Ooh! When do you wear the blue light blocking glasses?
I use them whenever I'm on a computer or my phone! (I'm using them right now, in fact)
They reduce the amount of eyestrain by filtering out some of the blue light from these types of screens, but unlike the "twilight mode" offered by some phones and computers, I haven't noticed much of a difference in the colors - no strange orange/red cast to everything 👀

I just got me some blue light blocking glasses.
Thought about it for a while, mostly being skeptical about it.
Would it really do anything or is it just another try to get our money?
Well it might be both as there'll always be bad actors out there.
But.. I have to admit, these glasses (got clear ones) really are doing something. It's really more pleasant to look at the screen.
But it's also a bit weird for my eyes - they're not used to this pleasantness. xD
I got them for a reasonable price (~25€) and they're an absolute lightweight. You barely feel them, which is good as I normally don't need/wear glasses.
So, all in all I'd say it was a good investment for now.
Let's see if they'll do their thing over a longer time as I bought them to protect my eyes from looking at the screen for a longer time.
I mean as artist who works a lot on a PC I really need my eyes for a little while. xD
Hope this helps those of you who also thought about getting such glasses.

Are you having trouble sleeping? Do your eyes feel tired, irritated, and dry after working long hours on a laptop? Do you feel a headache beginning to form the minute you stare at your mobile screens? Then, my friend, you are getting affected by the blue light emitted from digital devices.

The Necessity Of Blue Light Blocking Glasses
Blue light blocking glasses are becoming increasingly popular due to the growing awareness of the potential negative effects of blue light exposure on our health. Here are some reasons why blue light-blocking glasses may be necessary:
Reduced eye strain: Blue light emitted by electronic devices such as computers, smartphones, and tablets can cause eye strain and fatigue, leading to headaches and blurry vision. Blue light blocking glasses can help to reduce this strain and prevent these symptoms.
Improved sleep: Exposure to blue light at night can interfere with our circadian rhythm and disrupt our sleep patterns. Blue light blocking glasses can help to reduce this exposure, allowing for a better night's sleep.

happy swiftie selfie night! it’s weird to post pictures of myself but here are my most recent favourite ones (not really selfies but hated the ones i tried to take - it’s too dark in my apartment without flash and my glasses weren’t cooperating)

I really miss getting on here and chatting with people about headcanons and doing threads. But I am an old person and my eyes hurt from looking at the computer screen at work all day ;_;

Not sure if it’s the hardcore bawling till my eyes were completely bloodshot last night or staring at a screen all morning or just generally being tired as fuck but my brain feels like it was forgotten in the oven at 400°
