I'm working on learning a deeper understanding of astrology, like understanding birth charts
I'm pretty meh on spell work, though I make all-natural soaps and cosmetics, so I have a lot of herbs, plants, and essential oils, I just have never found any real practical use in it.
I'd like to hear any other suggestions of practices to look into that aren't super-involved, or time, and energy-consuming.

I noticed something weird regarding my on going fatigue.
So I noticed that listening to music with certain binaural beats reduced my fatigue, but when only listening to that binaural beats didn't do any effect. Since the binaural beats kept me in certain mode between meditation and sleep, I tried to replicate that focus with writing on mobile while having a slow walk. Strangely enough the fatigue subsided. I wonder how brainwaves effect to Catecholamines. Would inducing a brainwave of 4 hz would reduce the production of catecholamines ? Has any research has been done regarding this field? Any pilot study as such ?
