Ways to use magickal oils: for witches and non-witches
In your beauty routine:
Depending on the carrier oil, spell oils can be a great addition to skin care and hair care! Some carrier oils provide a lot of skin and hair benefits.
Castor oil contains triglycerides, which help maintain moisture in the skin. This can help with dry skin. Castor oil can also be applied generously as a hair mask and wash off, or apply very liberally to the ends of hair to help with frizz. This is depending on hair type.
Grapeseed oil is an effective treatment to decrease split ends. On the skin, grapeseed oil can help with breakouts, treat dry skin, and gently fade some scars. It’s also non-comedogenic meaning it won’t clog pores. This could be a good option for someone with oily skin.
Sweet almond oil has a lot of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and antioxidants that can sooth both the skin and hair. It can help approve the appearance of dry and irritated skin.

Read this story to manifest miracles.
Marina wakes up on a normal day from a dream she can’t quite remember. All she remembers are hues of red, orange, and blue. It isn’t until getting out of bed to brush her teeth that she experiences her first odd moment of the day. She’s more beautiful than usual. Her skin is glowing in a way that is abnormal, for her or anybody. All of her unique, less than conventional traits seem to increase her attractiveness. She’s in awe of her appearance, but mindlessly attributes the sudden glow up to her increased vitamin intake over the last week. She moves on to make herself breakfast; coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. While pouring her mug of instant brew, her phone starts ringing. She picks it up and it’s her lawyer from over a decade ago notifying her that her class action lawsuit had finally been put to rest. She was going to be receiving a pay out soon in the mail to which her lawyer hinted she’d be very pleased with, but never stated a number amount. She assumed it’d be enough to buy a few new outfits, which was enough to boost her mood for the day. At this point, while eating her breakfast, she was sure her day at work would go by smoothly and any kind of resistance or negative thinking she had before getting out of bed is completely gone. On her drive to work, she notices traffic moving quickly, though usually these streets are flooded with traffic every morning, causing her to be repeatedly stressed about clocking in late. But not today. Today she arrives at work with 10 minutes to spare which allows her just enough time to pick up a pastry from a local bakery. About an hour into work, her supervisor calls her into the office for a private chat. Due to all the positive energy built up today, Marina doesn’t dare give into fearful thoughts. She assumes she’s being called in to be asked to work late or change shifts with a coworker. When she enters the office and sits down, her supervisor lets her know that she’s fired. Marina is so confused. Everything had gone right today, how could this be happening? The supervisor continues to let her know that she can leave immediately and will receive her severance pay within a week’s time. Leaving the office, though she's upset, Marina decides not to let this be the defining moment of her day. She drives straight to the local movie theater and buys a ticket for a comedy film to avoid going home in a sour mood. She allows herself to fill up on every snack; popcorn, gummy bears, cherry coke, and snowcaps. Throughout the film she finds herself laughing at the top of her lungs. After the movie, she drives home. To her surprise, upon arriving home, she finds an envelope from her lawyer’s office. She didn’t realize that when her lawyer said the check would come soon that it would be delivered within hours. She unlocks her front door and as she walks through the threshold she begins to peel open her mail to reveal her check. All she could do was yelp when her eyes laid upon the numbers. $20,000,000. She had been given over 20 million dollars in settlement claims. Marina felt her body overflow with complex feelings of relief, excitement, and a bit of sadness. Relief that she didn't have to worry about money or employment after being fired, excitement to upgrade her life to the best of her abilities, and a smidge of sadness because the life she had always known is now over. And that's when it hit her: red, orange, and blue.

10 things to think about before you share your heat with your pack for the first time
Which method of contraception will work best? Key here is the number of your pack!! How many alphas/betas are you working with? a) The Shot -> Contraceptive injection in the days before your heat hits, 99% effective with 5 or less Alphas. b) Reverse Shot -> Contraceptive injection for any alphas/betas in your pack [I recommend this for larger packs!!] 99% effective, especially if you keep on your own regular pill. c) Keep with your usual pill -> One alpha/two betas. 75% Effective. d) IUD -> 99% effective for unmated packs, lasts for 5 years. 75% effective with your mates. Always keep in mind that although it feels good and makes your omega instincts happy to partake in fluid play during your heat, any respectful partner that is worth your time and energy will wear a condom for the duration should you ask them. This is always a method to boost your contraception, and can be used in conjunction with any of the above methods. Yes they do sell heat specific condoms and dental dams, and they should be available in any corner shop.
Are there any supplements I should be taking? This is highly specific to your biology - but please ask this question of a doctor or nurse if you haven't had an active heat in a while [nesting heats anyone!?] But also!! If you've been nursing or just single, this is really important! Most doctors will recommend a general vitamin [wellomega, vitanest, or similar are pretty good in this regard] but you may end up needing something heavy in zinc or iron. This question may mean you need to get blood tests, heads up!
How many days am I entitled to for my heat leave? And if you know your heat will run over ask for a medicinal certificate - for you and your partners if need be.
If you suffer from PHS [pre heat syndrome], talk to your doctor about pain levels and management. You are not alone, don't suffer in silence. There are prescription pain killers for those killer cramps, okay!!
If you haven't been sexually active with your partners before this, get tested. Don't ignore this bullet point, open STD TESTING NEAR ME and book it right now.
If you're worried about letting your partners down, about not having a good heat, or about personality clashes during heat, please talk about it. Your GP is used to these questions, and will be able to put your mind at ease. If I can offer any advice, its that your partners love you. You know this. And, as one of my mates said to me recently, "I'm not going to stop loving you just because you're begging for sex for three days."
ON THE SUBJECT OF THREE DAYS: Three days is a long time to be on your back, alright. Get some exercise in there of the upright variety, and don't be afraid to buy in those aquaballs, kay? You need liquids. Dioralyte is always an option, but try and get water in you first - passing out due to dehydration is not a good look - and you will loose lots of fluids, trust me. Similarly, either get your pack to start precooking foods now, or book a delivery service [HelloNest is one I personally like, they deliver everything on the eve of your heat, and you can choose for meals to either be premade and just need reheating, or preprepared so that they can be assembled on the day. Choose appropriately and don't be ashamed about whatever you pick.]
Do you have omega mates? If you do, this is even better - nobody knows omegean pleasure like an omega, and nobody can read your heat emotion microchanges like an omega either. [these are happy tears, I swear - right?] Talk with them. You should talk with all members of your pack before your heat, but talking with your nestmate(s) is(are) particularly important. Whether its about how your heatspace displays itself [messy? demanding? argumentative? teary? subby? dommy? etc] or about whether you feel that you might get jealous of them. I knew an omega once who only spend their heats with their nestmates. Whatever way you feel, it's valid. People will only know what you want if you tell them!!
Do you have new towels and sheets? I know it sounds expensive. But once you use them for your heat with these partners, you can reuse them for the same. Your nose will scent lots of things during heat [non heat sex, weirdly, can be a trigger for some so be aware of that!], and your skin is usually over sensitive afterwards. Treat yourself!! [or beg bribe scent someone into treating you!!
Sex toys!! It is not a failure on your partners part to buy sex toys. [and its not a failure on your part to buy lube. the glide makes everything better, invest.] If you haven't had an active heat in a while, sex toys are a good idea, as you might not know where your heat libido will be. Having an aid is useful for so many reasons - body configurations being the most obvious! Go and invest in one or two heat specific ones.

The Daily Wire announced the launch of a new “men’s lifestyle” company named Responsible Man on May 1, promoting its only current product — a men’s dietary supplement that it says is “designed to help … sharpen brain cognition” and that it suggests will help address what the outlet calls the “increasing health risk” of declining “sperm concentration.” On April 30, The Daily Wire’s parent company Bentkey Ventures registered the assumed name “Daily Wire Ventures.” The next day, on May 1, it debuted Responsible Man, a new company for men’s health products.
The Daily Wire is promoting Responsible Man as an alternative to “woke” companies and by fearmongering about some of the outlet’s frequent targets, namely gender-affirming care and drag queens, asking its readers, “Do you want to buy your men’s health products from a company that partners with drag queens and supports radical organizations that push gender procedures on children?” Responsible Man’s website uses similar language, promising its customers that “together, we can reclaim masculinity” and claiming that “Emerson’s Vitamins are a simple step towards improving yourself, creating order, and building the future.”
The Daily Wire’s promotion suggests Responsible Man’s products can help address various health issues, including the purported “increasing health risk” of declining “sperm concentration” worldwide, promising to help men stay healthy “for the survival of the human race.” The company’s only product, a men’s multivitamin, is marketed as being “professionally engineered by medical doctors” to “support your immune system, maintain energy production, sharpen brain cognition, and support the health of your heart and muscles.”

personal tips for anyone struggling to be a functional human being!
(these work for me, they might not work for everyone but i think it’s good to share things like these anyway)
eat more protein!! plant protein, meats, or powder protein. it boosts your energy so you won’t feel as lethargic
i don’t like eating three big meals, so i have started to eat smaller meals more times during the day. breakfast; a little snack; small lunch; afternoon snack; small midday snack (and if i’m sleeping late another little night snack). high protein snack with some carbs will fill you up and help you gain energy!
DRINK WATER! always keep a water bottle full next to you, drink even if you don’t feel thirsty. maybe you’re like my friend who doesn’t like the “taste” of water but don’t put those weird caffeine filled liquids in it. try putting spearmint, or some lime! they are good for you and it adds something to spice up your water!
(as a beautiful person told me) think of chores as self care! need to do the dishes? ITS SELF CARE! need to clean your room? ITS SELF CARE! this is more of a mental training than the others but it is wonderful honestly, made doing the dishes much more pleasurable.
not eating enough vegetables? make them into something else. pasta is my absolutely favorite food but it’s not enough in vitamins to sustain you. get your favorite vegetables, cook them, and make them into a big pot of sauce. (you should add chickpeas too, they have a lot of protein!) with this you have a full meal with all the nutrients you need and it’s a quick meal to make. make it big enough so it lasts a couple of days.
there is NO shame in eating the same meal for two weeks straight. i know the internet is full of cool recipes and people encourage you to have a different meals every other day but its exhausting! find one meal that you enjoy and make it for as long as you can. than when you get sick of it find a new one. make your cooking easier not harder. this goes for anything, eat the same fruit everyday, same breakfast, etc.
have trouble remembering, or finding the strength, to do basic things day-to-day? make it a game, or more specifically, download a self care game. my friend recommended me this app called Finch. you take care of a little bird, and you set daily tasks for you to complete (from surviving the day, to doing daily exercise). You can dress up your bird, decorate its room and help it grow! doing you daily tasks will give you crystals to buy things for your bird, and you can even hatch little eggs that turn into companions for you birdie! this is a link from The Viking that talks about the features. apps like this is not for everyone but it doesn’t hurt to try!
having a sudden burst of motivation? take advantage of it. do things you have been putting off. doesn’t need to be all of them, but doing one or two things when you’re feeling motivated it will definitely make the mental and work load lessen.
it’s ok to have lazy days. you don’t have to be productive everyday. those clothes sitting on your chair for a week that you need to put away? they are not the end of the world. it took me two weeks to put away the clothes from my suitcase after i came back from a trip, but what is important and that i still did it! did i take long? yes. but that is not the end of the world.
