thinking about fwhip exhausting himself searching for Pix in the desert at night after everyone else calls it quits.
thinking about fwhip distracting himself with busy work, unable to rest because every moment it takes to actually think for more than a few minutes he sees the desert in his mind.
how he probably has horribly vivid dreams of being so close yet still so far away to Pix as the man wanders farther and farther away.
fWhip and a few other Emperors went to the service when the people declared The Copper King dead and appointed one of his adversaries the new face in charge. fWhip was the last one to leave.
he’s a rare but welcomed face in Pixandria. He’d probably be there more if he didn’t have duty or live so far away.

Broadchurch | Alec Hardy - Broken Crown
youtube
L'être déchue. Je l'adore. L'homme à la recherche du pardon. Alec Hardy just fills my need of a broken man. I love him so much.

Between ‘Well you can't tempt me if I don't see the day’ and ‘So crawl on my belly 'til the sun goes down / I'll never wear your broken crown’ it definitely IS low hanging fruit but y’know what…. Fair play to you @godihatethisfreakingcat

Note
broken crown by mumford and sons has some lyrics that are very mk and swk coded. to me
You think a song with light/day symbolism, with the speaker denying fate/being the "chosen one", who talks about flaws, and who won't wear a head ornament is applicable to MK and SWK? Smh

Every song ever is about Maya Fey actually and if you think otherwise you severely underestimate my ability to be mentally ill about her

Tfw your character's story fundamentally changes in so many thinkable ways after you already published their original bio for the world to see, rendering it useless and needing to be more or less rewritten.

i need someone to make an edit of crowley to broken crown by mumford and sons expeditiously
So crawl on my belly 'til the sun goes down
I'll never wear your broken crown
I took the road and I fucked it all the way
Now in this twilight, how dare you speak of grace
why does this song fit so many of my comfort characters (its the religious trauma)
