the thing about the buccal fat removal surgery is that it gives cis women features that are more sharper, more structured (masculine)....which was shunned and mocked when trans women had them. the whole concept of facial feminization surgery was to have a more softer more round (feminine) face, so that trans women would feel more "secure"...my point is. women can't win in this patriarchal world. trans women have to become more feminine to be taken "seriously" and cis women have to become more masculine (in every sense, be it in a work place, now even when it comes to face) to be a person of high repute in the industry...(bella hadid, women that dress more like men, act more like men are able to like at least splinter the glass ceiling...) idk. it's all just so depressing.
