t own volume 9 (C72-80), but I figure I can just skulk around my local bookstore/order online until it pops up.

Living life alongside Vash means there is never a dull moment. Misfortune follows him like a shadow, and you should have known that things in December played out way too well. The nagging feeling turns out to be right as reports of stolen Plants start to appear more and more often on the radio. It has always been a common crime for those ballsy enough, but the frequency is concerning, to say the least. Vash, too, has become a lot more concerned, and not only because some of the robberies have been blamed on him now. He suspects that his brother is behind this.
Most of the robberies have been taking place in the far north of the settled area, beyond November and September, with others happening further south too. You see how uneasy it makes Vash; he is being torn apart, unsure where to go or how to stop this. As you still find yourself relatively near December, you decide that it would be smartest to head north and try to cut off the bandits who are behind these robberies. Your gut feels hollow as you think about the possible outlook of things. These don't sound like your regular, everyday thugs; they seem to be a lot more methodical in their actions. The reports coming back are devastating too; many villages are leveled in these robberies, and others are doomed to die a quick death without their Plants sustaining them. Many people die due to these Plant abductions, and neither of you can stand idly by.
It takes you a week to travel north to November. It seems like so far nobody has tried their hand at stealing the Plants from any of the villages surrounding the academic city. You don't stay for long, choosing to move further and investigate the smaller settlements. Not all Plants have been stolen; those capable of picking up arms against the robbers have been left alone. Some report regular criminals coming for their Plant; others say people with strange powers, the Gung-Ho-Guns, came for theirs. Most think Vash is behind the disappearances, and you try to keep an extra low profile when it comes to him. You aren't looking to get an angry mob after him.
Every night you spend listening to the radio, trying to figure out what places could be hit next, but it is hard considering how densely the area is packed with villages and towns, many taking comfort in the proximity of November, the very first city.
"It sounds like they are focusing further west," Vash says, marking something down on a piece of paper. " They started almost northeast, away from November, basically circling it. I think they're heading east, towards September, which has a weaker military force."
"You think we should cut them off before they get there?" you ask quietly as you look at his notes on the barely lit paper by the gas burner.
"It's a lot of open sand, and we can't be sure where they are headed. There aren't that many bigger settlements between November and September; most of those are east of the land neck connecting the two areas, meaning they are under November's jurisdiction."
"So they likely will avoid them and go for towns that are supposed to be protected by September," you nod, understanding his train of thought. "They would probably head back north from the neck."
"Yeah, Edwards and Blow Up Hill are there; they aren't that strong, and they both have two Plants. They are probably the more tempting options to pick off before ransacking the villages near September."
"These bandits are fast, and we don't know where they would start..." You stare at the paper, your mind running rampant. "If we wait for them in the wrong town..."
"Then us cutting them off won't be as effective. Yes." Vash nods, his voice sad.
"So we split up; it's going to be either of these towns or the surrounding villages, and we can adjust as needed," you say, not directly looking at him.
"No!" He sits up a bit more and turns to face you. "No..."
"I know. Trust me, I don't want to let you out of my sight either, but if we want to stop this, then we have to do something. We are both capable, and if we have the support of the town... we can put a stop to this." You look at his concerned face with a soft expression.
"I know it makes sense when you put it like this, but..." he takes your hand into his.
"You really should worry more about yourself than me," you smile. "I'll be fine. You, however, will feel any gunshot wounds a lot longer than me... and I don't have a large bounty on my head either that could get me in trouble."
"Won't you look after me then?" He tries a different approach, an awkward smile bearing his teeth.
"It's only gonna be a short while. A few days, and hopefully it will help us put an end to these troubles." Your free hand touches his cheek, gently pressing on his birthmark. "People are dying. They need us; they need Vash the Stampede and his minion to come and save them."
"I don't like this plan." His eyes are filled with concern.
"I know, you have until we reach the neck to come up with a better one." You place a light kiss on his forehead, but it doesn't alleviate the wrinkles formed on it by his frown.
Vash has been thinking hard for days, desperately trying to come up with a good game plan, but nothing much comes to mind. Your plan of splitting up still seems like the most sensible option, if one looks at the facts. You can cover a lot more ground like this and protect a lot more people. It is more efficient, and he has no doubts about your abilities. But it weighs heavy on him. Tonight is his last night to come up with something else. You've traveled over the neck, the land bridge between the sea and lake of sand. Tomorrow, you would split up, heading for the respective towns that are about two days away from each other. You have Edwards, and he is heading for Blow Up Hill. Unless he can come up with something else.
He has been so consumed with worry and thoughts for the past few days that even his chatter has boiled down to planning, and for once, you can call him the worrywart like he has done to you many times before. It did coax out a light laugh from him, but he went right back to his talk of strategy and what the bandits could be planning and doing. He has drawn up a little map for himself where he has marked out roughly the locations of settlements, their names, and which ones have already been hit by the bandits.
You had told him to go to bed and get some sleep, but instead he has gone into planning mode once again, even under his blanket while you were looking out over the desert, trying to catch a glimpse of any car headlights. The radio plays as he tracks his pencil along the makeshift map. He tries to listen for more hints on where the bandits could be, but there is no news from this area. A few robberies have happened further south towards May, but they are nowhere near as frequent as in the northern area.
He is so consumed by his thoughts that it worries you, so you hatch a plan to get his mind off things. You've already made up your mind and made peace with the plan of separating, so him frantically worrying on the last night you'll be together, seems like a waste of time to you. If he's not going to sleep, then you will occupy him in different ways.
You stand over him for a moment as he lays on his stomach, his fingers laced into his hair as he stares at his notes. He doesn't even seem to notice you there. He is so used to you and so trusting of you that as long as you're keeping watch, his guard is down. You kneel onto your own mattress that is right next to his, and before he even turns his head, you're under his blanket.
"Won't you stop worrying so much?" Your voice is low by his ear as your hand pulls his out of his hair.
"I just... I don't want to leave you alone; I don't want to be away from you." His voice is sad as he sighs. He sounds so pathetic to himself, but to you, he can admit that.
"You won't come up with a better idea. After all, this is my idea, and I am always right." Your voice is quiet as you place a light kiss on his cheek. "It's only for a little bit."
His head turns to meet yours, a slight smile on his lips, yet his eyes are still sad.
"Even a little bit is too much."
"You'll get over it." You pull his face closer to kiss his lips, a tender and soft kiss locking your mouths together.
You feel him adjusting, turning to his side, his hand closest to you finding your waist, and it makes him freeze. He pulls away from you, looking into your mischievous eyes before trailing down your face and neck. He lifts the blanket a bit to peek underneath, and a deep crimson hue comes over his ears and face as you keep a close look on his expression.
"What's wrong?" you ask, amused.
"Where are your clothes?" His eyes meet yours again, and you see that somewhere deep, the awkwardness is overtaken by desire. Usually, he is the one undressing you.
"Somewhere over yonder," you say with a smirk as you let the blanket fall off your shoulder, revealing more of your skin to him. Vash has to swallow before your lips find his again; this time he is a lot hungrier.
His lips part with yours, his tongue pushing into the cavity of your mouth. You feel his hand move down your body, giving your thigh a squeeze before sneaking over your body. His fingertips start to push into the space between your legs, but you swat him away.
You click your tongue disapprovingly, and he pulls away with a surprised expression, clearly not expecting your denial.
"Your clothes are bothering me. Get up and take them off." You smirk, and Vash could swear you look so devious you could be the Devil for all he knows.
Still, he doesn't let you tell him twice as he gets on his feet, towering over you by your feet as you turn onto your back, your elbows propping you up, the edge of the thin blanket sliding onto your stomach. Your eyes are nailed onto him as he takes off his coat, shirt, and glove, revealing his scarred skin. He moves down to undo his belt, and he seems hurried and flustered, the redness still not completely gone.
"Does it make you nervous when I watch?" Your voice is still silky smooth.
He starts to answer, but it seems like his mind is wiped clean as he sees your knees move apart under the blanket, his eyes nailed to your lower half. This is uncharted territory for him; you haven't swept him up and away quite like this before.
"What is it? You want a treat already?" You smirk. "Your job is only half done, and you already want a peek?"
You could swear you saw his knees buckle for a moment as one of your hands reaches down to grab the blanket.
