April 7th 2020
I didn't work out today. I haven't worked out since Saturday. I am feeling kind of bummed about it but i'm going to try not to beat myself up. I need to prioritize working out but it's so hard because I'm stuck in a cycle of going to bed too late AND I have had an increase in headaches and migraines and I'm low key struggling on how to deal with them.

Y’all I’ve been trying. I’ve been going three days at a time from meat. I think I went four days without eating meat. Eventually I want to go completely plant based but it’s hard when you’re doing it alone and the options when you’re out of town is very slim. I know it sounds like a lot of excuses but sheesh!!!! I’m really tryna get rid of this bloat tbh... anybody have any suggestions while I’m on this journey to a plant based diet? Oh and I’m also on a journey to 480lbs. 480lbs on my deadlift. Last year I could barely do 315lbs. Now I can do 405lbs. After years of multiple knee injuries I finally feel comfortable in the weight room again. Well to an extent but I’m making progress.

Detox weekend
I decided to do a detox this weekend because a lady who I work with recommended it. Due to how much I get sick, and the fact that she almost 75 and still able to lift heavy stacks of chairs by herself, I've decided to do it. And so far it is miserable. I binged on chocolate last night and I've had a constant migraine. Ugh. But my stomach isn't as bloated.

My mom invited me over...
For pizza and pasta tonight after she lured me to Hobby Lobby and JoAnn’s (Where I bought more planner supplies that I don’t need lol). I’m really proud of myself because I said no then came home to eat my meal prep. It was very hard. 
Also, boo had some Oreo’s laying around and I just ate ONE Oreo. It was really good but I don’t want another one. Also, I started the week off at 174.8 or something and I’m down to 172 as of this morning’s weigh in. Before I hurt my ankle I was down to 171 so I’m feeling good about being able to work out again!

So I’m still at the same weight. I’m grateful that I haven’t gained any weight. I’m bloated because it’s that time of the month. But my birthday is Tuesday. So I closed my Preschool Monday and Tuesday to enjoy it. Not much to do so I’m going to get my eating habits back on track and get some workouts in. Hoping this is what I need to get myself back on track and keep pushing until the gyms open back up.
